"Mery will show you to your rooms."
Clarion said.
The Queen allowed the refugees to hide in Pixie Hollow temporarily.
"Thank you Queen."
Ben thanked her for her kindness.
"Get some rest. We'll talk more about what happened later. Helena can stay in her old room."
Clarion said.
"I'd love to."
It was hard to see the Fairy of all goodness in her, but she was there. After so many years, it was wonderful to return to the place where she grew up and which was part of who she was.
"All right."
The rooms were divided between Mal, Evie, the baby, Doug and Ben, Jay and Carlos, Jane, Loonie and Cirse, Bela and Adam, Rashid, Demetrius and Colbi.
"Maly, will you stay with Tommy so I can change?"
Evie asked her friend, who was absent-mindedly looking out of the window. Evie knew she would have to talk to her sooner or later
"Sure." Mal replied with a short laugh. "Come here little man." She went over to Evie's bed and sat her nephew on her lap. "You think I'm to blame for this too, don't you?"
"You're not to blame for anything."
Evie said, appearing at her side.
"Weren't you going to change?"
She was startled by her friend's presence.
"Mal, I changed half an hour ago."
He surprised her and sat down next to her.
"Sorry, I'm..."
She finally said
"What's wrong? Why are you so nervous?"
"I can't help feeling that this is my fault, I mean, if I hadn't told Ben about this wedding, if I hadn't looked for your mother. I don't know, Evie, it seems like everything has me involved somehow."
"Mal, really? This was all going to happen at some point, you and Ben were going to get married at some point and she was going to come back. The best solution would be for you never to meet Ben, would you want that? And before you say anything, think of all the good things that have happened thanks to your crazy plan to bewitch him."
"It was a brilliant plan, the only reason it went wrong was because I fell in love with him."
She said, defending herself and laughing
"And thanks to that, I started to like Doug, Carlos overcame his fear of dogs and became a technology wizard, Jay is now much more than a little thief and is so happy and finally look at this cute little thing."
She pointed at her son, who was making fun of her
"Yeah, I guess you're right."
"Of course, I'm right."
She gave a friendly smile and hugged her friend
"Thank you, Evie."
"Anytime. You know what I was thinking? Let's be roommates again.
"True, sorry about these conditions."
"I'd like to be with my husband too, okay?"
After a lot of joking around, they finally went to sleep.

Auradon
"Where should you be?"
Agatha asked herself about her old home. All the changes in the kingdom only made the search more difficult. The Forest was no longer the Forest, there was no more of the division she was used to and it seemed that magic wasn't used as much as it used to be.
The new inhabitant of the castle had taken possession of it and was now inside Ben's room. As she walked around the room, she noticed on his bedside table a photo of the young king and Mal together, an old photograph from a family day years ago. It may be a complex thing to say, but inside Agatha still lived the twenty-four-year-old woman who had loved a man madly and lost him. Seeing Ben, who was so much like Harry and was getting his happy ending with Mal, was revolting for the witch.
"Pathetic."
She wiped away the few tears and went back to her most important job, finding her cabin.

Pixie Hollow
The rest was short-lived, as if it were possible to sleep. Mal didn't sleep for two whole hours, and when she realized that she wasn't going to sleep, she got up and walked around the place.
No one had ever wondered what a fairy house was like or what it should be like. From what she had learned at school, fairies lived in the middle of nature, which explained the existence of so many animals and plants, but in a way it seemed like a normal place, apart from the fact that there were beings flying back and forth.
There was a school, a hospital, the home of the Fairy Queen, cafeterias, everything very similar to that of humans, with the detail that everything exhaled magic and wherever you looked you saw magic dust and that was the most beautiful thing.
"It's beautiful, right?"
When he turned away Mal saw the queen approaching.
"Queen?"
Mal bowed to her
"You all right? I thought everyone would be resting."
"I can't sleep."
"A lot of things, huh?"
"A bit too much, actually." She laughed wryly and turned her attention to the garden in front of her. "Queen, how did you know my name?"
"Maleficent's daughter? It's difficult not to know."
"My mother."
She was saddened to remember the history she would always carry with her
"Maleficent is a very powerful fairy if you ask me, and..."
"Queen Clarion."
A fairy appeared to call her
"I have to go, but I'll see you soon."
"All right."
Later that day Mal returned to his room to change, but Evie wasn't there to his surprise. The fairies had lent her some clothes, since the only outfit she had on was her wedding dress.
"I'm not wearing that." She said to herself when she saw the pretty, colorful dress, not her usual purple. Even though she knew it might be wrong, she quickly cast a spell, turning it shades of purple and black. "Better." She smiled at the result and just as she was getting changed, she heard someone knocking on the door. "Come in." She allowed the person she thought was Evie to enter, so she didn't even turn around to see who it was, as she was busy changing.
As she was taking off her clothes, in this case a pair of silk pyjamas that she had given up and worn, quite different from her old dress, she felt a kiss on her neck and knew who it was and couldn't hold back her laughter.
"Good morning."
Ben said, kissing her.
"I love this good morning."
She declared, looking into those clear eyes
"Do you always wake up like this?" He asked, referring to the fact that she was only wearing a bra, which made Mal blush "I love it when you're embarrassed."
"Ben."
She scolded him, punching him lightly on the arm
"I only said to prepare myself."
The two kissed again and stayed like that for a while.
"Don't you think you should go back to your room?"
"No, because I know Evie's out buying fabric, she won't be able to do without sewing and besides, this ring here says that you're my wife and that we don't have to sleep in separate rooms anymore."
He pointed to the ring on her finger
"There are times when I forget that."
She revealed, running her hand over his face
"Have you forgotten that you married me?"
He pretended to be offended
"I don't know if you remember, but soon afterwards a super villain appeared and boom!"
They both smiled again
"Hey, what's the matter with you? You look like you haven't slept at all."
"It must be that I missed my HUSBAND sleeping with me."
"I like that new title."
He joked with her, taking advantage of the opportunity to run his hand around her waist again
"Yeah? My husband."
She grinned at him and didn't even care that he was writhing all over her
"My wife, Mal Bertha Faery."
She ran her hand over his face.
"My husband, Benjamin Florian Beast." She kissed his wedding ring. "I love you and I love kissing you, but someone might come along." She reproached him, pulling him off her
"No."
He grumbled at her
"Don't make such a face, after all this mess is over, we'll be together."
"True."
"Hey, what's up?"
She stroked his hair again
"I feel like a coward running away. I don't even know what my people are suffering and what that woman is doing to them, I'm king, Mal and I left my kingdom."
"You didn't leave, you had to run away, besides we'll make it ok? I promise Auradon will have its king back."
She I don't know, Evie, it seems like everything has me involved somehow." hugged him tightly, but apprehensively, as they had no idea what was coming next.
