Chapter 1 Consent Form

Not much shocked the man. Aizawa felt like he had seen and dealt with a surprising amount of situations that should have rattled him. He didn't get embarrassed or flustered easily.

With that, he kept his face in check as he processed the shock, and honesty, the embarrassment of this girl's bold proclamation.

He was grateful that the only staff left in the teacher's lounge were Hizashi and Nemuri. Who weren't hiding their shocked faces by any means.

"There appears to be a misunderstanding." His voice was even. He didn't even dare touch the piece of paper that she held out to him. The contents of it bleeding with an immoral taint that he wanted no part of.

"There is no misunderstanding. You're Eraserhead, right?" She shifted her weight from one hip to the other, "I need you to sign this mutual agreement of consent form between an adult and a minor."

She pointed to the bottom that had an array of signatures, "I've already signed along with my appointed guardian."

He took in her visitors pass that was blank of a name. Her clothing was for comfort with denim jeans and a graphic shirt. She had long straight black hair that went to her mid back.

"Again. There must be a misunderstanding."

"Did you not agree to taking on an apprenticeship guided mission with the commission?"

He lifted a brow at her knowledge of this information, "I did. With a young boy named Yuri who possesses a charm quirk."

The girl takes out her wallet from her back pocket and nonchalantly pulls out and displays her hero license.

"Yuri identifies as a girl and I have the parts that prove it." She puts the license away and taps the papers that she placed in the desk, "Now, I need you to sign these so that you can properly train me while on our mission."

Aizawa looked at the papers and then back at the girl, "I'm not signing this."

"You're already under contract to take on the mission and sworn to secrecy. It's jail time and even revocation of your license if you back out." Her voice was even but there was a twitch of irritation in her eyes.

Aizawa crossed his arms over his chest, "I can properly train you in being undercover and the usage of your quirk without laying a hand on you." His eyes looked down at the papers again, "I refuse to sign a consent form to touch a child."

She scoffs at his words, "I'm not a child and I'll be turning of age during the mission."

He noticed her face turn a shade of pink, her arms crossing over her chest, and refused to look at him, "If you don't sign it … they're going to appoint Hawks to … upgrade my quirk."

"Though I don't agree with it. Hawks is the public heart throb and much closer to your age."

She smacks her hand hard onto his desk, "Hawks is also a slave to the commission! If he signs the papers he won't be touching me because he wants to… and… I don't want that. I'd want it to be because he wants to… because he feels something." Her voice was becoming smaller and broken near the end.

Aizawa felt his heart strings being pulled but kept his stoic expression.

She was now bowing in front of his desk. Her long hair falling and hiding her face, but her words were still heard, "Please sign the papers. You… don't have to touch me and I won't touch you. But if you sign them at least they won't have him or someone else sign them. They don't have to know the truth. Please."

He took a long deep breath in through his nose and picked up his pen. He was careful to only touch the pen as he signed his name. Refusing for even just his palm to make contact with the paper.

His soul felt tainted signing on the line. Seeing the black ink that bore his name on the devils document. It was despicable, it was disgusting.

And now he had to seriously wonder what mission he had agreed to that gave the commission the assumption that he was going to need to become physically intimate with a minor.
