One day Clary goes out to the store with her son and comes home to find Jace but he's not alone... he it in bed with some random girl. Clary sees everything and packs up her and Christopher's bags and leaves Jace but little did he know she was hiding a big secret.

Alec Lightwood (Originally Alexandra) is much different than that of the rest of his family. Magnus Bane doesn't even have a real family any more, just step-families that he left at one point or another. When the two meet, sparks fly instantly, and there's no doubt in either of their minds that they aren't too different than each other.
