After a while Indi and the three teenagers had arrived at the mall.

As soon as the car is parked the boys get out ready to look for LEGO and comic books.

"Dex, keep your phone handy; keep in touch!" she calls as the boys rush away.

"Come on Indi, you've got to admit, they're geeks," Sasha says smiling, and Indi can't help but smile back. It was true, but they were sweet geeks.

In the mall the boys are having a great time, they first go to a shop that sells LEGO and Dex gets an Imperial Shuttle with pocket money he had saved up.

"Dude, I wish I could just casually buy a $150 LEGO set. I've saved up money for ages and I have $100, and I never carry all that on me, I've only got $40 in my wallet," Kyle sighs as he opens his wallet and sees that it's still there.

"Well, well, well, what do we have here?" Kyle and Dex hear from behind them, so they turn around and see Aiden, Wesley and Grant.

"Hey losers," Aiden laughs but grabs Kyle angrily by his hoodie.

"I got expelled because of you, so you're going to pay," he hisses as he snatches Kyle's wallet off of him.

"Look boys: pay day," he laughs, as he lets Kyle go who then shuffles away from his bullies.

"Hey, give it back!" Dex yells and approaches the bullies, only to be shoved back, unfortunately he bumps into Kyle who falls to the ground.

"What a geek!" Wesley laughs and he high-fives both of his friends.

"The nerd owes us anyway. We had to give up $200 each because he cried because we were just having a little fun and burning his clothes," Wesley says, smirking.

"It wasn't fun for me," Kyle mumbles sadly and looks down at his hands pathetically; what else is he meant to do? They are all bigger than him, and he's scared of them.

"What was that?" Wesley snarls at Kyle.

"Nothing," Kyle squeaks.

"Thought so," Wesley snarls, laughing at Kyle who is still on the floor.

"Is there a problem here?" A voice says from behind the bullies.

Behind the bullies are Xavier and Chris.

"How about you little punks give Kyle back his wallet and get lost," Xavier hisses.

Aiden chucks Kyle his wallet and all three bullies run away, not dumb enough to mess with two much older boys.

"Who were those punks?" Xavier asks as Dex helps Kyle to his feet.

"Kyle's bullies," Dex says as Kyle looks sadly at his feet.

"Hey Ky, you okay?" Xavier asks the young boy.

"Yeah, I'm okay; I'm used to it," Kyle sighs, "Come on, let's go look at the comics."

He wants to get away and continue with the day's plans.

He likes Xavier, and Chris seems like a nice guy, but this is humiliating.

"We like comics, how about we come and look with you guys?" Chris suggests, smiling.

After what he has just seen it isn't something he wants to happen again as he believes it's not morally right.

"Yeah, that'll be nice," Dex replies before Kyle can.

Some extra protection would be good especially if Aiden, Wesley, and Grant are going to be hanging around.

"Let's go."

He smiles at Kyle and the two of them walk towards the comic book shop with Xavier and Chris following them.

Romeo and Casey are currently at the basketball courts playing two on two with Liam and Ryder; it was Casey and Liam versus Ryder and Romeo.

"Nothing but net," Romeo yells and high fives Ryder.

"Boo ya! That's twenty-four to fifteen! One more basket and we win!" Ryder yells and does a little dance.

"Stop showing off, Ryder; we'll come back," Casey says, rolling his eyes; hating losing.

"Just don't take it out on me if we lose," Liam says with a small smile on his face.

Neither he nor Ryder are still too impressed with Casey after his incident with Kyle.

Casey drops his head.

"I screwed up okay! I'm going to apologise to him. I know I crossed the line," he says shamefully; he still can't believe that he said such horrible things to his own brother.

"Good, because he didn't deserve it," Liam reminds, with a frown.

He's quite protective of Kyle. Kyle would often give up his lunchtimes to tutor Liam for free. He is a really good teacher and explains it in a way that Liam understands.

"I know alright! I screwed up! I was just mad about everything that Heath had put me through, so I just wanted to take it out on someone," Casey sighs, expecting both Ryder and Liam to be like this, as they are really protective of Kyle.

"I get that, but you took it out on Kyle, who also gets picked on by Heath and he also gets bullied at school," Ryder points out, sighing.

