As everyone was falling asleep, Ed woke up snoring dreaming of eating some experimental fish that he made by surgically attaching meat products into one big marine impostor, which wasn't too much of a stretch considering how much Ed eats.
Ed was about to chase it completely until he woke up and realized he was about to fall into the sea!
"Woah!" Ed tried in his attempts, even in his Slapstick Humor to return to land, which his feet were not touching the concrete! "HEEEEELP MEEEEE!!"
Ed managed to fall and latch onto the ridge of the concrete walk by his fingertips. Ed cried out for help as many times as he could. "Help me! Soapy water bad for Ed! Ed don't like soapy water!!!"
And as it may be, the water may not contain antibacterial or scented wash, it WAS, however, foamy.
Ed cried out for help as his fingers kept slipping, Ed looked down awaiting for his demise as he was not ready to take a bath, but below him was a creature.
Ed took out his Pokédex and scanned the Pokémon below.
"Meloetta, the Melody Pokémon. Psychic and Normal Type. A Mythical Rare Pokémon. Its melodies are sung with a special vocalization method that can control the feelings of those who hear it. Many famous songs have been inspired by the melodies that Meloetta plays."
And from the looks of it… though no idea how… Ed could tell this Pokémon was Female!
Meloetta was a distinctly feminine fairy-like Pokémon (though not a Fairy type). She had a large, round white head and a small black-cloaked body with tiny extremities. Her arms and legs were very slender and fragile-looking. Meloetta had green hair that resembled a musical bar. Her eyes were blue-green, along with the round jewel on her forehead. Meloetta's middle section and eyes match her hair color.
Recalling from the Melody part of the Pokédex, Ed smiled and raised his hands a bit.
"Oh, like the ding that the Toaster makes after the toast is ready! Yum!" Ed looked down and realized there's nothing holding onto the Rims of the concrete. Ed looks at YOU. "And this is why you don't have ideas when approaching a near death situation…"
Ed falls into the sea as he makes a huge splash! As he floats up thanks to his jacket catching air. As he floats, he catches the Pokémon floating silently by the sea. Ed held the Pokémon into his arms as he wondered how he was going to make it on land…
"Uh oh…" said Ed.

Lincoln walks down the road to the pier with his Pokémon, Croc the Croconaw.
Croc resembled a crocodile. He had a yellow body with blue spots, which resembled spotted animal skin. Two noticeable things on the Croconaw were the huge jaws and red spikes that run down his back, with the spike on his tail resembling a diamond.
Lincoln looked at YOU, the Reader, as he does on his own show at times and said this.
"Oh don't worry about the Pokédex! I still had my own when I started this adventure… or you can say… ED-venture!" Lincoln took out his Pokédex and scanned his Own Pokémon.
"Croconaw, the Big Jaw Pokémon. Water Type. The Evolved Form of Totodile, and a Super Rare Rank Pokémon. Once it bites down, it won't let go until it loses its fangs. New fangs quickly grow into place.The tips of its fangs are slanted backward. Once those fangs clamp down, the prey has no hope of escape."
Lincoln walked down the Road with a Unovan delicacy known as Casteliacones, a Soft-serve Ice Cream served here. Lincoln could already afford rent in Castelia City, as much as he knew about rent and paying for a house. Even though most of his endorsements happened out of nowhere, he was happy to be out of the Loud House.
You see, not too long ago, he was banished from his house and that he never wanted to go back after so many things happening to him, even though about lower than half the percent is his fault… much…
But as you can see, he lives better here in Castelia City. He may not look like much, but he's actually an entrepreneur. What kind you may ask? Well, definitely not Peanut Butter and Sauerkraut Sandwiches, that's for sure.
But what if I told you, he gave 7000 Pokédollars on Casteliacones Export Bonds and somehow came back with 14000 Pokédollars and more?! That's how Lincoln quit his Unovan Journey and just stayed to get a regular job; an automatic CEO of Ice Cream. He's also an entrepreneur of a Diner Chain around Unova that serves delicious cuisine from around the world all about Pokémon, wherever they appear. He even made a game about it that sorta makes the Disney Emoji Game look like TRASH!
