Sebastian, Kurt, Kevin, and Dave all met at the Lima Bean after school.
When they got the to a table with their coffee and all four boys were sitting down, Sebastian asked," David, I got your text what is this about you being forced to join the new directions by your Insane coach?"
David answered, "Principal Sylvester is insane, she is also the cheerleading coach and she decided to schedule the cheerleading regionals the same day as our championship game, leaving the football team without cheerleaders or a halftime show. Coach Beiste for some reason decided that the football team should perform with the glee club for the championship halftime show. And if we don't perform with the glee club, we can't play the in the game. Some of my teammates and I are not happy about this.
Sebastian said, "every time you tell me about your public school, your principal, or your glee club director, I can't believe the drama. I thought public schools was just a little inferior to schools like Dalton, but this is a whole new level of crazy."
Kevin said, "yeah the drama is kind of unbelievable sometimes. But if we can all get our act together the show should be awesome. I think David is going to have fun dancing. We're doing a mashup of Michael Jackson's thriller and heads will roll by Yeah Yeah Yeahs and we are all going to be dressed as zombies."
Sebastian said, "Kurt dressed as a zombie with fake blood and David dancing, I got to see this."
David replied," you been to Scandals with me several times you know I can dance."
Sebastian said "not really every time I want to dance with you, I have to practically drag you on the floor. Then you have to like the song, or no one can get you to move."
Kevin said," the first rehearsal is tomorrow, then we'll see if Dave can dance.,"
Dave replied"', I can dance. I can dance better than you Kevin."
Kurt said, ''glee club should be interesting tomorrow." I am a little worried about Adams and some of the other members of the football team that used to bully me and the other members of the New Directions, but nobody has bothered us lately".
David said "Adams and I used to be best friends We've known each other since second grade, but after I came out on Britney's show, he didn't talk to me for over two weeks. But after Christmas break, he told me that it was brave of me to go on the show. He really loved that I kicked Puck's ass. He said he had always wanted to do that. He said he always knew Puck was a pervert, he just thought he just didn't realize that Puck was seriously disturbed. I don't think Adams and I will ever be best friends again. Or that he'll ever really come around to being cool with me being gay. that is hard to deal with."
Sebastian responded" David I'm sorry you had to do go through that, but you have all of us now. I lost friends when I came out too, I learned to appreciate all the great people we've got who will love and accept us for who we are". David's hand was on the table, Sebastion put his hand on top of David's hand.
Kurt said, "if they can't accept you then screw them, right."
That brought smiles to all their faces.
