After the events of Epiphany, Joey is sent back three weeks before George Ostin was shot. Alive. He doesn't know why he's there, but there's one thing he knows he needs to do. One thing he needs to prevent. And as Joey's attempts to change the past grow more desperate, Rosa tries to figure out what's going on before it's too late.

For a few minutes, he thinks everything is going to be okay. Then Rosa falls to her knees in the snow.

It's a snowy winter night in New York City, and the Bestower has succumbed to the torrent of the Universe crashing into her mind.
