A bright sunny morning in rural Japan, sun shining and Koi Kitsune; a 17 year old girl was on her way to school.

A gaggle of girls were also walking school, talking about a guy they all had a massive crush on; Jotaro Kujo. In Koi's mind, Jotaro was an okay guy, talked to him a few times and called it a day.

All of the girls suddenly squealed, putting Koi out of her thoughts as Jotaro was suddenly in front of them, also walking to school. The girls kept trying to make conversation. He clearly was having none of it.

Koi rolled her eyes and sighed "Sheesh, read the room ladies. The guy clearly has no interest in any of you. He just wants to get to school like anyone else here" She stated as she strided past.

Most of the girls pouted, laying off of Jotaro. Although he was thankful that someone stood up for him, he could've done it himself. He recongized her, thought she was an alright person. Maybe a couple of greetings and questions, but nothing special.

Jotaro managed to catch up to Koi and they started walking together. After a moment of awkward silence, Jotaro asked, "Why stand up for me? We hardly know each other?"

Koi looked over "You were about to snap. Plus they're kinda dumb for not realizing that sooner. So, save a bunch of broken hearts and a guy who already is irritated in the first place" Koi shrugged as they finished the commute to school.

Over several days, Koi and Jotaro had grew a small friendship. It was mostly walking to and from school, sitting at lunch, and the occassional small talk in the hallways from class to class.

As school ended, Jotaro walked over to Koi as she was putting her other shoes on "Oh, hey Jotaro" she greeted with a small wave, closing the foot locker.

"Ready to go?" He asked.

"You could've left without me y'know" Koi retorted.

"My mom has been bugging me to invite you over for dinner. She has seen us walk together a few times, so naturally, really wants to get to know you" He replied.

"That sounds great! But I can't" Koi admitted.

"Huh? Why not?" He questioned.

"Special training I gotta do. My dad would kill me if we missed one session" She answered.

"Well, if you change your mind, let me know" He adds as they start walking home.

Over a week passes, Koi has had no word of Jotaro at all. Rumors from others indicated he was put in jail again and he wasn't leaving.

Holly picked up Koi after school, much to her suprise, having been explained what had happened on the way to the police station.

"I don't know Mrs. Kujo, Jotaro has always been stubborn. But I would not know what is making him refuse to leave" Koi explained.

"Please, call me Holly!" She insisted, "It's also finally nice to get to meet you, even if it's at a terrible time" she added. Koi nodded in reply, not sure what to say.

At the station, Koi and Holly were escorted by two police men down to the cells.

"So you're saying he refuses to leave, why exactly?" Koi asked.

"Something about he's gonna hurt someone with a ghost" One officer replied.

"A... ghost? Sounds a bit far-fetched" Koi replied.

"Exactly. Claiming there's something wrong with him" The other scoffed.

"I know he's stubborn... but never really this stubborn" Koi added. Rather suddenly, Holly started running, hearing a noise.

"Jotaro!" She called out. Holly kept repeating his name, worried about her son. She kept repeating her son's name, pleaing for some kind of reply.

"SHUT UP!" Jotaro retorted rather harshly. Koi and the officers caught up to Holly. Jotaro sat up, merely glancing over everyone.

"As I've said before, I'm not leaving. I have an evil spirit that can hurt people and I can't stop it" he explains.

"Sounds a bit y'know... odd Jotaro" Koi replied "Evil spirits are merely legend" She added.

Suddenly, an officer's gun was taken and put in Jotaro's hand. Everyone got tense, including the officers.

"Then allow me to demonstrate!" Jotaro replied, placing the gun to his head and after a moment, pulled the trigger. A very faded hand caught the bullet, at least from what Holly and Koi could see.

"As you see, I should not leave" Jotaro stood and gave back the gun before sitting back down and opening a beer he somehow had.

Holly, although not showing it, had enough. "I'm getting your grandfather. Koi, be a dear and try to convince him" she said, before leaving and the officers in tow.

Koi didn't even know how to convince him. He was stubborn, so naturally; he would not listen.

Jotaro chuckled and snapped Koi out of her thoughts "Good greif. It's funny my mom thought you could convince me. Plus after that stunt, I don't know how you could" he crushed the beer can and tossed it aside, making the fellow inmates jump.

"How were you not scared to do something like that?" Koi asked.

