Rosa makes her way back from the events of DAT, thoroughly exhausted and wounded into the bargain. When Nomad threw his spear, she wasn't fast enough to dodge, and took it full to the shoulder. She managed to struggle through the rest of the quest, and immediately afterwards went to the desert to seek help from Wahisietel, instead of Azzanadra as may have been more sensible.

Drakan fucks around shortly after the Betrayal, rounding up Zarosian stragglers, and decides he wants a bigger fight. Notes: Written as a kind of fan-sequel to The Old Blood, which is an amazing piece of canon lorefic and y'all should go read it.
