Halloween came too soon. Harry felt sad and wished to remember his parents. He told his friends he wished to be alone, and hid beside Snape's classroom. "Mum, dad, I hope we meet one day." Harry looked down, "Mum, who is right? Am I insult to your memory?"
Suddenly, a troll approached Potter who screamed as loud as could. "What do I do!" Harry panicked. He was still only 11 and the only troll he had taken out was his uncle! He also didn't bring his wand with him. Harry cast a wingardium leviosa and got the club into his grasp.
Meanwhile Quirell was passed out in the Great Hall. "Go to your dorms!" Lilly shouted, "Slytherins are in the dungeons." "Hufflepuffs too!" Sally-Anne yelled after Lilly's declaration. "Very well, stay in the Great Hall while we search for the troll." Snape added, "Quirell will stay behind." Draco yelled, "Potter isn't in the Great Hall! He never was!" "Very well." Snape continued, "I'll search for Potter and any other missing students."
Snape was searching for Potter when he heard screaming. Potter had the club into his grasp. But he was immediately flung upside down in the troll's fist. "Hang on, Potter." "Stupify." That only made the troll shake Potter harder. And resulted in Snape having to watch his step. "Snape cast a protego around Potter, draining him, while I used his wandless hand to cast multiple stinging hexes in succession. He was a potions master, not a dueling champion, and he was taking on a full grown troll, while having to keep Potter in mind. The condition the boy was in now, he wouldn't be surprised if he fainted. He couldn't do anything big until Potter was safely on the ground, and even getting him there was going to be a task. Snape cast a body bind jinks on the troll, "Get out of it's grip, Potter." Harry unclenched the troll's fingers one by one, before Snape caught him midair, levitating the boy behind him. Snape then casted a knock out curse, just as the troll escaped the body bind. "Are you hurt?" Snape addressed his attention on the exhausted boy. "No, sir. Just terrified." Anape looked at the shaking boy, "Obviously. I'm so glad I found you when I did." Snape gave Potter, yet another calming drought. "I found Granger on the way up here too. I assume she heard the disgusting creature, as she was in a bad state too. Let's meet her at the nurse's office."
Madam Pomfrey looked at the shaking Harry. "I already gave him a calming drought. Though, a near death experience is not what I would be calm about, either." Snape led Harry to a bed. "Potter, do you wish for me to stay?" Harry nodded.
Albus summoned Harry and Granger to his office once Madam Pomfrey allowed them to leave the area. "Ms. Granger, Mr. Potter, how are you after the incident." "I never want to see a troll again." Harry muttered, as his face went pale at the mere mention of the creature. Dumbledore expected Harry not to have fond memories of the troll, due to his long list of intensive injuries due to the creature. But he hoped Harry wouldn't seem to get sick at the thought of one." "I want to go home, sir." Hermonie declared. "You heard Ron, I deserved it!" Harry's eyes flashed red for a minute, despite being angry, his words sounded tired, "He is a git. Insulting anyone who tries to help you. Never seen a git bigger than him. You are a witch, and he is not going to put you down." "You hate my parents, why wouldn't you think the same!?" "Because muggles can't do magic, you can. I hate muggles, I am not a blood purist! That's disgusting." Harry hated the idea of anyone denying someone of their right, all for some stupid reasoning. Granger wasn't a beast, so that's why she had magic. Magic is no reason to turn on each other when muggles are trying to destroy it.
"Oh." Hermione mumbled. "I can't tolerate you hating my parents. But maybe we can avoid each other." "We can blame the person who placed me with my muggles as they are why I took my stance." Both Hermione and Harry looked at Dumbledore. Dumbledore knowing when he lost a battle, dismissed the students before they both hexed him. At least Harry convinced Granger to stay. She was a bright student, second to Harry.
Now he had a dragon to take care of. He hoped Potter would go and help Hagrid, or at least continue tea, but they blamed Hagrid ever since they ate that cursed candy. He spent all day soothing Hagrid about this issue.
