While Garou was climbing his way out of the Monster's base, he mysteriously vanished and then end up in a world different from his, but yet still similar due to how people treat the talented, Garou is the only one who could change the perspective of the people and he would be the one to unite the talented and talentless by doing what his good at, which is becoming a Monster.
