Author's Note:
I have other writing projects that are more important currently so I do apologize if this one comes across as very short on the descriptions. I wrote this very fast and out of the idea of Ms. Moynihan being a 65 million year old raptor who's been practically immortal with a rival in the only one of her kind. How would she react to something like Jurassic Park/World? The story here follows the main Jurassic World plot (which has some issues imho). Some antics. Some cameos from the movie characters. I haven't really planned this story out so the entire thing will likely stretch into Camp Cretaceous. Like seriously?! Imagine how well/or problematic the Dina Squad would be if they get stranded on the island when everyone else evacuates. Possible adoptive relationship between Ms. Moynihan and Blue but we'll see. Victor Veloci will show up, because of course he'd have his claws in In-Gen somehow. Idiot probably put raptor DNA in the Indominous in some weird attempt to be its alpha or some other stupidity. There's a lot of potential here so we'll see. Always open to suggestions.
Apologies for some errors. I try to spell check but I'll admit that I'm trying to limit how much work I put into this as my life is very busy right now.
Also! I'm really sorry to everyone on fanfiction! I didn't really the html didn't get copied over properly. Thank you Eygptian dragon for the review pointing out all the code. Sorry I didn't notice!

Chapter 1
Dismissive
Sure Max thought it was odd.
Since they had started their strange new lives, Ms. Moynihan never brought up that disaster of Jurassic Park that all the teenagers could remember dominating the news when they were very young.
Buzz had even recently watched a documentary on the accident less than a week before they swam in the primordial ooze. It even had a follow-up on what happened in San Diego.
He tried to ask their science teacher about it, but she had been dismissive.
Jurassic World had been open to the public for nearly ten years and she never commented, even when they expressed concern whether Veloci had anything to do with the park.
"He wishes," she said.
The most they ever got out of her was when Jurassic World released pictures of their new velociraptor pack, of course with a shameless plug for dino action figures. She had watched the television with an unreadable expression as the news promo played. When it was over and everyone turned to see her reaction, she simply said, "They're too big. And they don't have feathers."
Fiona stared. "Uh…what do you mean, Ms. Moynihan? You're about that size and you don't have feathers."
That got a smile out of her. "I'm a dakotaraptor, dear. Velociraptor were much smaller and gone long before our time. Victor and I just got into the habit of calling ourselves velociraptors as an inside joke. It slipped my mind to clarify. My apologies. Fossils of our kind weren't found for a long time. And feathers are too easy to lose with shedding. I'd prefer not giving Victor more chances to collect my DNA, even on accident."
"You can control whether you have feathers?" Max asked.
"Just a little trick I learned in the Dark Ages. Oh excuse me, my tea is done."
That was the end of that conversation and it took them a while to realize Ms. Moynihan had distracted them from asking anything more about Jurassic World.
So it was a little of a surprise when she called them to the lighthouse after school. That wasn't out of the ordinary. They always hung out at the lighthouse. But there were no alarms and no signs of Veloci's mutants.
"Like, what's up Ms. M?" Buzz asked.
"Pack your bags, kids," Ms. Moynihan said, cracking a smile. "And pack for sun. We're going to Costa Rica." She handed them each a pamphlet and ticket even as Max frantically opened his mouth to ask about his football practice.
Roger beat him to the words and looked up from the pamphlet in shock. "We're going to Jurassic World?"