"We know you didn't mean it, we just hope that Kyle forgives you," he adds, smiling at Casey as he passes the ball to him.

"Yeah, me too," Casey sighs and then has a slight smile on his face, "Luckily for me, he's very forgiving."

"Oh: I almost forgot, Grumps knows it was you two who prank called, and he wanted me to warn you that if you did it again, he would talk to your Mum Romeo and Brax," Ryder warns, making both the boys grin sheepishly, but the four boys end up laughing before they calm down and continue to play their game.

It's a little later and Xavier and Chris are still hanging out with the boys and Xavier had even bought both the boys a milkshake, strawberry for Kyle and chocolate for Dex.

As they are walking around, they see Indi and Sasha and they approach them.

"Hey babe," Xavier greets, as he sneaks behind Indi and wraps his arms around her.

"Baby! What are you doing here?" Indi asks, smiling and turning around and kissing her boyfriend.

"Chris and I were just shopping, then we ran into these little dudes. By the way, there were a few kids giving Kyle grief," Xavier tells his girlfriend, he thought she'd better know so that she can tell Brax.

"You're kidding me? You okay Kyle?" she asks, looking worryingly at Kyle.

"Yeah, I'm alright, can we not tell Brax though please? He'll make a huge deal out of it," Kyle says looking hopefully up at Indi.

"Sorry Ky, but after everything that you've been through, I think it's important that Brax knows," Indi says and sighs as she sees Kyle's head drop.

"I understand," Kyle sighs.

"We're all finished shopping, are you guys?" Indi asks the boys who both nod their heads.

"Sweet, let's go home then," Indi says.

Kyle turns shyly to Xavier and Chris.

"Thank you, I really appreciate your help, as I was scared of how far they would take it," Kyle admits.

Xavier squeezes his shoulders.

"No worries, little dude. Those kids are just little punks," Xavier says as he squeezes Kyle's shoulder once more before giving Indi a kiss.

"See ya babe," he says and starts to walk away.

"I'll call you tonight!" Indi calls out as her and the three teenagers walk in the other direction.

"You okay, Kyle?" Sasha asks as she looks in Kyle's direction; he is looking a little bit sad.

Kyle nods his head and takes a sip of his milkshake.

"Yeah, thanks Sash, I'm good," Kyle replies as Indi pays for the parking.

They are all quiet for a bit but then when they get to the car, Indi turns back to look at the boys.

"So, boys what did you get?" she asks, hoping to lighten up the mood.

"LEGO Imperial Shuttle and Batman the Long Halloween comic," Dex replies with a smile on his face; he can't wait to build this LEGO set.

"What about you, Kyle?" Indi questions.

"I only got Batman the Long Halloween comic," Kyle answers as he holds up the comic.

He can't wait to read it, but he does want to finish the New Teen Titans comic first.

"Sounds awesome, now let's get you home," Indi smiles as she starts the car and starts to drive out of the car park.

The four of them have now arrived at the Braxton house and Indi and Dex get out as well; Indi gets out to talk to Brax about the bullies and Dex gets out to say goodbye.

"Hey kiddo! How was your night?" Brax asks, as he ruffles up Kyle's hair; this causes Dex to smile lightly.

"Yeah, it was awesome, thanks Brax. I'm just going to put my bag in my room," Kyle says with a small smile on his face.

"Sounds good, Ky," Brax replies as Kyle walks past to put his bag in his room.

"Thanks for dropping him off, Indi," Brax says.

"No worries, but Brax, listen; I don't know the full story, but apparently the kids who bully Kyle were at the mall and giving Kyle some hassles," Indi explains sadly, causing Brax frown.

"Seriously? Did he seem okay on the way home?" he asks; hoping that his brother wasn't miserable on the way home.

"Yeah, Xavier stopped it," Indi replies with a smile on her face; she is so grateful that her boyfriend saved Kyle from his bullies.

"Xavier? As in John's stepson?" Brax asks.

He makes a mental note to himself to thank the kid when he next sees him.

"Yeah, he saw it happening at the mall and stopped it," Indi explains, just as Dex and Kyle walk back in.

"Anyways, we've got to get home for dinner. See ya around," Indi farewells, as she and Dex walk out the door.

