Dylan took his companions to the lighthouse (his father had gone looking for a new boat for sale). The other kids were impressed with the iconic structure, even more so, with the enormous view that could be seen from the room with the large spotlight, which illuminated the dark nights. Unfortunately for them, it was still daylight.

"Okay," Rex said, sitting with the others forming a circle, "We've all gathered together, we should call Mew."

"How do we do that?" Rose asked.

"Last time he communicated with me from my Pokephone…" he responded, taking out his Pokephone and wondering how he would do it, "Wow… now it doesn't want to work the other way around."

"Let me try…" Zack tried, trying to do the same.

Soon, everyone tried everything to find that communication with Mew. When someone was going to say 'I give up', Dylan suggested:

"And if we try putting the Pokephones together like we are now? I mean, in a circle"

"Well… it's not hard to try," Mina said, approving the idea.

The six chosen kids placed their Pokephones in the center, as they were gathered. At first, it seemed like nothing was happening, but then they all shone and each one gave off a ray of light, which came together in the center of the circle. Then, the environment around him began to change: it seemed like an ambient lighting effect, but the spotlight room was totally colorful. The most significant change was that, in the center of the lights, the form of the Pokemon Mew had appeared.

"Mew!" everyone exclaimed.

"My chosen friends…" the little legend responded, "It's good to see you all reunited again. "I knew dark times like this would come."

Mew looked tired, and his eyes showed it.

"Are you feeling okay, Mew?" Mina asked.

"Not much, these evil energies are harming me a little, but don't worry: I can control it for a few more days"

"How did Pokemon appear in our world?" Zack asked.

"After they left, peace remained for a few years. A month ago, Palkia detected a violation of space-time: someone had crossed without being chosen.

"Who?"

"Humans: humans who, compared to you, had dark hearts. They didn't transform when they arrived in our world, like you. At first, they seemed to only collect certain things: berries, water, some plants, but then, they discovered Pokémon physically..."

The kids couldn't imagine how such people must have felt the first time they saw a Pokemon.

"They took some photos and tried to get closer, but we quickly rejected them and they left. A week ago, they returned with those devices: the black rings and began to place them on the Pokémon that lived peacefully. They began to control Pokemon, to experiment with them... but, without a bond, the interaction between humans and Pokemon is nothing more than slavery. Fortunately, they haven't killed any of them so far, but if they progress further, many Pokemon may not be able to survive."

The chosen kids seemed upset as they imagined the terrible treatment of those soulless humans, while the girls worried that they would not be able to help them in time.

"We must stop them then," Mina proposed.

"Wait a minute," Rex reassured him. Then, he turned to Mew, "Mew, is there something physical that characterizes them? a symbol for example?"

"Well, they wear black suits that cover everything, a mask with a large circular proboscis…"

"Sounds like a gas mask…" Zack commented.

"…and a symbol on his left shoulders of a black circle crossed with a cross of the same color…" Mew finished.

"Well… let's see…" Dylan said, pulling out the laptop from him and turning it on.

First, he drew that symbol with a drawing program. Then, when Mew confirmed that symbol as the exact description, they then looked for similarities. After just a few seconds, they hit the nail on the head:

"Celtic cross: used by neo-Nazis, among other symbols and codes, that exalts the belief of superiority of the white race over the others" he read aloud, "It's them! That is its symbol!"

"Aren't they the survivors of that group that caused so much death and pain in the second World War?" Luke asked, "I've studied about them in history classes: they wouldn't even be colored superiors with such a black heart."

"That's why…" Rex thought out loud, "Now I understand! "The first attack that was carried out was against the president."

"That makes sense," said Rose, "The president is the head of the country and if something had been done to him, the entire country would be on fire."

"Well, thank goodness you were in the right place at the right time, Rex," Mina said, "But… I don't understand why since then they have appeared in different places where we are."

"Camera drones!" Dylan said, remembering that object he had attacked on the beach, "They've been watching us since Rex ruined his initial plan!"

The kids then immediately turned their heads to look for more possible espionage attempts, closing all the curtains and windows to prevent more information from reaching the enemy.

"We don't know how long we can stay like this…" said Zack, "But, for now, everything is calm."

"I still have one question… how did them find out about the Pokemon world?" Luke asked.

Everyone tried to think, but there was no answer from it. However, there was still the obligation to stop them before they caused more pain.

"We must return to the Pokemon world and help our friends," Rex proposed, standing up.

The others did the same and looked at each other with faces determined to fight.

"Wait a minute…" Dylan questioned, "If they have been traveling to the Pokemon world, that means that, somehow, they have technology capable of traveling to that dimension, shouldn't we destroy that technology first?"

"It's true. Although, if we do that, we must find its base" Luke said.

"Good. Phase 1: Assemble the team, completed" Rex proposed, "Phase 2: Find the bad guys' lair and wipe out space-time technology."

"I knew that the Pokemon world could trust you, chosen kids…" said Mew, "However, there is one more thing you should know: Rex, when you fought the controlled Dragonite, the battle caused a replication of your powers in another device. In other words, there is a seventh Pokephone with your same power"

For a minute, the kids were speechless in amazement until they heard a noise through the window. Dylan immediately went to investigate, but it was just a seagull that had lost its way and crashed.

"Well… it was just a seagull…", he said, calming everyone down.

"Back on topic…" Rex said, turning to Mew, "So, is there someone with a seventh Pokephone that can also transform into Charmander and the evolutions of it? Who is he or she? "

"He has your same abilities and powers, yes," Mew replied, "But I'm still not sure if he or she would be worthy of being a chosen one. They must find him, talk to him and prove his worth"

"Can't you tell us where he is?" Rose asked.

"No, but all the Pokephones are connected…" Mew responded, pointing to Dylan's laptop, "If you connect it to that device, it will give you better help. I'm sorry I can't help you more, but contact time is running out..."

Mew's image was disappearing like a glitch in a hologram system.

"Children… now chosen youth!" Mew told them, "You are our best hope! Reunite with your new comrade and stop this abuse and slavery of Pokemon!"

Said and done, Mew's image disappeared. With that last prayer in mind and heart, the kids promised to fulfill that. Then, they each picked up their Pokephones and pressed the corresponding buttons to activate the map. In it, were six flickering lights gathered at where their own location would be. Far from these lights was a seventh, just as Mew had said.

"Well…" Dylan said, plugging the Pokephone into his laptop and opening a map, "If Mew is right, we should locate that seventh Pokephone in… aha!"

He had done it: the Global Positioning System had connected with the Pokephones' locator and showed the 6 lights again (who they were) at the location of the lighthouse, and the seventh...

"That's… my school?!" Rex shouted.
