The Justice Cabal In MHA

A group of friends from Ylisse, The Justice Cabal, find themselves weary after their quest in the world of Fates. They return to their homeland and eventually go into the Outrealms to find new worlds. As luck would have it, these wannabe heroes found a world that's all ABOUT heroes and jump right in.

Okay gonna ramble a bit here. First time trying to write a fic of any kind so there will likely be some issues. The main ones that I foresee are characters being clunky and ooc which will suck if thats the case cuz I want character interaction to be an important part of the story.

one moment, lemme try to bring some kinda structure here.

What brought about this idea

Big FE fan and I thought why not make an FE fanfic? It's been a slight while since I played awakening (my fav) and I just started reading through the support convos and blogs trying to get a feel for some characters. Lo' and behold! one gamefaq thread had an offhand mention about this Justice Cabal in Awakening. Wtf is dis?

As it so happens The Justice Cabal is made up of Gerome, Cynthia, Owain, and M!Morgan(kinda) who used to play pretend heroes in this childhood game(minus Morgan cuz he haz no memories n' other stuff:p).

Well by gawds I had a connection. MHA has heroes and the Justice Cabal want to be heroes. Bada bing bada boom time to start driving. With training wheels of course.

Fire Emblem Material and AU stuff

To start, the characters I'm using are as follows: F!Morgan, Owain, Inigo, Cynthia, Severa, Gerome, Soleil, Caeldori, Ophelia, and an OC

The lineages will likely be as follows:

F!Morgan and Gerome from Robin and Cherche (Cherche stans forevah!)

Inigo from Chrom and Olivia

Owain from Lissa and Lon'qu(wasn't too sure on this one, may be up for debate)

Severa from Cordelia and Virion

Cynthia from Gaius and Sumia(this one can be up for debate but she's gonna be a bit of a minor character despite being the original leader of the cabal)

Ophelia and OC descended from F!Morgan and Owain

Soleil and Caeldori descended from Inigo and Severa(ye ahm stealing Caeldori from Subaki cuz fuck 'im)

Gerome- Coral

Morgan- Coral

Owain- Blonde

Cynthia- Ginger

Inigo- Dark Blue(Think Chrom)

Severa- Maroon

Caeldori- Maroon

Soleil- Pink

Ophelia- Blonde

Hidden Background stuff

originally, Owain, Inigo, and Severa go back in time to Fateslandia to lay some whoop ass on Anankos cuz Grima just wasn't enough to stay Owain's sword hand. The AU parts here that probably don't matter too much but may allow me to do some stuff later will be that Gerome, Cynthia, and F!Morgan also come with them to Fateslandia. There will be no chapters in Fateslandia but they might make some references.

Their ages can only be estimated so I will set them as 17 at the end of Awakening, 19 at the end of Fates, and then a year of decompression in Ylisse to make them 20 before they feel like going through the Outrealms and discover the MHA world :0.

Also I think this should be in this section, I am having it so that they did not have children while in Fateslandia cuz fuck the Deeprealms. I want to learn how to write a parent a child relationship so I will make it that they start families in MHA world.

FE power system

To start, their will be no stats . I will try to generally translate the more strategy turn-based game aspects into a magic system that is more felt than quantified. I will have them know of the idea of attributes like strength, speed, etc. But it will be observation based for the most part.

Levels will be kept in a way. As MHA is a world in which people have vast strength, I am setting it up so that people of the FE world can get stronger up to a maximum limit. What we know of as level one will be an ordinary person while a max-stat Morgan will be like a Demigod.(note the Demigod bit is hyperbole but Morgan will be the strongest of the FE characters)

Skills are where a lot of the structure will be located. everyone of FE descent will have 5 skill slots and 1 'personal skill' slot. Active Skills like Luna, Astra, Sol, etc. will not have an activation chance but will instead drain an internal mana system that they have. Same with passive skills like strength 2 and solidarity. Astra will be the ability to make five strikes in the same time you would make one, Vantage will be like a hair trigger that only functions when one approaches death, strength 2 grants one a low increase in strength, rally skills will last minutes instead of turns, etc. You get the idea.(also some skills will probably lose the numbers like strength 2 will be known as just strength or something)

For now that will be it on the FE side

My Hero Academia Material/AU Stuff

Check it, I have a general idea of the timeline of events that happen before story start and will intertwine the Adult characters within to a small extent but for the most part it would probably be some original stuff. However, I'm a new writer so I will begin with the training wheels and start from the Children's viewpoints as their awareness of world events should be a bit limited I think.

As for the main story, I have only seen up to the moment when they save Bakugo from AFO in the manga. I am watching the anime from the beginning and reading wikis to fill in the gaps so I hope I can get an understanding of the characters before I actually get to that point in the writing.

I am introducing 4 new students but should only be replacing three. Caeldori will be a year older than the others and will be in the 2nd year. I plan for Soleil and Ophelia to be in Class 1A replacing Mineta and Sato(sry Sato). The OC will be in class 1B replacing Bondo.

the 4 students will get quirks though I will try to make sure they're not complete bullshit. Though I've heard that there is some big power ramp later on so I am leaving the potential for them to be more as I catch up.

Friendships/Relationships/Romance

Gonna start with no harems cuz fuck 'em.

Romance is gonna be tough more me as I am an awkward mf'er though I do want to write it. On that note I do not intend to write a Rush B kinda romance since the characters feel too odd when that happens. I'll try to go slow burn if I do romance at all. I wanna try and focus on the three creating friendships moreso than relationships so things will likely be platonic for a long while if I get that far.

That's it for now I believe. This note is more of a declaration to myself to get started and throw words on the screen so I can actually learn hands-on rather than continually plan and daydream. Just doing this feels as if I have solidified the fog of possibilities within my mind into a goat path forwards.