"See ya Dex, bye Indi," Kyle calls and blushes slightly as Indi waves back.

He knows Brax will want to talk about the bullies, so he tries to make a quick getaway only to be stopped by his big brother.

"Hold it, what's this what Indi was saying about bullies?" Brax asks; needing to know if he needed to sort anything out.

"They were just being jerks, Aiden said how it was my fault that he got expelled and how I was going to pay and then he grabbed me, then my wallet and that's when Xavier and Chris showed up," Kyle informs and sighs.

"Okay, well I want you to tell me if anything else happens, okay?" Brax asks.

Kyle nods his head in reply just as Casey walks in.

"Hey family!" he yells and dumps his bag on the ground and goes into the kitchen to get some water.

"Casey, bag in your room, then once you're back I want to hear all about your nights," Brax orders while smiling at the boys.

Casey picks up his bag and looks in Kyle's direction. He nods his head in the direction of their room to indicate that he wants Kyle to follow him, Kyle nods his head and follows his younger brother.

Kyle gets into their bedroom and is immediately pulled into a hug.

"I'm so sorry Kyle, I was out of line. I was so disgusted in myself, the way I treated you really wasn't fair," Casey apologises and pulls away from his older brother and is pleased but not surprised to see his brother smiling.

"Thanks Casey, and it's okay. I'm assuming that the only reason you were doing it was because you're sick of being bullied by Heath," Kyle says with a slight smile, understanding his brother.

"Yeah, but I'm sorry I took it out of you, you really didn't deserve that, especially since Heath's been picking on you as well," Casey sighs but Kyle pulls him into a tight hug.

"I forgive you, Case, and I'm really sorry too for swearing at you," he whispers.

Casey shrugs.

"I deserved it, I kind of was being a bit of an ars…"

"Don't say it, Case," Kyle quickly interrupts with a laugh.

Casey smiles brightly, of course his brother forgives him; he's never one to hold a grudge.

The two pull away from the hug and walk out to the lounge to see Brax and Heath; Heath had obviously just returned from work.

"Youngest first, what did you and Romeo get up to?" Brax asks.

"We gamed, we watched movies and then today we played basketball with Ryder and Liam," Casey explains and shrugs, then slumps down on the couch.

"Very informative Case," Heath huffs, causing Kyle to laugh lightly.

Heath smiles at this and reaches over and ruffles Kyle's hair.

"You forgot something," Brax implies, staring unimpressed at his brother.

"I don't think so; what do you mean?" Casey asks, confused.

"John came over last night and said that you and Romeo prank called him," Brax says glaring at his younger brother.

"Oooh, naughty, naughty, baby bro," Heath chuckles.

"It was just a joke!" Casey protests, he can't believe that John told Brax; that man was ridiculous.

"Yeah, well it wasn't funny, now after Kyle says what he did, I want you to go over and apologise," Brax orders.

"Brax, come on; you can't be serious! It was just a little joke! It's not my fault that John can't take it and has to make a fuss!" Casey huffs.

"It's disrespectful, Casey! So, either you go, or I'll come with you, but in the end you are going to apologise," Brax threatens, causing Casey to roll his eyes and huff, pouting.

"Fine, I'll go," Casey huffs and leans back on the couch. He didn't really want Brax to drag him next door to nosey John's and listen to him rave further.

He waits to hear what Kyle got up to.

"Well, we went to the surf club to meet Indi and she bought us a juice and then afterwards we went to Maccas because Indi and Dex wanted cheeseburgers, so we got some, and I got one for Sid and Sasha because I thought it was unfair they missed out. Sasha ate hers but Sid said he didn't want his. We got to Dex's and built LEGO and it was the Star-wars AT-AT that I've been wanting for ages. Afterwards it was dinner, we were having KFC. After dinner we finished the AT-AT then we played trivial pursuit and I won, but Indi was so close to beating me. Then we read comics for a bit, then watched Titans," Kyle says

"Stop for some air, little brother," Heath snickers.

Kyle ignores Heath's comment and looks at Brax.

"Thanks for letting me watch that Brax, I loved it," Kyle adds grinning.

Brax smiles at this, he's glad that Kyle enjoyed the show.

"No worries, Ky."