Now he has more Pokémon, but they're technically his pets, that consists of a Mareep, Cottonee, Eevee, and a few exotics I can't name because they're from the future, and some of them are too Tropical, too Alienetic, too British, too Ancient, too Spanish and just downright messing with time. But that's the perks of being rich, you can override the law and just buy land for your Pokémon and Company, what others didn't do when making one, was buying a Giant Building in the center of the street. Lincoln was also a good employer. He has trainers from Clerks and Rich People Stocks, down to the Preschoolers who just want to make a quick buck. (The Kids just try new flavors of Ice Cream while the rest try the cuisine and craft some more dishes to inspire more Pokémon Trainers.)
It wasn't much but he sort of misses his home down at Royal Woods, Michigan. He's just wondering how long it would take to buy Eminem's Spaghetti Shop Stocks to open up more of them around the USA and not just Detroit, unless there was something exclusive that he's not getting the point of…

Meanwhile lost in thought, Lincoln looked over to the sea and saw the touch of sunlight the morning had in the ocean view, either that or that the ocean Piers looks so nice with Sunlight Glow they artificially made with these pier lights. Something about lime and salt is what gives the waterproof light bulbs their natural beauty.

Lincoln looks down from the pier and sees a passed out Ed and the Pokémon he's holding. Lincoln looked at his Croconaw and nodded. He looked at YOU, the Reader, again, and suggested, "We can't have people swimming last curfew! You don't know what will get you! Now come on, Croc! Let's fish out a Sea Man! Surf and Retrieve!"
"(Let's go!)" The Croconaw dived down into the sea and floated back up, seeing the Target, who was Ed and Meloetta. It was no problem for this Croconaw was stronger amongst all of his own kind, as if all he had to offer was pure muscles, and that's coming from a Water Type Pokémon. "(Here you go!)"
Using Surf! He SPLASHED Ed and Meloetta up onto the Pier!
"Amazing as always!" Lincoln smiled. "Now come back before the sea gets bad! Croc! Return!"
Lincoln recalled Croc back into his Pokéball before resummoning him back onto the pier.
"(Aw, but the salty sea was nice! Though I understand, I DO not want to be caught by Jellyfish…)" said Croc.
"Now then, what do we have here?" Said Lincoln, as it smelled like wet dog. "Oh man! Not like this! I hope we get him back up before a Ghost Pokémon gets him… If only he used some soap-"
"SOAP!! NO! SOAP IS EVIL!! LET THE ED ROAM FREE AND SOAP FREE!!!" Ed woke up to the unhappy trigger word. Ed took deep breaths as he remembered he was by the sea.
"Well THAT woke up the stinky…" said Lincoln, cringing at what Ed said.
Ed woke up and snapped back to reality. "Oh, hello!"
"Well, if it isn't that much to behold! You look like a whole breath of fresh air of the past!" Lincoln smiled.
"Why do you look like a Fresh Page out of a Magazine?! What kind of technology puts YOU into the grid?!" Ed looked at Lincoln strangely.
"Funny! You look hand drawn… So… Ancient!" Lincoln grinned.
"He's weird…" Ed and Lincoln spoke to YOU, the Reader. And they realized they CAN speak to you! "HEY! YOU CAN SEE THEM TOO! I'M NOT JUST A CARTOON ON A FANFIC MADE BY SOME RANDOM TWENTEENAGER WHO SPENDS HIS NIGHTS CRAFTING THINGS WHEN HE SHOULD BE FOCUSING ON THE VANOSS X RWBY CROSSOVER AND THE SONIC AND SPIDER-MAN CROSSOVER HE PROMISED!!? Either that or get a decent job… Am I the only one who thinks the Proud Family could be better than Oye Primos, even though I prefer the classic one better?!… Is our Budget safe from Disney?! Why isn't Nintendo making Waluigi Games?!"
Splash!!
A Splash from the pier wakes both of these Fourth Wall abusers.
Ed's stomach growls as of Lincoln's.
"Hungry again…" said Ed and Lincoln.
"But hey! Who's that Pokémon?!" Asked Lincoln.
"Uh…? Pikachu?" Asked Ed.
"Very funny and Culture Fresh. But no. I'm talking about the one you have there." Lincoln pointed to the Meloetta Ed had in his Jacket as Ed released Meloetta from the hug and water gushed out like a Water Balloon.
"Oh, that's Meloetta!" Ed smiled. "I found her from the sea!"
