I have always taken interest in the special forces of the army, since I am from the UK we have SAS, special air service which is our go to service for terrorism. Obviously since America doesn't have SAS, they have something like delta force, so we'll be going with that.

Let me know if this were something you would want to see more of, there have been fanfictions of Lincoln joining the army and stuff, but not special forces. Keep in mind as I write this chapter and you go "wait really?" If I say anything about the special forces you don't know about, it won't be 100% accurate, but I am doing my best with my knowledge from films and google articles.

Hope you all enjoy.

Hot and sweating his ass off, Lincoln was sat in an armoured humvee eating what he could only describe as not half bad for only coming out of a small packet. Lincoln, being the 20-year-old he was, was sat in his humvee in Iraq, dressed in the usual army clothing such as his brown shirt, camo trousers and vest carrying his magazines. He also had his sidearm being his Sig Sauer M17 in his holster attached to his belt with his magazines for that weapon. His rifle was a standard M4 rifle with a scope and hand grip and strap that was propped up next to him in the empty seat.

He sat in the humvee alone as he ate his MRE meal in peace with the door open to let some air in, trying to listen to the radio in the vehicle, trying to find a radio station that speaks english so he can understand them. But not luck. Lincoln took a bite out of his cracker from his MRE and admired the view. There was no view, however. He was in Iraq after all, all he saw was his comrades moving back and forth past each other. Joining the army was not how Lincoln pictured, he knew he would be serving his country well, but was it worth the last 3 years almost. He was months away from turning 21 and had served since he was 18 and graduated high school.

Of course, his parents weren't too thrilled, but Lincoln felt his was something he had to do, leaving his family and friends behind to make something of himself, fighting for his country. His younger and even older sisters cried as he left with his bags. But it didn't stop him from serving. He had another year before he could return home, but over the past 2 years being in the army for his country, he hadn't figured out what he wanted his life to be. Of course, being in the army was an honour and it made Lincoln feel needed that he was helping more than just his family and friends, he was helping his country. Lincoln finished his dinner and just as he was getting ready to exit the humvee, he was snapped out of his daydream.

"Loud"

Lincoln looked to see it was his commander. Lincoln exited his vehicle and stood at attention to his commander.

"Yes commander" Lincoln said as he stood straight with his hands behind his back.

"At ease" he said.

Lincoln stood at ease as he was told.

"Loud, I noticed that you put forth to be selected for delta force, is that correct?" he asked Lincoln.

"Yes commander" Lincoln replied again.

"Well, care to explain why" Lincolns commander instructed him.

"Yes commander, I felt putting my name forth that I could help our country more, I've served the required needs to serve in delta force and I want to serve as long as I could and do better things for my life by helping" Lincoln explained his reason to his commander.

Lincolns commander was impressed with Lincolns dedication.

Lincoln put his name forth to the delta force position not really thinking of it, the idea of having more training to be part of a team used for special direct orders makes Lincoln feel more needed. If he can handle the standard training he had when joining the army, then he can at least bare the training for delta force.

The commander was pleased with Lincolns reply as that's what most people. He stuck his hand out to Lincoln.

"I wanted to tell you in person you've been accepted for training, don't let me down son" He said.

Lincoln blinked a bit at his statement, Lincoln shook the commander's hand.

"Yes sir, thank you sir" Lincoln thanked his commander.

"Grab your belongings and drop your firearms off, training starts tomorrow" the Commander instructed Lincoln.

"Sir yes sir" Lincoln replied.

The commander left, leaving Lincoln feeling like he was about to do something he never thought he would do 2 years ago after he graduated from high school.

"Lincoln Loud"

Hearing his name called Lincoln stood up to the stage and was handed the rolled-up piece of paper, shaking the gentleman's hand while hearing the claps among him and his family in the crowd cheering and chanting "Lin-coln! Lin-coln!" Lincoln waved to his family and stepped down from the stage.

"Clyde McBride"

Clyde stepped up as well to collect his diploma, shaking the man's hand and then stepping off to join Lincoln.

