(A/N): Hello everyone from the past fanfic. I'm here to bring you the reboot of Pokémon Edventures of Unova. Here I will TRY to keep things cannonically in Pokémon Black and White, Pokémon Black and White 2, and Pokémon Blaze Black and Volt White 1 & 2. This will be esier to create with these old moments but with new characters and crunching up the fun parts into fair fun by revising them. Here you go, I hope you like it.

[Season 1]: Bad Luck No More

(Chapter 1): Bad Luck No More

[Candy Store: Everyone]

Three boys walked to the candy store, in hopes of getting some sweet delicious candy, jawbreakers to be precise.

"Hurry up, Double Dee!" A short boy ran ahead of his two best friends. He wore a yellow shirt with a vertical red stripe down the left of it. He also wore blue jeans, and red sneakers. His name was Eddy. "Come on, Ed!"

Right behind him was a tall, smelly boy who wore a green jacket, a red and white striped shirt, blue pants and some black sneakers. His name was Ed. "Right behind you, Eddy!"

The one who was nearly behind was a medium sized boy, with a black ski cap and a white line on the right side. He also wore an orange shirt, purple pants, blue sneakers and red socks rolled up to his knees. His name is Edd, or Double Dee for less confusion.

"Curse my lack of Stamina exercises!" Double Dee followed behind.

And that's when suddenly, a group of kids were grouped up in front of the door.

"Too late dorks! Har har har!" A jock boy who had a cheek stuffed with a big piece of candy, laughed at the Eds as everyone but the Eds were enjoying some too. The Jock had a red cap worn backwards, green sweater, black shorts and some blue sneakers. His name was Kevin.

"Wha?!" Eddy was surprised and shocked. "But I got the tickets! Where's MY prize?!"

"Who'd of thought it? I had the winning ticket all along!" A small boy with a retainer, a cyan shirt, white pants and white shoes, explained joyously. His name was Jimmy.

"Ha! And there's no jawbreakers left for you idiots." The girl with red pink lipstick smirked as she insulted the Eds. She wore a pink blouse/shirt, blue jeans and some pink shoes. Her name was Sarah.

Upon the rest of them were a boy with cut hair, a white shirt, some blue pants and some red sneakers. He also carried a Plank of wood with a face drawn on it, and the boy calls it his best friend, Plank. The boy's name, himself, was Jonny, with no H present. The next boy was an immigrant, he had blue hair, and a unibrow with some dark skin, as he wore a yellow shirt with a large, red, horizontal line in the middle. He also wore some jeans much like the rest of the pack, as well as some red shoes. The final one from the pack was a girl, a blonde girl. Her name was Nazz, and she wore a white cotton tank top over her white shirt. She also wore baggy purple pants and some black sneakers.

The kids laughed as they left with all of the Jawbreakers.

"No... Way..." Eddy began to scream into the air. "WHY CAN'T WE HAVE WHAT WE WANT?! ARE WE CURSED FOR AN ETERNITY TO FAIL?!"

It was not easy getting tickets to the Raffle for the box full of Jawbreakers. At first, they got to battle for Rolf's ticket at the Playground, which was nearly as ruthless to Double Dee, who fought back by shooting him back with his slingshot. Then they got Nazz and Johnny's ticket by retrieving their lost items in both the Woods and Construction Site which were as equally dangerous, and almost lost them to Sarah after surviving her outburst of wrath of what included, falling drills. Finally, a showdown between Kevin and Eddy as the two fought for the final ticket, which was as tricky as it could've been when it came to dodging bullet-fast pebbles. But just when things were going the Eds' ways, a group of girls, known as the Kanker Sisters: May, Marie and Lee, kidnapped Double Dee and forced Ed and Eddy to fight back for him. In all these events, they all succeeded, but for what? In order to lose it all in the end? All that suffering for nothing?

"There, there, Eddy." Double Dee pat Eddy on the shoulders. "I'm sure someday we will get our days of sucg luck, depending on our likings. But I think for now the odds are against us."

"Odd is a lonely number, my fellow friends!" Ed commented randomly but truthfully.

"Shut up, Ed!" Eddy barked at his dumb-witted friend as he got up and walked away, with the two best friends slowly following in silence as Eddy rambled on about being less successful.

[Cul-De-Sac: CDS Kids and the Eds]

"Those were some yummy Jawbreakers!" Jimmy admitted. "I wonder if there would be another raffle sooner."

