Comedia paced back and forth frantically as she tried to piece together everything that was happening.

"What do we do? What do we do? What do we do?!" Comedia repeated for at least the last ten minutes.

"Comedia, relax." Ahsoka said. "Panicking is useless for two reasons around here. One, the Sith are heartless monsters who don't care about us in the least, or even each other. And two, you're only gonna end up stressing yourself out."

"Those of us who've been here longer have a little something that will be helpful." Kara said. "It's called experience. And the other thing we need should be arriving soon."

"There's only one way we can all get out of here alive. An inside job."

Just then, the doors to both cells were opened, and all the kids took that as their cue to run, hide, and panic!

In the girls' cell, there came a masked equine-shaped figure in black and green with a mask that covered her face, at least, the girls assumed it was a female. And in the boys' cell, a mask humanoid figure also in black entered.

"Leave us," said the female one in a deep, though still sounding female voice. "The children are ours."

"We must approach them alone." Said the male one, igniting a red sword of light, sending everyone in a panic.

The guards all left, and the cells were closed the minute the two figures entered. And a big black curtain was placed over the entrances so no one could see in or out.

The children, namely the newbies all trembled as they saw these figures approach them.

"Calm down," said Vader. "We aren't here to hurt you."

"Then, what are you gonna do to us?" Caleb said.

"Kara, have the new recruits been filled in?" Darth Verde asked.

"They have." Kara said.

Comedia and the other kids were confused. And then, the two figures removed their helmets. Under one helmet revealed another teenage boy who looked identical to Carmine, except with shorter hair and no glasses. But under Verde's helmet was a beautiful mare with a green coat like Comedia, and a mane and eyes as shiny and green as emeralds.

"Everyone, meet my brother Anakin, and our friend Emeraldi." Kara said.

The newbies were still baffled.

Caleb looked at Anakin and Carmine. "Are you guys twins?" He asked.

"We sure are," said Vader, or rather Anakin. "But that's not why we're here."

Emeraldi and Anakin motioned for everyone to be quiet, and they had to speak quietly so no guards would hear them from the other side, but loudly enough for the others to hear.

Anakin and Emeraldi explained to the newbies that they were acting as double agents to help the others escape. For one reason or another, as previously explained, each child who was kidnapped was taken because they had extraordinary abilities or came from families with such, and their goal was to turn them into Sith like Vader and Verde, but what the Sith didn't know was that this was part of their master plan.

Ten years ago, Anakin, Carmine, and Kara tried everything they could to escape the Sith's prison, and for years after that, only to be joined by many other children who also tried to escape with no success. The only time the children were ever taken out of their cells was for another training session, before which a cloth bag was placed over their heads until they reached their destination. Eventually, the group came to realize that the only way any of them were going to escape was to get someone on the inside to uncover every nook, cranny, and hidden exit in the entire facility.

So, Anakin, being the bravest of the bunch, took on the job of training very hard and pretending to be merciless towards the other kids in order to gain the Sith's trust. And eventually, he became Darth Vader. But, they needed a female on the inside too. So, one of the Sith's first recruits stepped in. Her name was Emeraldi Evermare.

But Emerealdi was different from the other recruits.

"Unlike many of you here," said Emeraldi. "I wasn't kidnapped. My parents gave me to the Sith."

"What?!" Ganodi gasped.

"Why would they do that?" Caleb asked.

"I was born into a high class family of equines. But, I came out the wrong gender. My father wanted a stallion, but I came out a mare. And then he and my mother tried again, and got another mare, whom they were planning to sell to a circus long before the Sith came along. But then some storm broke out and... washed her away."

Emeraldi looked down as she remembered that moment clear as day. Her sister was barely a month old, and she was washed away in a flood caused by a storm that made a dam overflow with water and eventually break! Emeraldi tried to fly in and rescue her sister, but the wind was too strong, and then her father grabbed Emeraldi and said, "Leave her, she's damaged goods anyway."

And that was also when the Sith arrived, and Emeraldi's parents literally threw their eldest daughter aside and told the Sith to take her.

Emeraldi couldn't believe her own parents would do this to her! She was terrified as the Sith roped her and placed her into one of their pods, and shortly after, she was joind by three humans, a nine-year-old girl and two five-year-old boys.

"I lost everything that day," continued Emeraldi. "My sister never even got a name either. My father was so obsessed with having a son, he didn't bother to name my sister like he named me. All he did was put a collar on her that said 'Comedian' on it, I guess 'cause that was the act he was planning to sell her to."

"I never knew my pony family," said Comedia, stepping up.

Emeraldi looked at Comedia and seemed... frozen.