"Then today we got up pretty early, ate pancakes that Indi had made, did the dishes, read comic books again then went to the mall where I got a new comic," Kyle says with a smile.

"That's awesome Kyle, now Casey, I want you to go next door now, okay," Brax orders.

"Fine; whatever," Casey huffs and angrily pushes himself up.

"Do it without attitude, Casey, or I'll have to reconsider letting you stay over at Romeo's if you can't behave," Brax threatens, scolding Casey.

"That's not…." Casey begins but sees the serious look on Brax's face and shuts up and stomps away.

Brax then turns to Kyle and ruffles up his hair.

"Glad you had a good time, kiddo."

"Thanks Brax," Kyle replies smiling.

"Yeah, me too, sounds like you and Dex did all the geeky things you love so it seems like you're not the only nerdy nerd, Bubs," Heath jokes and gives his brother a wet willy.

"Eww Heath!" Kyle complains and pulls away.

"Heath, really?" Brax asks, moaning.

Kyle has been home for less than twenty minutes and Heath was already bothering him.

Heath pulls Kyle off the couch and pulls him into a rough brotherly hug.

"Just a bit of brotherly fun, big fella," Heath laughs as he continues to crush Kyle in a hug.

"Heath, you reek!" Kyle complains as he tries to pull away from his brother.

"Alright, Heath; let the kid breathe," Brax laughs, and Heath lets Kyle go and he ruffles his hair.

"Do us all a favour, Heath, and have a shower before dinner," Brax orders, not wanting to deal with Heath's smell all night.

"Fine whatever. I was just showing little Kylie here, what a real man smells like," Heath chuckles before heading towards the flat to have a shower.

Brax walks past Kyle to check on dinner and ruffles up his hair as he passes him.

Five minutes later Casey walks in the house and walks through the lounge straight to the backyard.

Brax pushes himself up from the couch where he and Kyle are sitting watching TV and follows Casey.

Just then Heath walks back in.

"Where's the big fella going?" Heath asks.

"To talk to Casey I guess, I'm assuming that he's going to lecture him," Kyle replies as he continues to watch TV.

Heath smirks at this and gets an idea. He walks over to his brother, grips his arm and pulls him to his feet.

"Let me go!" Kyle protests but it doesn't help, and Heath gives Kyle a noogie.

Heath laughs wickedly as he continues to mess up his brother's hair. For good measure he gives his brother another wet willy since his last one was interrupted.

"Come on, Heath; please!" Kyle begs as he tries to pull away from Heath, but he is no match for his much taller and stronger brother.

"Okay, just a dead leg and I'll let you go." Heath chuckles and punches his brother on his upper leg.

Kyle squeaks with pain and as soon as Heath lets him go, he hobbles over to the couch and plummets down into it. He fixes his hair as he hates when it's messy.

Heath walks past and ruffles his brother's hair.

"It's good to have you home little bro, I missed you," he says laughing as he sits beside Kyle.

"Heath, I just fixed my hair!" Kyle protests only for Heath to reach over and give his little brother another dead leg, Kyle once again squeaks in pain.

He then slumps down on the couch. Casey is currently getting a lecture from Brax for misbehaving and since he's in no trouble he's the one that gets the noogie, two wet willies and two dead legs.

Casey is outside playing with his soccer ball, still feeling annoyed at having to apologise to John for a harmless prank call.

Brax comes out into the backyard and calls out.

"Casey!"

"What?" Casey snaps back in an angry tone.

"I beg your pardon?" Brax warns with an eyebrow raise.

"Stop playing and come here please," Brax orders.

Casey huffs and approaches Brax.

"What?" he says a lot softer and with less attitude.

Brax places his hand on Casey's upper arm.

"Look, I know you are not happy I made you go and apologise to John, but you know it was the right thing," Brax explains.

"I guess," Casey mumbles.

"Good man; I'm proud of you," Brax replies with a smile and slaps Casey's arm.

"Okay, dinner is in an hour, so I want you inside and washed up in about forty-five minutes," Brax instructs, smiling.

It's an hour later and all four of the Braxton's are now sitting down for their dinner, no one is making much noise as they are all enjoying dinner so much, both the boys are exhausted from their sleepovers and are ready for a big rest.