"Truth is, I was scared. It still got my point across however" Jotaro replied as Koi facepalmed in reply.

"So this deliquent goes soft over a chick he likes?" One of the inmates retorts. Jotaro gets irritated.

"I think it's my turn..." Koi stops him, staring down the bold inmate. "He's my friend. Nothing more or nothing less" she adds, as the inmate steps closer.

"You don't scare me girlie. What are you gonna do? Slap me?" The inmate asked and started laughing.

Koi chuckled and gave a smug smile "I could send you to a hospital. But I'll be nice and just teach a quick lesson." She states

"You?! Send me to a hospital?" The inmate bellows in laughter. Koi took a deep breath and smirked as she exclaimed "Hamon Bind!" A yellow rope-like strand appeared from her hands, and going around the man as the other inmates suddenly got scared. Koi gave a hard yank, slamming the inmate against the bars. The inmate is knocked out, as she lets go and they fall.

Jotaro took a few steps back and thought for a moment "My grandpa has mentioned that Hamon stuff before. I guess he's a wielder too" He stated, sitting down.

"Oh! That's pretty cool! My dad learned from a wielder" Koi replied.

After a few hours of Koi and Jotaro simply talking, the officers, Holly and two unfamiliar people walked to Jotaro's cell.

"Ok. Playtime's over. Jotaro, get out of the cell" An older man said.

"I'm not doing that old man" Jotaro glared as Koi turned and stepped to the side.

"Avdol. Get him out of his cell" The older gentleman replied as a darker-skin male emerged.

"As you wish, Mr. Joestar" Avdol replied. Koi looked at the older male, recongition hitting her. This was the man that taught her father.

A fight occurs. The temperature rises as fire engulfs Jotaro. It was a sight to behold. Eventually, a ghostly figure emerged out of Jotaro. A so-called evil spirit, strong and large in size.

"What this evil-spirit is Jotaro, is not one at all. It's a manifestation of your will. It's called a Stand" Joesph explained.

"A Stand?" Koi questioned.

"Yes. A Stand" Joseph replied as Jotaro got slammed into the cell bars by Avdol's Magician's Red. Koi cringed at the sound.

"Papa! Maybe you shouldn't-" Holly tried to plead.

"Now Holly, stand back like a good girl and this will be settled in no time" Joseph reassured.

"Now you made me mad..." Jotaro managed to get out of the Red Bind he was in, his stand bending the bars and walking out.

Avdol then stepped back and sat back, making Jotaro confused. "So you're not going to fight me?" Jotaro questioned.

Avdol shook his head "I did have intentions to put you in a hospital, but you did as Mr. Joestar asked. Thus, I have no reason to continue such actions" he replied.

"Well, now that he's out; I need to get home. I'm gonna be late for my training" Koi checked the time.

"What training kid?" Joseph replied.

"Well, considering Jotaro knows, I guess I can tell you" Koi replied. "You, Joesph Joestar taught my father, Fred Kitsune an old technique called Hamon" She adds.

Joseph thought back. When he remembered, he nodded, "I remember him rather well. He was desperate to learn. Protect his then Fiancé. But I never thought that he would teach it to you, being inexpierenced. Now I'm more curious of how your techniques are because of him. Maybe a sparring match wouldn't be out of a question" He smirked.

"I don't know old man, I could hurt you" she replied, giving a smile as he laughed.

"It'll take a lot more than hitting me a few times to really hurt me" Joseph retorted.

"Then it's settled, maybe my dad wouldn't mind seeing you again Mr. Joestar" Koi affirmed before checking the time again "I gotta go bye!" she ran out the police station and back to the Kitsune residence.

When getting there, she noticed nothing unusual at first. It was darker than normal, but it was still in the afternoon.

"Dad, I'm home!" She announced, taking off her shoes at the door. No response.

"Dad! You won't believe who I saw today!" she exclaimed. Again, no response. Koi was now getting worried. 'Maybe he went on a last minute errand? No, he would leave a note' Koi thought, roaming the silent house.

"Dad?" she called again as she opened his bedroom door. Koi gasped and took a few steps back, falling over from shock. She stared at her father's dead body in horror. When Koi regained her senses minutes later, she stood, running to the house phone, calling Emergency Services.

"Hello? What's your emergency?" The line picked up.

"There's been a murder at my house! My dad's dead!" Koi exclaimed in panic.
