Any suggestions for Mika and Hinata as partners in and out of ANBU?
Should Mika or Hinata be involved in getting Tsunade back?
When Mika fought Naruto, the crowd had been conflicted. Two nobodies, two worthless orphans, one on a dead team and the other the dead last... and Naruto at that... who would have guessed it would have turned into such a fierce match? They had no idea who to bet on, or root for. When Naruto unleashed the power of the Fox, or used shadow clones, it seemed an easy victory for the brat, but it was not.
Mika unleashed swift, balanced, polished and skilled kenjutsu, mixing in stealth, simple genjutsu and a simple earth jutsu to just enough effect to easily imprison Naruto in the dirt. A nobody orphan, without any trace of ninja heritage, conquered a Jinchuurki, and with ease? Unheard of and yet the boy became the greatest wild card of his year...
At least, until Hinata Hyuuga jumped into the arena. Neji the Genius Hyuuga, vs the Weak willed wall flower of an ex heiress... again, easy on paper,... and then the girl wrecked Neji's socks off. Violent, swift and perfectly formed attacks, perfectly designed to fight another Hyuuga. The girl came with a mission and defeated Neji with ease... and her Killing intent, massive, stronger than most Jonins! The girl had a darkness in her heart and it showed, just as much as Mika's had when he unleashed it at Naruto.
The truth was, this entire exam was proving to be interesting and though many lose betting money, every single person was entertained, interested and eager to see what other things were in store...

Mika wanted to groan. "Of course Sasuke is late, why would I expect anything less?"
Hinata nodded. "He always was full of himself. So naturally, he gets a allowed time to wait. Such privileges he has, and he knows it. Only Naruto would have gotten this sort of crap as well since the Hokage adores him."
Turning to Kankuro as they were announced to go into the arena, Mika offered a growl. " That means we are up next. Can you handle it?"
Apparently no, as Kankuro called out. "Proctor I quit!" His smile was false, and Mika knew something was wrong. " I don't think I can defeat this guy and it would be a waste of time."
Turning to Hinata, Mika frowned. "Keep your eyes open, something's wrong."
"I know. " She growled low. "If Sasuke doesn't show up, then it's Me and Gaara... great. I was hoping to rest a bit more, Neji's Rotation hurt my ribs."
Thankfully, to both of their shock, Sasuke did in fact appear, in a swirl of excessive leaves with Kakashi at his back. " So dramatic." Mika and Hinata said as one.
Watching the match below was... annoying for Mika. "Of course, nothing is his own. He copied Lee's speed and taijutsu, I mean I get it, Lee's a beast but seriously is that all Sasuke can do? Copy others." It was about then that they watched Sasuke bolt up the wall, unleashing a lightning jutsu and rush Gaara wrapped in his sand barrier. "That is awesome though, pity my chakra levels are high enough for such attacks." Gaara's screamed in agony about blood, and a long hand of sand bolted from the barrier as it shattered. It was about then that Mika felt the trickling of external chakra drifting into his body, as feathers fell across his vision. "Genjutsu!" Mika called out and immediately released the technique, as Hinata did.
Kankuro and Temari bolted to their brother and Mika knew he was right, something was happening. Turning, he saw signs of Sand and Sound ninja gathering to fight the Leaf.
Hinata hissed. "An invasion." Her eyes active, she gaped. "There are attacks all over the village, and something, a massive summons coming in near the gates." She turned. " The Third has been captured by... it's Orochimaru dressed as the Kazekage. I see it, My father showed me his face years ago, in fear he would capture me."
Mika growled. " We need to protect the civies, double time. Together!"
And they threw themselves into the stands, ready and willing to kill all in their paths. With the grace of dancers, Mika with his blade, Hinata with her glowing fingers, they moved. Hinata would identify Sound or Sand ninja, or civies in need or protection. Hinata would disarm people with a jab or poke, Mika would slit throats or cut off heads or pierce arteries. Sometimes he would cut hamstring or backs and she would jab their hearts or skulls, killing them instantly.
Over and over this went on, and soon their death count was in the fifties.
Together they moved through the stands, executing all the enemy ninja they could find, until they reach Kakashi and Gai. "Any new orders?" Mika called out as he literally disarmed someone, before Hinata ended the enemy Kunoichi with a poke to the chest.
Kakashi stopped, stunned. "How many have you killed?
"Sixty with that recent kill. Most of the attackers are not even chunin level, quantity over quality was the goal, I am guessing."
Kakashi nodded. "Continue protecting the civies, and ... well, just keep on doing what you are doing. You're doing scarily well."
Hinata's smirk was enticing, knowing that her previous self would never manage all she had done.
All seemed to be going well, until the Hokage's battle ended up in a horrible scream and the shattering of the barrier around it. That seemed to signal the end of everything, and the enemy ninja gave up, laying down their weapons.
Mika wanted to kill them all, as did Hinata he could tell, but it was too much,... Hinata looked up at the Hokage's seat and saw a horrible sight to most. "The Hokage is dead." She said.
Mika nodded, sighing. Neither he or she cared for the man, he had allowed too much abuse to care for... but the blow to the village's safety was beyond anything he could express...
They were more vulnerable than ever... and they would pay for it.
And hopefully so would the Sound and Sand.
Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.
This was a lot of fun.
Love, your Ninja Overlord,
Mika.