"We did it!" Lincoln cheered and hugged his best friend.

"Yeah man! We made it haha" Clyde laughed hugging Lincoln back.

Lincoln and Clyde walked to their group of friends who were called before them.

"Looks like you guys made it!" Rusty and their other friends gathered around them.

"I guess we all did" Lincoln said as they all held their diplomas in their hands.

"Are we getting a picture or what?" Clyde asked them.

They all got their picture taken together by one of the photographers nearby, they all made their silly faces and having their arms around each other's shoulders. Laughing. After taking their picture, Lincolns family approached them.

"I'll see you guys later" Lincoln said as their all split up to go see their family.

Lincoln was greeted with a big group hug by his parents and sisters.

"Well done honey!" Rita congratulated Lincoln.

"Knew you could make it kiddo!" Lynn Sr joined in.

"We all did!" Lincolns sisters all said at the same time.

"Did you all have doubt in me?" Lincoln joked making them laugh.

They let go of him.

"So, what's next son? College? I bet you'd be taking that art class you were talking about!" Lynn Sr laughed a little as Lincoln talked about going to college to study art.

"Actually-"

"Oh! You should totally make study Psychology! You love helping people!" Lori suggested.

"Well-"

"What about music? Little dude can totally rock the whole room!" Luna joined in.

Lincoln wasn't able to get a word in without his sisters interrupting him.

"Kids! Let's Lincoln decide what he wants to do" Rita told them off.

They all waited for Lincoln to tell them what he wanted to do from this point on. Lincoln didn't know if he should tell them or not. Instead, he reached in his back pocket behind his graduation robes. He pulled out another rolled up piece of paper.

"I actually have another idea" Lincoln said as he pulled out the paper.

"Oh? Did you already apply for a college?" Rita asked her son.

"Not exactly...I'm not going to college you guys" Lincoln admitted to them.

"W-Wait what do you mean you aren't going to college?" Lori asked.

"I mean I signed up for something else" Lincoln told them.

He still held onto the paper, not wanting to show them just yet. Lynn however snatched the paper out of Lincolns hands suddenly.

Lincoln didn't try to stop her from seeing it, he had to show them some other way. Lynn opened the paper up and read what was in it, her eyes and the others who read it over her shoulder all went wide. Lynn looked up at Lincoln with such horror.

"What does it say junior?" Lynn Sr asked her.

"You're joining the army?"

"WHAT?!"

Lincoln rubbed his temple as everyone looked at them at what they were yelling about.

2 hours later

Everyone arrived back home, the car ride was surprisingly peaceful for being packed by the whole family. Although Lincoln could tell why everyone was quiet. Once they all entered, Rita spoke up.

"Can we all sit in the living room, we need to discuss something" she told them, which wasn't obvious of what the discussing would be about.

Everyone took a seat in the living room, Lincoln sitting in the middle of the couch and his sisters sitting around him and on the floor. Rita and Lynn Sr stood in front of them holding Lincolns enlistment papers.

"Lincoln" Lynn Sr first said, making everyone look at Lincoln.

"Can you tell us why you thought this" Lynn Sr held up the papers "Is something you wanted to do without telling us?"

Lincoln cleared his throat before speaking "I don't think im cut out for college, not like Lori was" Lincoln said since Lori went to college at his age "I...i want to help people...and when I hear someone from my school was joining the army, I felt that was the place for me to figure things out...it won't be forever, I'll just serve the 4 years I need and then I'll be able to discharge and come home safe and sound" Lincoln explained to everyone as best he could.

"If you come home at all" Lola muttered.

"He will come home!" Lana yelled at Lola.

"How can you say that for sure?!" Lolla yelled back at her twin.

"Because Lincoln is tough now!"

"He wasn't tough before?"

"Okay that's enough!" Lori raised her voice at them, making her sisters quiet down "Lincoln" Lori said as she stood up and looked at her brother.

"Did you really think you could hide this from us?" she asked him.

"Well like it or not, I'm leaving in 2 days" Lincoln said firmly as he also stood up.

