This is a one shot that I wrote from Heather's point of view. Best situated after the close of "We Meet Again" but before My work titled "Origins" it is my attempt to blend events of the show with events unfolding in my own universe. It shows a natural progression of the bond between Grissom and Heather, and folds Warrick's death into my work which began with "Things Left Behind."

Greg and Morgan discuss how over through the years how everyone has been through it all. How they have dealt with the inevitable. The good, the bad, the ugly and worse of it all.
