Author's note :Thank you my readers for you're support and honest reviews. I had planned to flesh out the last chapter more but was tired and didn't to add anymore. We are going to find out what's going on with Brucas and of course. Our star of the show miss Salem. I love her.
Brooke loved her check ins with Karen. That was time during the week she made sure to make time for. Karen was off back together with Andy traveling the world. But even so she was an important part of her life and Salem 's.
Brooke had bought this house. Move in ready it had a total of three bedrooms. Hers. Salem 'd and a guest room. She loved the natural light. The color. And the fact that it was so close to everyone and everything in town.
Clothes over bros. Was basically her second child. She had to pour so much of her time and energy into creating this clothing line but it was successful. Onto the next level.
She had money and status which had its benefits and perks. But nothing fulfilled her more than being a mom to Salem that was the title she held close and cherished deeply.

Lucas had moved into his childhood home. Karen had offered it to him before she left.
It was much more his style now. Which was very dark wash colors but he loved it here and his old bedroom had been transformed into Salem 's bedroom.
The estranged exes shared custody of their daughter. 50/50. Being a father. Mattered more to him then being a writer ever did.
(This house needs a woman 's touch. And I plan to make that happen.) Lindsey Strauss said.
Lucas leaned over and kissed her.
(And they say you shouldn't mix business with personal.) Lindsey said.
A knock at the door interrupted the couple.
Lucas left his bedroom and went towards the front door.
He locked through the key hole then opened it.
(Daddy! I missed you.) Salem said.
Lucas scooped her into his arms.
(I missed you more my girl. How was you're plane ride with momma?) Lucas asked.
(She insisted on me bringing her over. Even though you're coming over for dinner tonight anyway.) Brooke said.
(You're welcome here anytime. The both of you. I gave you a key for that reason.) Lucas stated matter of fact.
(Luke we're ignoring Lindsey. How are you settling in to Tree Hill?) Brooke asked.
(I'm adjusting. And is there anything I should bring for dinner tonight?) Lindsey asked.
(No it's just me momma and daddy.) Salem interjected. Scowling at Lindsey.
(Honey I've already explained that you're dad and Lindsey are a couple so she's coming too.) Brooke proclaimed.
Salem started to pout.