"Like a mermaid!" Said Lincoln with a smile.
"Right! But I already named one of my Pokémon after a famous Mermaid from Captain Commander…"
"YOU MEAN THEE CAPTAIN COMMANDER?! YOU NAMED A POKÉMON AFTER CRYSTAL THE ALIEN MERMAID?!"
"Yeah! She evolved and is now my strongest Pokémon!" Ed smiled.
As the two were distracted, talking to each other about Captain Commando Comics, Croc as well as Crystal, who escaped her Pokéball, checked Meloetta.
Meanwhile, Croc and Crystal looked at each other, from Johto to Unova Starter.
"(Look at how much we progressed…)" Said Crystal.
"(From a Generation into the Next one…)" Said Croc. "(But let's focus on the Pokémon.)"
"(Right.)" Said Crystal as she looked at some Energy Drinks Ed had stored, as knowing Ed, he doesn't drink the contents but rather swallows the whole can itself. Crystal gave the Energy Drink to Croc as Croc punctured a hole into the can with his tooth as it was hard to pull out. Crystal sighed as he, with a few regrets, cut off Croc's Tooth and quenched Meloetta with the drink.
This Dewott sighed as she looked back, and WITHIN SECONDS, Croc's missing tooth began to regrow!
"(I'm impressed as such a Water Type can regrow teeth at that amazing speed!)" Crystal looked over at Croc.
"(Same can't be said about your shell…)" Croc looked at the Dewott's dulled out shell.
"(COME ON!!)" Crystal growled as she sharpened them as the sounds of slashing woke up Meloetta as her heart woke up, even though she was full of sea water, and somehow digested the energy drink.
"MELOETTA!!" The Meloetta sprung up which got Ed and Lincoln's attention.
"Oh! You woke up!" said Ed.
"Amazing too! I bet our Pokémon knew what we were going to do…" said Lincoln while proudly patting his Croconaw.
"I see…" said Edd, petting his stressed out Dewott. "Now can we get food?"

Lincoln watched as Ed consumed a vast amount of junk going to his system. By garbage, I meant the vast amount of random things which a few Lincoln wouldn't want to remember at all. One example would be the Liverwurst Loaf that Ed just shoved down his throat.
"Yum!" Ed smiled as he laid there in his chair.
"Gross! You're gross!" Lincoln cringed at Ed as he took his order. "Ah! Peanut Butter and Sauerkraut!"
Lincoln begins to eat as Ed cringed. "And I thought I was the disgusting one! WHO DESIGNED YOU?!"
"I was born from my mom and dad. What else can I do?" Lincoln keeps eating.
"Nickelodeon on that SODIUM! Am I right, Geekheavy?!" Asked Ed to the Audience, hoping Geekheavy would somehow read this (Even though we doubt it). "OH, WHERE DID ALL THE LOVE GO WHEN POURING IT IN YOUR CHANNEL AND GAMES, NICK?!"
"What are you on about?" Lincoln looked scared and creeped out by Ed.
"ED!!" Double Dee and Eddy rushed to find Edd down this street as they found Ed sitting next to Lincoln.
"Ed! Why on EARTH would you run off in the middle of the night?!" Double Dee scolded his dull witted friend.
"What do you expect, he does this every night!" Said Eddy.
"Friends of yours?" Asked Lincoln.
"These are MY BEST FRIENDS!" Ed bear hugs both of his friends.
"Ed! PLEASE! NEED… AIR!!" Double Dee squeezed out.
"GET OFF ME!" Eddy rages as he tossed Ed and Double Dee away.
Lincoln flinched as Ed was tossed away.
Meloetta wakes up from the side of Lincoln and Ed as Meloetta wakes up and sees the Ed Boys fighting, or so she thought. And she sings a calming melody.
The Ed Boys stopped rough playing and calmed down, relaxing to the soothing tunes as Lincoln calmed down as well as everyone in the Diner.
Meloetta blushed shyly as she disappeared in thin air for a while as he levitated on top of a building. But that was when some Ghost Pokémon appeared and scared her, returning her to the Ed Boys.
Lincoln looked at his watch. "Whoops! Looks like I gotta get going! Have fun watching over Meloetta, just be sure to drop by when you feel like it, okay?!"
Lincoln left the scene to his building.