He took the papers from his parents "I'm sorry mom and dad, but I'm 18 and I don't need permission from you guys to join, I really am sorry" Lincoln sighed a little at the end "But let me do this"

Rita and Lynn Sr looked at each other and at their daughters who were all worried. Lynn Sr walked forward to Lincoln and stood inches from his son. He handed Lincoln his papers back.

"Promise us you'll come home safely" he asked of his son.

"And once piece" Rita added.

Lincoln smiled and took the papers from his dad, he then pulled him into a hug "I promise mom, dad, I promise all of you"

Upon saying that, Lincoln and Lynn Sr were surrounded by the girls, all of them crying a little and whimpering.

"Bring me back a souvenir?" Luan joked slightly.

3 days later

Lincoln had arrived to boot camp just yesterday and has now settled in with his fellow privates in their shared accommodation. Lincoln was dressed in his military trousers and light brown slim fitting t-shirt, same as his other comrades. Their hair was shaved, leaving Lincoln bald for the first time, it obviously didn't suit Lincoln, but it was tradition in the army. Lincolns drill Seargent walked up and down the bunkbeds, inspecting everyone's beds and belongings were in order. He stopped at Lincoln.

"Loud!"

"Sir yes sir!" Lincoln said.

"Do you mind telling me what the meaning of this is!" He yelled at Lincoln and walked over to Lincolns top bunk bed, taking Lincolns pillow and throwing it on the floor and pulling his sheets off his bed and throwing them to the ground "Your bed isn't in order! Fix it!" He then walked away from Lincoln.

"Sir yes sir!" Lincoln then went to fix his bed yet again.

The Seargent had done this to a few people already.

"You're all dismissed, get some grub!" The drill Seargent instructed them as he then left them.

"Sir yes sir!" They all yelled.

Lincoln was being left behind as everyone left to get dinner. He was fixing his sheets and without knowing it, someone tapped him on the shoulder.

"You think I'd be leaving you behind"

Lincoln turned around and saw it was one of his new friends he made yesterday yesterday.

"Hey Nick" Lincoln greeted him "I guess I thought you would since you know...who wouldn't want to miss the food they serve here" Lincoln cracked a joke.

Nick was the same age as Lincoln, having finished high school and not knowing what to do, he joined the army. He patted Lincoln on the back "Probably better than what they served in high school" Nick joked back with Lincoln.

Lincoln finished making his bed and started to walk out with Nick. So far after being there for a day, he's made a couple friends, been treated like shit by the Seargent and already feels like he's at home.

Present

Lincoln was heading his way to his living quarters. He made his way inside and found his bed that has already been stripped of its sheets and folded up for the next soldier who joins. Lincoln was confused as he figured he would have to be the one to strip it.

"We heard our pal is moving up" Nick said as he patted Lincoln on the back and threw his arm around his shoulder "You know I'm going to miss you man"

Lincoln laughed and looked at Nick "I know man, you guys have been good to me" Lincolns other comrades came over to him.

"How did you find out?" Lincoln asked them.

"Sam overheard the commander talking with Sgt. Henry, then he came over and told us our bro is going to be doing better things without us" Nick joked with him.

"It's nothing special, just some extra training" Lincoln explained.

"Dude, its delta force! That's like one of the most elite forces in the army!" Sam chimed in.

"I heard they train with the SAS" Nick informed them

"I guess I should tell my family" Lincoln told them as he reached for his laptop, but his hand was smacked away "Ow!" Lincoln shook his hand after getting slapped.

"You can't tell them, it's a secret operations team! We shouldn't even know you're joining but it's not Sam's fault he overheard them" Nick explained to Lincoln.

"Oh yeah, I nearly forgot" Lincoln remembered he can't tell his family or friends back home.

"If I were you, I would call them instead, last time you said you called them was...never actually" Lincolns friend Michael insisted.

"Yeah, I guess I could head to the coms room and ask to use their phone" Lincoln said as he packed his rucksack of his belongings. Lincoln looked around the room at his new friends, who he wasn't going to see again until god knows when.

"I guess I'll see you guys" Lincoln said.

