"Geez dad, you okay you look exhausted." Rocket told RocketvSenior as it was later the next day and he and RJ had returned home from school but Rocket Senior looked sluggish and exhausted, making Nebula and Rocket exchange a worried look guessing being a teacher sometimes must be exhausting confusing RJ asJing him what was wrong.
"I'm okay, but just need a rest buddy, being your teacher is fun but sometimes, even adults need to rest." Rocket Senior told the male-kit yawning heading to his downstairs bedroom closing his door while Rocket was making some camoile tea for his dad to relax him while RJ was playing with toys knowing that Rockai was feeling better after they'd helped him talk to Astro about how he's feeling.
"I'll go bring it in to him." Rocket told Nebula heading into his dad's room seeing him lying on his bed looking adorable putting the tea on the desk kissing his dad's head before leaving his room seeing the baby-raccoons rolling around and wrestling amusing Rocket seeing Nebula calming them down since RocketvSenior was sleepibg but RJ understood like rest tine at school so was being quiet so his grandpa could rest, which Nebula and Rocket thought was sweet and showing empathy but saw the baby-raccoons calmer and saw Rocket playing with them hoping RJ wasn't jealoys seeing him go upstairs to his room making Nebula impressed by his behaviohr
"We'll give him sone time later." Rocket said to her joining her in the kitchen
"Yeah, good thinking and hope your dad's not being women up by the noise." she replied.
"He teaches pre-school and used to kits being loud." Rocket told her drinking tea.
It was niw early-evening and RJ was in his pyjamas after eating and had his bath, so was in his room playing but hoped his grandpa had gotten the rest he'd needed to be a good teacher hearing the door opening, seeing his dad entering sitting on his bed reading to him which was making the male-kit relaxed for the next day of school but kissing his furry lil head turning on the nightlight before leaving his room, heading to his and Nebula's room changing into pyjamas seeing her joining him asking if RJ was okay.
"He's asleep after reading him a story but hope my dad got rest." Rocket told her.
"That's good plus the babies are calmer, aftercI got them milk and told them stories." Nebula told him getting into bed beside him snuggling him making him smirk kissing her making her giggle softly as not to wake anybody up falling asleep
