The apes in Harry's brain have duked it out and decided: he likes Kim Kitsuragi. A lot. And he is shocked when Kim wants to sleep with him. Kim's only condition is that they have to keep feelings out of it- they have an investigation to finish. After the case in Martinaise is wrapped up, Kim and Harry return to their respective precincts and their old lives. Harry struggles to re-adjust and finds himself missing his one-time partner terribly.

Kim's trip back home to transport the corpse to Precinct 57 is cut short by a report of an officer down in Martinaise. It's Harry, of course it's Harry. Kim is all too happy to run to his rescue.

Okay, this one is pretty self-explanatory. Plagued by nightmares, Harry goes to Kim in the middle of the night.

Harry asks Kim why he never calls him by name, and the answer surprises him. And when Kim does say his name, he likes it a little too much.

After going on a bender, Harry wakes up three times to find Kim watching over him like his personal guardian angel.