He was then pulled into a headlock by Nick "Don't forget about the guy who helped you scrub the toilets one your first week" Nick laughed. He let go of Lincoln and was given a high five by Michael "Don't forget I'm the one who taught you how to drive that humvee"

"I'll try man haha" Lincoln laughed.

"Remember I'm also the one who found your sidearm under your pillow when you thought you lost it" Sam joked with Lincoln.

"You guys hid it there and you know it" Lincoln gave Sam a fist bump.

"I'll never forget you guys, remember, if any enemies try coming here to take you guys out" Lincoln pats his empty bed "Don't go easy on them" Lincoln laughed making his friends laugh as well.

"We'll give em hell; it worked out for you well" Nick reminded Lincoln.

10 minutes later

Lincoln was now in the coms room, having the phone in his hand he typed in his family's home number and waited for someone to pick up.

"Hello?" a familiar voice picked up. Lincoln couldn't tell who's voice it was.

"Hey, someone forget their favourite brother?" Lincoln joked a little.

"O-oh my- Lincoln?"

"Yeah haha...and this is-"

"Its me! Luna bro!" Luna said laughing.

"Ohh Luna! Wow your voice changed" Lincoln laughed again.

Her voice was less raspy and scratchy as it was when she was 22, now being 25 she really went through some changes in her voice. Although she might have stopped singing for a little.

"Hey I'm not the only one bro!" Luna said as she referred to Lincolns voice that was deeper than before when he was 18.

"Yeah i guess, is anyone else home? I missed you guys" Lincoln said as he felt like he was going to tear up from hearing from his family.

"OH RIGHT" Luna nearly yelled as she got caught up with Lincoln "GUYS ITS LINCOLN!" Luna yelled.

"You called just in time little bro! Everyone just got here for moms birthday!" Luna said.

"Wait...its moms birthday?"

Lincoln heard the phone get snatched away and hearing some of his sisters yell.

"LINCOLN?!" it was Leni this time.

"Hey Leni! Yeah its me haha" Lincoln said.

"O..M..G, you sound so grown up!" Leni said in disbelief.

"Yeah ahah, I mean I am 20 so-" Lincoln was cut off after hearing the phone get snatched away again.

"LINCOLNNN WHATS UP BRO!" it was Lynn.

"LYNNNNN" Lincoln copied her "I'm alright, you finally stuck with a single sport?" Lincoln asked her.

Before Lincoln left, Lynn was 22 years old and was balancing being in different sports clubs. Football, baseball, basketball, hockey, volleyball, soccer, pretty much any sport that exists.

"You know me little bro, no way!" Lynn said.

The phone was getting passed left and right, everyone getting a chance to talk to Lincoln, even Lilly who was now able to speak. The phone was then passed to Rita.

"Lincoln! Oh my god I can't believe you remembered to phone on my birthday!" Rita said happily.

"Ah- yeah- t-that's why I called you guys!" Lincoln said as he felt guilty for forgetting her birthday "Happy birthday mom" Lincoln said to her.

"Thank you Lincoln, that's so sweet!" Rita said "Are you coming home?" she asked him.

"IS LINCOLN COMING HOME?!" Lincoln heard everyone yell on the other side of his phone call.

"I uhm...can't...I got a new position here" Lincoln said.

"W-what do you mean? What new position?" Rita asked, sounding like she and even in the background his sisters on the verge of crying.

"I-I can't tell you guys...but I will stay in contact as much as I can" Lincoln said as he felt he was about to cry, but he held it together for them.

"J-just one second honey" Rita said as she went silent on the line.

Lincoln leaned back in his chair, he can tell that his mom was about to tell his sisters the news that they were not wanting to hear. He still kept the phone to his ear and can hear the conversation between his mom and sisters. They were not sounding too happy. The phone was then picked up by Lynn Sr.

"Hey son" Lynn Sr said, sounding the most calm.