"Yeah!" Sarah smirked. "Another where my idiot brother and his stinky diaper babies never win!"

"You said it!" Kevin chuckled.

"Well, they did bring back my book." Nazz replied.

"And they also brought Plank." Johnny followed along Nazz. "But these are the same guys who rip us off everyday! So I wouldn't worry too much!"

"The life of the scram making Ed Boys shall never prosper in the days when the eggplants grow to be big and mature!" Rolf replied.

"I think you mean scams, dude." Nazz replied to Rolf, but then shrugged it off and yawned. "Well, guys, I'm tired and hungry. I'm heading home."

"Yeah, it's time to eat, for me." Jimmy replied to the rest of the group.

"So another time when we all side against those Eds?" asked Jonny.

"Jonny, it's everyday we do that!" Kevin replied to Jonny as everyone laughed and split apart.

"So, until the sun shines behind another night?" Asked Rolf as he headed back to his home.

"Sure, dude!" Nazz smiled, giggled and she left to her house as everyone else did, who just ate dinner and slept in front of the TV, with the entertainment system on.

As the parents checked the TV, but didn't want to wake up their children by turning it off, it turned out two people got the winning prize of a vacation to a far away land, one of them happened to be Marie Kanker, which showed a picture of her and her sisters enjoying the view and an Ice Cream in a full Urban City near the sea.

Minutes later, the Eds arrived to see their Cul-de-sac once more, avoiding all of the dangers of the previous courses, of at the Eds' return, they saw an unfamiliar face that wasn't seen before.

It was a woman with a white lab coat, a white skirt, some green high heels, and earrings. Her brown hair was curly and puffy, as if she looked similar to a teacher or a professor.

"Hm." The woman thought out loud. "It seems that there's nothing here. Perhaps this place doesn't seem inhabitable for any of them living here."

"Hey, who's that lady?" Asked Eddy.

"The doctor is here for my check up?!" Ed commented. "But I eat lots of apples!"

"Ed, I appreciate your dietary habits of controlling your nutritional intake, but I doubt a doctor would come here to check up on us at a time like this." Double Dee looked at the lady in the lab coat. "We may never know unless we ask."

"Oh boy, if we find ourselves within another Double Dee talking to himself, I'm tearing my ears out..." Eddy frowned upon this idea but he and Ed followed Double Dee.

"Excuse me." Double Dee caught the attention of the lady.

"Oh hello there, do you live around here?" the lady asked, turning around to face them.

"Please don't give me shots, doctor! I've been good!" Ed whimpered as he was scared.

"Pardon? I am not majored in a medical degree." The lady replied.

"Forgive me, ma'am." Double Dee chuckled nervously. "To answer your question, we do live here. My name is Eddward or Edd, or as most people call me, Double Dee. Right next to me are my friends, Ed and Eddy."

"Hello!" Ed waved back with his tongue drooling out.

"Oh brother..." Eddy sighed and shook his head.

"Ed, Edd, and Eddy." The lady giggled. "Adds a ring to it. Anyways, why is your friend over there feeling angry?"

"Um, pardon me, ma'am." Asked Double Dee.

"No need. You call me Professor Juniper." The Lady introduced herself. Double Dee was amazed.

"Well, Professor." Double Dee turned from an interested mood to a slightly concerned feeling. "We just lost a raffle for some Jawbreakers despite having the most tickets in the Cul-de-sac."

"Do you believe it?!" asked Eddy with frustration.

"Eddy, not so loud, please." Double Dee tried calming Eddy.

"One ticket won out of everything we have!" Eddy shouted. "Just one day where I get Jawbreakers! Or one day prove that I'll be the best of the world to show everyone who looked down upon me! Especially that Shovelchin!"

"Sounds to me, you guys have been pressured and bullied a lot." Professor Juniper tilted her head.

"Believe me, it's rough in these parts when every kid in the cul-de-sac looks down upon you. The fear of getting pummelled by some pressuring people who show off in your face..." Double Dee looked down in a moping mood.

"Baby sister is bad for Ed!" Ed kept whining.

"Sometimes I wish I can have a vacation..." Eddy grumbled.

Feeling pity for these boys, Professor Juniper lightened up and had an idea. "Perhaps I can help you a vacation like none other before."

The Eds looked up at the Professor. "Huh?"