"My daddy told me when he adopted me, he found me just barely managing to survive a big flood that nearly washed me down a storm drain. I probably would've drowned if it weren't for him."

But that was when Comedia noticed Emeraldi coming closer with a look of shock and... tears(?) in her eyes.

"Um...are you okay?" The younger pony asked.

"You...you look... you look just like my sister."

"I do?"

"Yes. She had hair just like yours, and the prettiest turquoise eyes. How old are you?"

"I'm ten."

"You wouldn't happen to have a birthmark on your back right hoof, would you?"

"Sure." Comedia lifted her back right hoof and showed there was indeed a little heart-shaped birthmark. "I've always had that, and the vet says it's more like a beauty spot, pretty much. My dad couldn't find anything about my past when he found me, really. He said my name was on my collar. Comedia."

"How is your name spelled, exactly?"

When Comedia spelled her named for Emeraldi, the former was confused. But, now that she thought about it, she'd seen the tag on her collar once, and a bit of it did look a bit scratched up right after the letter 'A' in her name.

Comedia looked at Emeraldi again, and suddenly started to feel something come to her mind. An interesting thing about horses, most horses' memories could go back up to ten years, and super smart horses like Comedia who could learn to talk and dot hings without bipeds' assistance were no exception.

Flashback of Comedia's memory of the day she was lost and then found...

Baby Comedia looked curiously at the world surrounding her. Much of this vision was a blur, but the young pony could definitely hear some voices around her. It was also very windy that day, and everyone was shouting for others to get inside or screaming in fear.

"We gotta get inside!" a familiar voice exclaimed.

"LOOK OUT!" Another voice screamed.

And then CRASH!!! The dam that usually caught rain water and stopped floods from entering the city broke and ended up flooding the city instead, and the water was comig fast.

"Little Sis!" The first voice screamed.

Baby Comedia looked up to see a big blob of green running toward her, when she heard the sound of... water...a lot of water! And it was heading right for her. Comedia tried to jump over to the big green being, but she got swept in by a wave, and it carried her into a bigger load of water.

The little foal whinnied for dear life as she desperately tried to keep her head above the rough sea that was the flood.

"Don't worry, Sis! I'll get you!" The voice called again.

Now, Comedia could see more clearly, that green vision was... Emeraldi, her big sister! Her sister tried to fly through the strong winds to get to her, but the waves got bigger and Emeraldi could barely dodge them, thus allowing the waves to carry her baby sister farther and farther away, her little whinnies echoing as she was carried away.

"NOOOOO!!!!!"

That was the last Comedia ever heard of her sister echoing in the winds.

Baby Comedia eventually managed to get her little forelegs onto a piece of driftwood, and she drifted for a long time until she lost the wood as the water started moving faster... and she was heading right for a storm drain!

Comedia didn't know then how drains worked or what lay below, but from what she knew, anything that went down the drain was gone forever! She tried to swim away, but the poor filly didn't know how to swim well enough or fast enough. So, she did the only other thing she could do... whinny as loudly as she could for help!

And as luck would have it, someone heard her call for help.

"Hang on, little one!" A voice shouted.

Comedia was getting pulled closer and closer to the drain, and she feared she was done for! But then, just before she could go disappear into the drain, she felt a pair of strong arms scoop her up and pull her away from the drain and out of the water.

Little Comedia took a look up at her rescuer. At first, he looked pretty strange. She'd never seen this man before, or any species that looked remotely like him. He definitely wasn't a pony, that she knew. She wasn't sure what to make of him, but he carried her for a long time until they got to what looked like a really big house of some kind. And everywhere she went, this nice stranger was with her. He told her his name was Ki-Adi Mundi and then he looked at her collar and thought her name was Comedia, but he didn't notice at first that a letter N had been scratched off the word 'Comedian' that was originally on it.

Time went by, and Ki-Adi taught Comedia the best he could how to play outside, to be careful, and he even taught her to speak.

"Dada," said one-year-old Comedia, stamping her little hooves playfully.

Comedia started to remember very clearly that day, how happy her father was when she said her very first word. But over time, Comedia began to forget where she came from before, as most babies will forget most things that happened in their early days once they get older.

"Are...are you my...?" Comedia gasped.

"Sister?" Emeraldi said, starting to smile, happy tears in her eyes.

Comedia stood on her hind legs and started to nuzzle Emeraldi's muzzle, snorting affectionately. Emeraldi was quick to return the gesture.

"I can't believe it. After all this time." Emeraldi cried. "It's a miracle."

But Emeraldi's happy reunion was interrupted by the sound of knocking on the window from next door.

"It'll be an even bigger miracle if we get everyone out." Anakin said, reminding Emeraldi why they were there.