"Hey there dad, i'm sorry i can't come home...i got-"

"Let me just stop you there sport" Lynn Sr interrupted Lincoln "I understand, you're doing something that's more important, I'm not saying that in a sarcastic way...your helping more people than just us by being here, and I'm proud of you. Your sisters will understand that once they're calmed down" Lynn Sr explained to Lincoln.

Lincoln was still fighting back the tears "T-Thank you dad, i'll keep in contact as long as i can-"

"Loud! Transport is here, get a move on" the commander said to Lincoln outside the coms room.

"Yes sir!" Lincoln said.

"I guess you have to go now" Lynn Sr said as he heard the commander "I know you can't tell us what you're doing...but be safe Lincoln, we love you" he finished.

Lincoln was biting his tongue "I love you guys too, I'll see you soon" Lincoln said as he put the phone down and grabbed his bag, making his way to the transportation to take him to training with the other men.

Who would've thought he'd make it through the basic training to get where he is...

10 weeks have passed, meaning Lincoln and his friends have completed their training. Lincoln had crawled through mud, ran several miles, went through difficult firearms training as well, but he made it.

Everyone was gathering their gear, getting ready to be deployed to Iraq.

"Who would've thought, we actually made it" Sam announced to his comrades.

"I just never thought Lincoln would get on the Sarge's good side, they act like they're best friends man" Nick laughed.

"I don't know, I guess he knew my pop-pop, he called me albert by accident during the field training, I guess that's because of my hair haha" Lincoln laughed with Nick.

"You know I was meaning to ask, how the hell are you the only one in your family to have white hair?" Michael asked Lincoln.

Lincoln rolled his eyes "Guys, that's like asking why im the only boy in the family, its just how it is" Lincoln explained to them.

They shrugged and grabbed their rucksacks with their gear and belongings.

"Here we go guys, Iraq!" Nick shouted.

"OORAH!" They all shouted.

"Let's do this shit" Lincoln said as they all left their living quarters. Lincoln was now leaving with his men. He entered the training as a boy and is now leaving as a man.

3 years later

Lincoln was now 21 years old, having not returned home just yet, Lincoln was one more year away from returning home to see his family. He had gone through 6 months of training for delta and had made it into the team, A squadron. Lincoln was standing outside a door dressed in his usual army gear but wearing a balaclava and holding a HK416 Carbine rifle and a glock 22 pistol as his sidearm in his holster.

Lincoln felt a pat on his back, indicating he had one teammate behind him.

"Breach!"

Once hearing that, the door he was standing outside of was kicked in by one of his teammates, allowing Lincoln and his fellow teammate behind him invade the room. Aiming his rifle and searching the empty rooms.

"CLEAR" Lincoln yelled.

"CLEAR" Lincolns teammates all announced as they checked the empty rooms.

Lincoln leaded his teammates down the hall. As they reached down and Lincoln felt another pat on his back again, he checked the next room seeing someone holding a gun.

*BANG BANG*

Lincoln fired his rifle.

*BANG BANG BANG BANG*

Lincoln heard more guns going off as his teammates checked other rooms, obviously filled with more enemies. He entered the room and found a couple more enemies armed with rifles.

*BANG BANG*

Lincoln fired at them yet again. In the room was a table with a hostage inside with a bag on their head, and a man sitting at the table smoking a cigarette. Lincoln aimed his gun at the man.

"ALL CLEAR" Lincoln shouted again.

Lincolns teammates dragged the hostage out from the chair and outside the room. Lincoln reached for his radio on his shoulder.

"Hostage secure!" Lincoln said.

"Copy" he heard over his radio.

The man looked at Lincoln as he held the cigarrete in his mouth shaking his head.

"Pathetic" he said as he stood up from his chair.

Lincoln pulled his mask down and unclipped his helmet "How was that, Sarge?" Lincoln asked as he took a breather.

The man stood up from his chair and pointed to behind the door that was open, there was mannequin dressed up like an enemy "Ye didnae check behind the door" he said with a thick Scottish accent and pointed to behind the door on Lincolns right side.

Lincoln looked and groaned "*breath* Ah shit" while taking another breather.