"Are you familiar with Pokémon?" asked Professor Juniper.

"Pokémon?" Asked Double Dee.

"Pokémon?" Eddy repeated.

"Poke a mom?" Ed tried repeating. "I never poked Mommy before."

Professor Juniper giggled at Ed. "Not poke a mom, Ed. Pokémon. They're creatures with powers unlike any other creature I find here. Most people keep them as pets, some like to battle with them. I, myself, study these creatures and their background and it's my job to provide newcomers with one of their own."

"Battle with creatures, eh?" asked Eddy. "I feel dirty, but I'll be happier to claim victory as a champion of these Pokémon!"

"Oh there's already a Champion." Juniper bursted Eddy's bubble. "But you can work your way up to claim the championship. All you have to do is to collect 8 Gym Badges and fight the champion. And then of course, if you do win, you get to use the Champion's Wish."

"The Champion's Wish?" Asked the Eds.

"If you defeat the Champion, you may use one possible wish that the government will do all that it takes to grant your wish, if it's possible." Professor Juniper replied. "It comes with Prize Money, Fame, and recognition for your hard work."

"Consider it done!" Eddy smirked.

"Easier said than done, Eddy." Double Dee forewarned.

"I want to have my own monster!" Ed shouted, but was pulled into a huddle by Eddy.

"Eddy! What's the meaning of this?!" Double Dee whispered.

"It's simple, Double Dee!" Eddy whispered back. "None of us should talk about this to anyone in the cul-de-sac. If they found out, we'll be stuck in here living the same old lives! I actually want a vacation, so we're accepting this challenge!"

Double Dee was thinking of the end of his bargain as to maybe learn more about these types of creatures and become an instant professor. And surprisingly, he noticed Eddy's not thinking of scamming anymore. His Champion's Wish could make him build a university for his friends to study at with the best professors, and the best education, provided by Double Dee's work.

Eddy was thinking of becoming Champion and rubbing it all of his fame on the kids who looked down on him, and it beats going to summer camp for the rest of his summer. His Champion's Wish already included money and fame, what he needed now is a throne and a factory full of Jawbreakers. It was something about that wish that didn't bore him out.

Ed was thinking he could be King of the Monster Pets. Everyone would bow to Ed as a true master as he makes friends with all of these Pokémon. His Champion's Wish would include capturing every last monster and building a planet for these creatures and him to live by, if he knew how that logic worked.

The Eds broke out of the huddle.

"We'll accept this challenge!" Eddy shook Juniper's hand to her surprise.

"Alright then!" She expressed her joy as he pulls out a present from her lab coat, it was a box full of red top and white bottom balls, with a black line and a white button in the middle that separated the colors apart. However, each one had a symbol. A blue droplet, a small red fire, and a green leaf. "I'll also give you these Pokédexes to help you on your way to become a champion. Meet me here tomorrow if you want to arrive." She was about to leave.

"Wait!" Eddy shouted, making Juniper stop and turn around. "If you can, can you arrive here early? We can't let anyone know."

"Of course, but make sure you don't worry anyone, I'll leave your parents a letter so they don't worry." Said Juniper. "See you tomorrow."

Professor Juniper then left the cul-de-sac.

"So wanna see who gets who?" asked Eddy as he unboxed the case and handed everyone their Pokédex.

(Ed, Edd & Eddy received Pokédex.)

Eddy takes the Pokéball and heads to the playground.

"Eddy, wait!" Double Dee follows Eddy to the playground. "Coming Ed?"

"Aye aye captain!" Ed follows the rest of the Eds to the playground.

... Minutes later...

The Eds made it to a sandbox, where Eddy pressed the buttons on all three Pokéballs and tossed each one into the sand as the balls opened and a bright light shoots out of the open Pokéballs! And three mysterious creatures came out, but they were so small.

One was a small quadrupedal mammalian Pokémon that resembles a piglet. Its plump body was mainly a bright fiery orange color. Its ears, forehead, backside, tail, and the tips of its front feet were black. It had long ears, large eyes with black pupils, and a distinctly pig-like pink nose with two large nostrils. It had a short yellow stripe extending vertically across the front of its face, just above its nose. It had a short curly tail with a round red orb at the tip. Eddy was not fond of farm animals, but the fact he knows Fire is a good element, for that it came from the Pokéball with a small fire on it, he decided he should go for it.