"Oh! Right." Emeraldi nodded. "Listen up, everyone. The Sith have been going at this for too long, and it's time we do something about it. Obviously, the police are clueless if they haven't rescued us or arrested any of the Sith by now. So, it's up to us to break out of here."

"How, exactly?" Caleb said. "This place is locked tighter than a bank safe!"

"Yeah, and the escape plans we've all tried never work." Kalifa said.

"Why should this time be any different?" Jinx added.

"Because we've got the newbies." Anakin answered.

"Us?" Comedia said.

"Yup. Emeraldi and I have been getting to know the inside of this facility for at least the last two years. And each of us has skills we used to determine the best course of escape."

To escape the Sith's chambers, it was going to be a real doozy of daring do.

The first thing they had to get past? The cell doors, locked all hours of the day, and only Sith had the key card to unlock them. That, Anakin and Emeraldi had easily.

The next obstacle, guards were on patrol all night long. Shifts ran in a particular pattern, but Anakin and Emeraldi knew every Sith's weakness, and no matter which guards were on patrol, they would be able to take them down. Emeraldi mastered the art of flying as silently as an owl, and could swoop down and knock them out, no problem.

After taking out the guards, there was the matter of getting out of the building and getting away. The Sith had plenty of vehicles they would use for future kidnappings and going on crime sprees, which also raised the problem that they could easily come after the escapees and capture them all over again. But, Anakin was an expert on mechanics and computers. So, using his tech-saviness, he would destroy the main power sources for all but the vehicle they would escape in.

"So...where do we fit into all this?" Comedia asked.

Anakin pulled up a hologram of a map of the entire warehouse on which Anakin highlighted some airducts.

"See these airducts?" Anakin said. He pointed to another room. "We can unlock doors, sneak past and knock out guards, even disable vehicles, but if we don't take out the security system, we're not going anywhere."

And it was true. There were cameras everywhere, laser beams at entrances to all the weapons, the vehicles, even the safe with the Sith's cash and stolen goods.

"Unfortunately, the security room is the one room we're not allowed access to." Emeraldi said. "Tyrannus is in charge of that, and he's the only one allowed in that room. He sees everything, except for when I fly above the cameras. The only way in is through these air ducts."

"And by the look of it," said Anakin, you new girls are the only ones small enough to fit through there. Once you're in there, Comedia can fly you down and-"

"Uh... there might be a teensy little problem there." Comedia said, shuffling her front hoof awkwardly.

"With what exactly?"

"The me flying everyone down part."

"If this is about our weight..." said Ganodi.

"No! It's not that. It's just...just..." Comedia's cheeks turned red.

"What's wrong?" Emeraldi asked, concerned.

"It's... it's kind of embarassing. I'm worried everyone will laugh at me."

"Comedia, whatever it is, we won't laugh at you. Promise." Emeraldi glared at the boys. "Right, everyone?"

Emeraldi held a stern look on her face to get the boys to agree not to laugh at whatever Comedia was hiding.

"We promise," the boys all said, some scared, others just reluctant.

Comedia breathed and though she was relucant to reveal her secret, she had to get it out, otherwise it could jeopardize the whole escape plan. And honestly, what did she have to lose at this point?

"The truth is...I...I can't...I can't fly!"

Comedia winced as she waited for everyone to laugh at her, but instead she heard a lot of confusion in everyone's voices.

"You're a flying horse that can't fly?" Caleb said.

"How can you have wings and not know how to fly?" said Ahsoka.

"I grew up with a Cerea father in a city with hardly any other horses in it," said Comedia. "I never had anyone who actually knew how to fly to teach me how."

"Hey," said Emeraldi. "It's nothing to be ashamed of, Sis. We'll just have to alter the plan a little. As any pegasus with flying experience knows, it takes more than one day to learn how to fly. And...we're busting out of here tonight."

"You really think we can escape?" Omega asked.

"It won't be easy, but if we all work together, we can make it happen." Anakin said.

"And what about getting home?" Boba asked.

"We'll get to that part when we get to it. Once we're out, we'll have the location oft he Sith's HQ, and we can get the intel to the police, and maybe the FBI, who can hopefully take care of the rest. And we'll get all of you back home to your families."

Suddenly, Comedia and her friends were filled with a new hope. If this plan worked, then the Sith would be brought to justice, and the children would get home to their moms and dads, including Comedia. Comedia knew this may be her only chance to see her father again, and she had to take it now. She didn't want the last time they'd ever seen each other to have been her telling him he wasn't her real father.

"Let's do it!" Comedia said, placing her hoof out, Emeraldi placing hers in.

Soon, all the other girls put their hands in, and the boys did the same in their cell.

"Let' do this!" They all whisper-yelled together so no guards would hear them.