"Yer a deed man if ye dinae check every corner son, remember that will ye?" the sarge informed Lincoln as he walked out the room.

Sgt. Connor is the leader of the SAS team Lincolns team is training with in the UK. Lincolns team hasn't been issued a mission yet since he joined delta force, so all he's been doing is training with his team and branching out to train with others such as the SAS.

Lincoln was now about 6'0 even, hair grown out after having it shaved, has some facial hair growing out, not much for being 21 now. Lincoln exited the room that was built inside of the air hanger. The room was simulated with rooms filled with other mannequins Lincoln shot at, simulating a raid. If only Lincoln checked behind the door in the last room, then he would've done the course 10 times faster than last time.

He made his way over to one of the tables filled with his gear and someone else's on the other side of him. Lincoln put his helmet down and unloaded his magazine from his rifle, taking it off his chest and putting it down on the table.

"I take it you're one of the Americans" Lincoln heard a British accent behind him.

He turned around and saw it was a man dressed in full black clothing and holding an MP5 rifle and gas mask. Lincoln saw a patch on his sleeve, the patch being the union jack flag. It was one of the SAS soldiers Lincoln had been training with the past couple of weeks.

"Yeah" Lincoln stuck his hand out for a handshake "Sergeant Loud"

The man stuck his hand out shaking Lincolns "Lieutenant Colonel Adams" he replied to Lincoln.

"Oh, so you're the one in charge of these lot?" Lincoln gestured to the Lieutenants team members with an almost perfect English accent.

"That's right...I thought you were American?" The Lieutenant laughed at Lincolns impersonation of an English man.

"Oh no, guess I've been in the UK for a while now I've sort of picked it up, not the Scottish accent though, my sister would be annoyed at that" Lincoln joked about Luna if she heard him speaking with a Scottish accent rather than an English accent like she does.

"Ohhhh yeah you're the one with like 20 sisters!" the Lieutenant laughed as he heard from Lincolns comrades who were talking about how unbelievable it is.

"10 sisters actually, yeah I'm the middle child" Lincoln clarified to the Lieutenant.

"I only have a twin sister, can't imagine having 9 more mate" he said laughing a little more while unloading his weapon on the other side of Lincoln's table "Me and some of my men are heading down to the pub for a drink, you want to join? Bring some of your men too so we can have a laugh before heading home tomorrow" he offered Lincoln.

"Yeah, I mean I don't drink that much but I'm sure my men would like to, you're on" Lincoln agreed.

"Nice, we'll meet you outside the quarters at 19:00"

"Got it" Lincoln said.

Later

Lincoln was now in a pub in London with the men he trained with today. They were all dressed in similar clothing being black jeans, brown shirts with jackets on. Lincoln had been staying in London for training with the SAS for his team for a good couple of months after passing the training for delta force, he was finally going to head home for a break and see his family. Sitting in the pub Lincoln had a pint of beer with the men sitting at a circular table, pretty much most of them were muscular, Lincoln being slightly more muscular than he was before he joined the army.

"So Loud" Adams spoke up through the crowd of other drinkers in the pub "How're you finding the training?"

Lincoln scratched his chin "You should see how our training is, nowhere near as easy as your training" Lincoln joked making them laugh.

"Yeah, but it gets you the training you need for your first mission" One of the men from the table said.

Lincoln was honoured to be training with another elite force from another country and getting to travel to more than one country if needed, not something he thought he would do. Was Lincoln good enough to be in the position he is in right now with these men?

Lincoln sipped his beer while the other men talked about some other things about their personal life, wives, girlfriends, family, Lincoln just stayed silent. The beer was alright, being from the UK it wasn't half bad, but it is Lincolns first drink ever, so he didn't expect much from it.

"Hey loud, what's your story?" Adams asked Lincoln, snapping him out of is daydream.

"Huh?" Lincoln asked.

"What does your family think about you joining?" he asked Lincoln.

Lincoln sat up straight "I guess at first, they didn't like it. But they knew it was something I was set on doing. Plus, my sister wanted me to bring her back a souvenir"

"ahah!" everyone laughed at Lincolns joke.