The second one was a serpentine creature with mainly a green body, tan stomach and lower head, with the end of its tail being shaped like a leaf as large as its head. It has arms and legs, being green and tan, respectively. The arms were quite plant-like, ending in three prongs that act like fingers. Its head was a tear drop shape with the top half being green and the bottom half, in front of the neck, being tan. Its eyes were in the intersection between the border of the green and tan parts of its head. Its eyes were surrounded by a yellow marking and were usually half closed. Near the bottom of its neck was a yellow collar which comes up on either side of its body, and comes together in the center of its back, making a line to the bottom of the leaf tail. Double Dee seemed to like this serpent Pokémon as he can study it, also that being of some sort of plant type, makes it even more interesting for Double Dee.

The last one was a bipedal, mammalian sea otter-like Pokémon. It had fur covering its entire body, with white fur on its face and arms, light-blue fur on its chubby torso and a dark blue tail, feet and ears. It also had a tan-colored scallop shell attached to its stomach, which is made of keratin (the same substance as human hair and fingernails). Ed looked joyful at it, as if he remembered it from a comic.

The Pokémon stretched their muscles and walked around.

"(Oh boy!)" The Fire Pig creature got up and stretched his body. "(I'm free!)"

"(W - W - Wait a minute!)" The Sea Otter creature shivered uncomfortably in her place and she had looked at the three tall humans who looked at her and she looked away, shyly.

"(By my observations...)" Replied the Grass Snake creature. "(We seemed to have arrived at what they called, the mainland. And it seems to me, THESE are our new trainers...)"

Eddy gave the command. "Alright, on the count of three we each pick our own Pokémon. One... THREE!"

The Eds pointed to their Pokémon, which were directly in front of each one of them, and it was surprising to each one.

"Why, Eddy." Double Dee was amazed. "I didn't know you liked farm animals."

"Meh, it was just because it came out of that ball with fire on it." Eddy shrugged, making the Pig look at Eddy. "And I see you like that green snake."

"I have a hunch it must be a plant Pokémon, so it'll be in the comfort of my research." Double Dee explained to Eddy as they both looked at Ed.

"Hey guys! It's the baby mermaid of Planet Neptune from Captain Commander Volume 3!" Ed recalled from one of his anime that he sometimes watched. "I shall watch over this baby until her mama arrives!"

("B - Baby?!)" The Sea Otter Pokémon squealed in confusion, confused about this Captain Commander.

Normally, Ed would like to hear these Pokémon, or aliens, speak, but all they do is say their names.

"Is that all they do? Say their names?" Asked Eddy. "Whatever, I claim this Pokémon!" Eddy takes out his Pokédex and tries using it to watch TV, but instead it scanned the Pig.

"Tepig, the Fire Pig Pokémon. It can deftly dodge foe's attacks while shooting fireballs from its nose. It roasts berries before it eats them."

"Sweet!" Eddy shouted. "Well, Tepig, all aboard the express to greatness!" Tepig snorted happily as Eddy picks up Tepig's Pokéball. "Is there's anything to recall these things?"

"Try pressing the button again." Double Dee replied as Eddy pressed a button. Eddy points the ball to Tepig as a red laser beam flies to Tepig, turning him into red light as his energy gets sucked back into the ball. "Much easier." The ball shrinks into a small ball as Eddy put it in his pocket as well as the Pokédex in the other.

"Hm..." Double Dee hummed as he gets out his Pokédex and scanned his Green Snake.

"Snivy, the Grass Snake Pokémon. It is very intelligent and calm. Being exposed to lots of sunlight makes its movements swifter."

"My my." Double Dee said impressed by this description. "Well, Snivy, I hope we can become friends in this adventure! Return!" Double Dee did the same thing Eddy did as Snivy returns to its Pokéball Double Dee collected from the ground.

Ed blankly follows the same process and scanned the Pokémon before him.

"Oshawott, the Sea Otter Pokémon. The swordshell on its belly is made of keratin, the same material as fingernails. It can detach from its belly and be used like a shortsword."

"The Baby Princess is also a swordsman, and her name is Oshawott?" Ed looked surprised. "I shall take care of you until Captain Commander comes! Return, Baby Princess!" Ed recalled the Sea Otter Pokémon back.

It was close to nighttime, and the Eds were getting tired.

Eddy yawned. "Man, it surely is tiring after a long day chasing Jawbreakers and then suddenly getting a free vacation..."

