Kagome left the Galaxy Garrison following Shiro's disappearance. Not even she could predict what might come a year later when he crashlands back on Earth. By strange means, it seems she's bound to Voltron by its very roots. Surrounded by friends, family, and strangers alike, she will take up any mantle she must in order to recover the Shikon no Tama and defend her allies.

Torn from her world, Kagome awoke on Altea. Found injured by King Alfor, he takes her in as his own. A new life is carved out for her, friendships and affections, but it was only ever temporary. Following the destruction of Altea and Alfor's death, she's taken into the Galra Empire.

She's unexpectedly pulled along with a ragtag team and forced into another wild adventure of fighting. She's strong and brave, but she's also painfully human.

All they planned to do was hunt the demon down and return home. She didn't expect to run into her big brother, and she never intended to end up in outer space thanks to a blue robotic lion. Kagome's caught up in another war, but the timing of it all couldn't be worse- considering she's carrying a certain demon lord's pups. A protective demon was certainly a deadly beast to foes.

They had trusted him, they said, and yet they did this. What part did they trust and how much thought did they put into that trust before doubting it? She would not let this lie. They would know her rage.

Kagome is sent to help save the universe and helps Voltron do it.

Transcendent: beyond or above the range of normal or merely physical human experience. Pidge and Shiro had no idea just how much things would change when they rescued yet another human from the Galra. Kagome expected a certain degree of strangeness in her life after graduating from the Space Exploration Academy, just not this much. Rated M for suggestive themes/violence/profanity.