"Cheers to that lad" one of the men said raising his half drank pint.

Everyone else raised their glasses and clanked them together and taking a drink. After doing so, a few men could be seen talking to a couple girls at the bar. Lincoln took notice of his and nudged Adams who was sitting next to him.

"What?" Adams said in a little bit of annoyance as he was in the middle of finishing his pint.

Lincoln looked at Adams and nudged his head over at the bar. Adams looked and could see the girls trying to move away from the men who ended up surrounding them near the bar. The girls were showing obvious discomfort in the men's effort to get close to them.

"Should we do something" Lincoln said to Adams who got the other men's attention at the bar.

"Loud and Peters, move to each side" Adams said as he stood up and made his way over to the bar.

Lincoln and Peters followed and understood what they were about to do, Lincoln moved to the right side and Peters moved to the left while Adams headed right down the middle.

"You girls alright?" Adams asked.

One of the girls shook her head no, not wanting to say out loud causing attention.

"You wanting to join me and my mates at our table? There's plenty of room" Adams offered the girls.

One of the men moved aside for the girls to see Adams. Adams had a beard and short cut hair that was going slightly grey. He had a short-sleeved shirt showing his tattoos. He was slightly shorter than the other men.

"Um- yeah we would like that" one of the girls said while looking at her other friend who seemed to be happy with that idea too. Relived as well to be getting away from the men as well. They slipped past the men and sat down with the men in Lincoln and Adams seats.

"Hey now" one of the men put his finger on Adams chest "They're with us" he said with some smugness.

Adams smirked a little "I wouldn't be surprised if this is the first time you thought you could get any girl you want by ignoring the word 'no'"

Peters and Lincoln were standing at the bar pretending like they were about to order at the bar. Peters leaned over the bar getting the bar tender "Call the police. And be sure to ask for an ambulance too" the bartender was confused but started to notice what was about to happen and pulled out his phone and dialled 999 and stepped away as he did.

"You think you're a tough man because you have tattoos and fucking beard mate? The beard makes you look like a faggot" the man said as he stepped up closer to Adams.

"Look son, go about your night, have a couple pints or whatever, but if a girl says no, you respect that and move the fuck on lad. You'd have better chance with one of the girls from a strip club who's desperate for whatever change you have left in your wallet" Adams said calmly as he could.

"Oh, that's it-" the man went to punch Adams in the face, but Adams grabbed his arm, twisted it, pinning his arm behind his back and grabbed his shoulder with his free hand "I gave you a chance" Adams then stepped on the back of the man's leg making him fall to his knees.

"AH YOU FUCKER!" the man yelled at Adams.

The man's friends were about to go for Adams but were stopped by Peters and Lincoln.

"Don't try it" Lincoln said with a stern voice to the man he grabbed.

The rest of the pub took notice of what was going on. The man Peters had hold of elbowed Peters in the chest. This sparked Lincolns man to pull out of Lincolns grasp and push Lincoln back against the wall. Landing a few punches into Lincolns stomach.

Lincoln grabbed the man's arm and switched places with him, causing the man to get pressed against the wall with Lincoln pinning his arm behind his back, twisting it almost.

Peters had flipped the man that elbowed him over his shoulder and snapped the man's arm causing him to also yell in pain. Both Lincoln and Peters held them in position while Adams bent down and spoke into the man's ear.

"If I catch you in another pub harassing girls, you and your mates won't be leaving on your fucking feet, you'll be leaving on a stretcher" Adams said sternly to the man on his knees.

"ALRIGHT ALRIGHT! Just fucking let go!" the man begged, along with his friends who were also begging to be released.

Before they realised it, a few police officers came into the pub, once they saw what was happening, they pulled out their batons.

"POLICE! STEP AWAY FROM THE MEN!" one of them yelled.

The three of them let go of the bed, causing the police to come up to Adams and Lincoln and Peters to put cuffs on them. The bartender then spoke up.

"It wasn't them I called you on! It was these fuckwits" the bartender corrected the officers who were midway placing the cuffs on Lincoln and his friends. The officers looked around and saw the crowd confirm the bartender correction on the officers.

