It has been thousands of years since Harry defeated Voldemort and he has traveled many worlds as the Champion of Death. Death sends her Champion after people who have cheated Death for too long. Now she sends him after the Black King. Will Harry find a reason to stay?

This is a spin-off from Lets fix the multiverse series. It starts at the end of Lets fix the tournament. Harry gets to visit Alageasia, with the wives, all kinds of opportunities will appear, Dragons, Elves, Dwarves, even Urgals. Nothing is safe for the Master of Death. Eragon helps him start over where he can finally be himself, where he could have a family…in a new world. In one life, Harry Potter was a baby very like Murtagh. Raised by those who hate, with the expectations of those in power upon him. Murtagh decides to be his family.

After the defeat of Khossa Vole, the magic sustaining the City of the Damned fails. Rynn's attempt to escape the collapsing plane drag the knight and the dragon Arokh to a distant land, where the dragons are almost extinguished, and a foul king rules the land. Finding aid from a pair of travellers with a secret, the two of them hope that the Spirit Dragons left a Gate in this land.

"Hear ye, men of the land. The end is nigh, and it rides on silver wings. It will be followed by a trail of blood wrought from lightning." A story heard all throughout the land, so ubiquitous that even those in Carvahall heard it now and then. Nobody believed it of course, and especially not Eragon. What business did a farm boy have entertaining such notions?

Japan is transferred to the world of Alagaësia just before the start of Eragon. Loosely based on the same premise as Nihonkoku Shoukan.

"The folly of Man, and those similar to us, is thinking that Nature is in our control and not the other way around." Brom spoke with a haunted look in his eyes. Eragon glanced at Saphira warily. "What makes you say that?" the boy asked. Brom looked up, the fire casting shade to his face, and smirked grimly at the boy. "Because it has an order, and He is the overseer of that order."

For the Dragonborn, it's just another quest he's sent on when Akatosh asks him to go liberate Alagaësia and protect the local dragons. For Odahviing, it means babysitting the dragon slayer and making sure he doesn't make any more deals with Daedric Princes and thus taint his soul any further. MurtaghxMaleDragonborn
