Everyone was quick to blame Lord Hades and Percy did not understand it quite bit, Lord Hades stays in the Underworld. From what he understands he never goes to Olympus since he is barred from entering.
"We all know that Lord Hades hates his brothers." Annabeth said but Percy knew that and understood it. What he did not understand was the fact that one of the items was Lord Hades' why could they not think of that?
"One of the items was his though are you trying to say that he was lying about that?" Percy asked and the other had no idea how to respond to that as Annabeth could not find any holes in that agreement to use.
"So?" The daughter of Athena asked did she not understand this at all? Was he the only one who had a brain out of them? "You don't know what he is like Jackson." Annabeth said to the son of Artemis Percy had met the God before once many years ago during a solstice.
"Clearly someone is trying to frame him." Percy told her, but it fell on deaf ears; the others refused to listen. He hadn't made a great first impression with the camp; not his fault he was forced here, but he will have to deal with these two for the trip to Lord Hades' realm.
Percy however had no fears of Lord Hades how many of his sisters have entered his realm? Even he would enter the God of death's realm when it was his time. No one could hide from death nor could they cheat death it was just unnatural, even the Hunt was not safe from this even though they were immortal they were able to be killed in battle or a hunt gone wrong.
Percy couldn't believe his thoughts and ideas were thrown out because of it did fit in with what Annabeth thought or her plans. Which was unfair Percy thought why was his ideas worth the thought or the satyr? Were all the children of Lady Athena's like this or was it just Chase? Because his ideas were just as important as hersere, what about the Satyr that was with them was his ideas trash to her?
"So?" Annabeth said to Percy he was very close to helping her, he didn't think much of her the last time he saw her and nothing had changed he was so close to releasing his temper. He needs to kill lots of monsters that normally calmed him down sending monsters back to Tatarus.
"You're so infuriating!" Percy yelled out to her losing his cool in front of so many he didn't know and didn't want to know. It was his quest just because she was asked by Chiron to join him didn't mean she had a right to say anything! Yes he admits that having the daughter of battle stratergy would become usful in battle but her attitude was so off putting. he seriously had to think if there was any daughters of Athena in the hunt? he did not think so, if so they were not like their half sister. Alot of the were demigods daughters of Ares, Apollo, Hermes, Demeter, and various minor gods and some were in fact clear sighted mortals. His mother was not prejudiced when it came to maidens it did not matter where the maidens came from as long as they kept to their oath Artemis had no worries.
"I'm not infuriating I'm just always right! You're infuriating you don't even want to be here!" The Daughter of Athena yelled back it annoyed her that the Son of Artemis acted like being at camp was the worse place he could be.
"Yeah who would want to be near these disgusting male demigods? Or any males? You forget I was raised in the hunt for most of my life. I know what my sisters almost and nearly went through because of males." Percy hissed at her she just shrugged at him high made even more annoyed. "You know you haven't changed since the hunt helped you that one time where my mother offered Thalia a place in the hunt." Percy screamed at her even though it felt good to scream and let his anger out but he knew he crossed a line, he knew bringing up the daughter of Zeus would do to her and the Satyr. They were friends after all and they travelled before going to Camp Half-Blood.
"How dare you use Thalia's name like that brat!" Annabeth yelled at Percy her grey eyes looked like storms, which barely phased Percy.
"Annabeth maybe you should stop." Grover told the daughter of Athena she looked at the sayer all Grover saw was hurt not anger like she was directing at the son of Artemis. "I know Annabeth he doesn't know anything about Thalia and what she did for us." Grover told the daughter of Athena placating her Percy wanted to scoff at them but held it in. Did she really needed to be placated by the satyr?
"You're right Grover." Annabeth admits and he anger and sadness started to go she wouldn't let the boy anger this much, the gods were testing her that right and she would rise to the challenge. This boy was infuriating how dare he use Thalia in such a way, didn't he know what she went through on the way here?
Percy admits going for the daughter of Zeus was a low blow but he was just frustrated and it got the better of him he'll apologise after both had calmed down, she wasn't wrong about him not wanting to be at camp however.
"Let's go." Percy simply said to the other tow as the left camp the didn't realise the eyes that followed them that was neither Mr D, Chiron nor Argus.