They took the cuffs off them and placed them on the other men's hands.

"That cunt about broke my arm! Arrest him!" the guy Peters held down yelled at the officers.

Peters stood with his arms behind his back, shrugging as if he has no idea what the man was talking about.

"Right, shut it" the officer who was holding the man in custody "You" he said pointing to Peters "You all are coming with us... and you lot too!" he said pointing to Lincoln and Adams.

"No problem officer" Adams agreed.

Adam walked over to one of his men who was still sitting down sipping his pint. Lincoln could see Adams say something to the man but couldn't make out what he was saying as it was too loud from all the yelling from the men they handled and the crowd.

Peters came over to Lincoln "You alright there?" he said as Lincoln could be seen holding his stomach after getting elbowed and punched a few times. Lincoln took a deep breath.

"He tried haha!" Lincoln laughed.

Peters patted Lincoln on the shoulder "Tough man Lincoln, good on you" he said as him and Lincoln left following Adams and one of the officers outside the bar and into one of the police vans that was brought over for them to be escorted to the station.

Later that night

It was almost midnight and Lincoln; Peters and Adams were sitting in the police station in one of the holding cells. They were made to share one cell room as they were full and had put the other 3 men in the other holding cell too.

"Are we being kept here all night? We have training in a few hours" Lincoln said since they must get up at 0400.

"Relax son, we'll be out any minute" Adams said as he sat with his arms crossed.

Lincoln looked at Peters who was sitting on the ground with his back against the wall. Peters looked back at Lincoln, and he just shrugged yet again like he did in the pub.

"Hope those girls got home safe" Lincoln said.

"Aye they will, I asked one of our men to phone them an uber, they should be home by now" Adams informed Lincoln.

"Is that what you were talking to one of them about before we left?" Lincoln asked him.

"Yeah, that was the first thing i told them to do" Adams answered.

"First?" Lincoln said confused "What was the second?"

Before Adams could answer, their cell door was opened "Right, come on" one of the officers said as he stood aside.

Adams was the first to walk out, Lincoln and Peters getting up and following him. They followed the man who lead them outside of the station. Outside was one of 4 black vans with the back door open. The officer stuck his hand out to Adams, to which Adams shook it.

"Pleasure meeting you sir" he said as he then went back inside.

"What's going on?" Lincoln asked Adams.

"I got one of my men to arrange a ride" Adams said as he then went to the one with the back doors open, Lincoln and Peters following.

Once they got in, the driver started to drive, they weren't able to see who was driving since it was sealed off. There were bags of their gear all packed. Lincoln opened his bag and checked to see his clothes and weapons inside, he looked up at Adams.

"Are we going home?" Lincoln asked him.

Adams was on a radio.

"How many?" Adams asked over it.

"About 15 hostages inside, 6 gunmen as well, police have the area secured, we have a building nearby for us to set up"

"Understood" Adams said into the radio.

"An attack?" Peters asked.

Adams nodded.

"Is my team coming?" Lincoln asked him.

"Need all the help we can get sarge" Adams laughed.

Lincoln was now about to head on his first mission with the SAS, his first mission with his team, his first mission in delta force.

That will do for now.

Hopefully you all enjoyed, yes, this chapter had so much gone on from Lincoln graduating high school and to joining delta force. I just felt like getting all I can into one before doing the next, just so everyone knows they don't have to get to chapter 5 or whatever to see some action.

From what I've seen, to enter delta force you must have served 2.5 years and train for it over 6 months, so I just went with that. And I'm not entirely sure if delta force and the SAS go on missions together, but it is said that they train and learn each other's tactics, hence the reason Lincoln was in the UK training with them.

The bar fight as well was something told on reddit. Real or not it was cool, so I had that idea in my head to do.

Sorry if I didn't mention Lincolns family that much, only mentioning a small handful of the sisters and the parents, but the time will come when mentioning the rest. The family will come in next chapters. Thanks for reading and I hope you will enjoy this.