Double Dee looked over and tried to find the Pokémon. "Meloetta, was it?!"
"Mellow Mega?" Asked Eddy.
"Meloetta, Eddy." Double Dee corrected.
Eddy scanned the Pokémon and saw that it was a Mythical Rare Pokémon.
Meloetta appeared as he scanned her.
"WE CAN OPEN UP A CONCERT WITH THIS POKÉMON! WE CAN LET IT BE A CONCERT OF MELOETTA! WE CAN GET MONEY WITH THIS!" Eddy yelled out.
"EDDY! NO!" Ed roared out.
"What?! You don't like Jawbreaker Money, Ed?!" Eddy argued.
Ed sighed as he resorted to this. He took out a Tray of Casteliacones and gave one to Eddy and another to Double Dee and another to Meloetta.
Meloetta blushed because of Ed's kindness. "(Oh… How… Nice…)"
All of them tried a bite of their Casteliacone and finished them in one go. Immediately it BUZZED into Eddy and Double Dee that this was the MOST delicious thing next to Jawbreakers!
"Ed…! Where did you get that?!" Eddy said with his eyes amazed.
"They sell them in this city!" Ed smiled. "But we better hurry before a crowd comes!"
The Ed Boys begin leaving the scene as Ed pays the check. Ed also carried Meloetta in his arms, earning a red flushed face from the Mythical Rare Pokémon.
"Also we gotta stop doing cameos… it's hurting our fanfic…" said Eddy.

[Ice Cream Stand: Ed Boys]
The Ef Boys were slurping on Casteliacones as Double Dee was trying to decipher the recipe. But it seems all it was were Vanilla, Cream, Ice, Salt, Sugar, and Milk, but what was it that made it so well?
And the answer was a Birthday Cake Jawbreaker.
The Ed Boys watched as the Lady puts it through a Crusher and melted it with the milk.
"JAWBREAKER ICE CREAM!!" Eddy yells out. "Why haven't I thought of that?! Now I DON'T want to leave this city…"
"Why not stock up on Ice Cream?" Asked Ed. "Lincoln bought me a Backpack with a Refrigerator compactor!"
"Well, why not?" Asked Eddy as he packs up on 60 Casteliacones.
Just as Eddy forked in the money, Eddy then sees how the Sunlight reflects on the city giving its beauty.
"Hey. Is it me or do you like Urban Mornings?" Asked Eddy.
"It's Past 4 O'clock in the morning, Eddy." Said Double Dee. "Well there's bound to be beauty where we don't belong."
Meloetta looked at the three boys and instantly thought of their synergy. She smiled as she looked at all three of them, looking at the Electric-Watermelon-Blue-Green colored light the sun made in the border of the sky and the concrete jungle of Castelia City.
Suddenly a few Ghost Pokémon appeared through the city, haunting those who weren't curfewed.
Ed was the first to look as he screamed, earning the adrenaline rush of his friends and Meloetta.
From what Ed was seeing was a mixture of Confuse Ray and Scary Face, a Scary Ray if you will.
Normally, scary stuff won't affect Ed, but this was on the Soul Chilling High Levels of Ed's Sanity. There's something about this presence that made Ed run away.
Double Dee and Eddy ran with Ed to escape the nightmare.
From where Ed goes, no one knows…
That was until Ed hid in Narrow Street, from where the Ghost would dare not to look.
"I think we lost them…" said Double Dee, sighing and gasping from his exercise.
Ed was still creeped out, Meloetta sang for Ed as he calmed down and returned Ed to his senses.
"WHAT A JOYRIDE!!" Ed smiled. "I've been Soul Punched by Ghost Pokémon!"
"Oh REALLY!" Eddy said sarcastically. "Seriously, Lumpy! This is getting out of hand!"
The Ed Boys walked down this alley, and from around them were shady faces.
Eddy, Double Dee and EVEN Ed were creeped out. Meloetta gets scared too.
Ed smiled warmly as best as he could and pet Meloetta. "Well, as long as you stay here with me Meloetta... Everything is awesome..."
Meloetta nuzzled into his hand. "(Thank you-)"
"WHERE DID I PUT THOSE SUNGLASSES?!!!" A guy roared from behind a trash can.
The Ed Boys screamed as they were about to encounter what terror lies behind.