"Well, of course we should probably get prepared for our adventure." Double Dee reminded Eddy and Ed. "So we must pack necessary items for the time being. Mind if we wake up early for our adventure?"

"Alright!" Eddy agreed to the details. "Let's get packin' and some shut eye! Meet you guys in the center of the Cul-de-sac, tomorrow morning!"

"Alright, Eddy!" Ed waved as he was the first to leave before the rest of the trio.

In Ed's house, Ed packed a sleeping bag and tent, his instant gravy mix, some chunky puffs, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and some extra clothes. What he also packed were some butter and some bread which he was sure he could toast some bread before the adventure in the morning.

In Eddy's house, Eddy was just packing some of his "essentials". Some that included his brother's "magazines", a toothbrush and toothpaste, some body wash soap, extra clothes , a sleeping bag and tent, some sandwiches that he left in the fridge, and a camera.

In Double Dee's house, Double Dee packed some sandwiches, of healthy alternatives, some hygienic items, a reusable Ice Bag, some first aid items, sleeping bag and tent with some extra clothes as well as his label maker and some tags for his label maker, and what he also packed was a magnifying glass and some canteens.

Double Dee went to his desk and began to write a message to his family, using a piece of college ruled paper and a pen.

"Dear Mom and Dad." Double Dee wrote out loud on a piece of paper. "I am sorry that we're gone for this summer, but I can assure you that we are on vacation that a... friend brought us. I don't know where, but all I know is that I had made a huge discovery. And I assure you, this shall not make me less smart, but understand more about my new friend that's accompanying me. So, I bid you farewell. Love, Eddward."

Double Dee folded the paper into a very small but flat piece and locked it into a small box that fits perfectly and locks it with a code he then writes on another piece of paper, involving a math problem. After doing something to secure the box, he hides it in a cabinet, right where his parents get their oatmeal and ground coffee.

Double Dee finally goes to bed, where he took out Snivy's Pokéball, and enlarged it with a push of the button. He did some thinking. Since Double Dee has hardly anyone around, he can just summon Snivy out and all will still be kept a secret.

"Snivy..." Double Dee tossed the ball and it opened, as a light shoots out the ball, shaping it into Snivy and the Pokémon took form. "Care to join bedtime with me?"

"(Well, logically, you should've kept me in the Pokéball, and I'll still be safe. But since you called me out for that reason, how could I not?)" Snivy jumps onto Double Dee and curls up on his chest. Double Dee pets Snivy as Double Dee sets an alarm to 4 AM, since it was 10PM, approximately 6 hours of sleep, the best minimum of time to rest and prepare for a new tomorrow. Double Dee dreams of him being a Professor in college, teaching kids of these creatures called Pokémon.

Right in Ed's house, in the basement, where it was his room, Ed decided to sleep with his Baby Princess Mermaid. Despite his smell, Oshawott still slept in comforts of her new trainer.

"Buttered Toast..." Ed slept mumbled the words in his sleep. Ed was dreaming about him and many monsters made up in his head and how he can collect them all and be in the wild with all of them.

Eddy was on his king sized bed about to sleep, but something didn't feel right. He felt a lump in his pocket and that lump was actually his Pokéball for Tepig. Eddy took out the Pokéball and summoned Tepig.

"(Is it dinner time yet?)" Asked Tepig.

"Hey, Tepig." said Eddy. "You wanna join me in bed? It feels so empty."

Tepig's eyes widen in joy as he leaps on Eddy's bed and cuddled with them. Eddy laughed. "Cut it out! We gotta sleep for our adventure tomorrow. Got it?"

Tepig yawns as well as Eddy as Eddy hugs his Fire Pig with one arm, specifically his right as Tepig made the bed warm with his presence. Eddy then dreams of becoming champion with Ed and Double Dee by his side and seeing Kevin bow down to his greatness.

Each of the Eds' Pokémon felt happy today that they met their trainers.

Perhaps bad luck is no more.

(A/N): Now that my story's back up, I can try remaking Pokémon scenes, but I'm keeping returning Pokémon, but I promise you, I will try to make more of these in less time, but I will try not to use the same battles as back then and try to improve on the details. So Zinnia and Lisia are gonez but in their place are two canon characters. For now I gotta work on Ed Edd N Eddy Mwa Haw Haw before Halloween's over. Thank you, and good night!
