Tobirama knew he couldn't take Naruto with him to talk to the Hokage as it was an important secret and but he couldn't let Naruto, go out alone, he knew how the boy's training habits were, he might exhaust himself greatly, until he reached a decision, he and Naruto walked up to a training field where Team 10 seemed to be waiting with Might Guy.

Tobirama knew about Might Guy and his prouce in Taijutsu.

"Hello Lord Second," said the excentric Jounin. The Lord Second was too busy looking at Guy's clothes, I mean, who in the world would decide that wearing green spandex was good idea, but then he remembered the Jounin's skills.

"Ah yes, hello, Jounin Guy," said Tobirama, "you all will be going on a C-rank with Might guy."

"What mission?" asked Naruto.

"An extremely youthful one!" shouted one of his students, Rock Lee.

"Lee!" shouted Guy.

"Guy-sensei!"

"Lee!"

This repeated as the two rushed at each other and suddenly the Second watched in confusion as he found himself on a beach, with a sunset.

'A genjutsu?' thought the Second extremely confused, as he tried to release the genjutsu and found himself trapped, he then felt the sand on his feet and felt down to tap it.

'Is this, is this real?' thought the Second, as he noticed that the two bowl cut spandex wearing Jounin had gotten so close, and then they started hugging much to the Tobirama's horror. As the genjutsu released the second just watched on his horror, as the two finished hugging.

"Was that a space time ninjutsu? a genjutsu? how do I realise it?" asked the Second, his horror growing to new lengths.

"Apologies, Lord Second, but none of us have a clue," said Neji Hyuga.

"Ah, yes, Naruto, I hope you have your sanity by the end of this," said the Second as used his flying Raijin to teleport to Sarutobi's office, not in fear but he really didn't want to see that again, with Naruto looking at him with a look of betrayal on his face, well some sacrifices had to be made for the greater good.

"Sensei, what took you?" asked the Third.

"I had to sacrifice my great grandson to a spandex wearing monster with humongous eyebrows," said the Second as the elders were confused for a second before nodding in understanding, he was talking about Guy.

"Now then, we are here to talk about my successor," said Sarutobi as the other two nodded.

"So who are our choices?"

"I would recommend my student Jiraiya," said Sarutobi, as the Second noded, he had read the file on the man.

"Powerful yes but too many bad habits," said the Second.

"That is why I recommend you, sensei," said Danzo as the Second, thought about it for a second.

"No, I am not connected enough with Konoha, I only understand a little bit of what has changed as such not making me the best choice," replied the Second.

"Well then I recommend myself," said Danzo, as the Third Sighed.

"No, too old and your injury decreases your capabilities," said the Second, with steady resolve, to which Danzo nodded.

"May I make a suggestion?"

-With Naruto-

Naruto and the Team walked towards where a group of bandits were suspected to be, he knew that the bandits were going to be a tough problem but with his better skills. When they continued walking, Naruto noticed that there were about 20 chakra signatures in the trees and about 5 around them, Naruto however grew concerned when one of the signatures was too large to be a bandit, but maybe the guy had done more physical exercise than the rest.

As soon as they came at a pass Naruto watched as 5 bandits jumped out in front of them, and finally a black haired red eyed man dressed in black clothing but with a crossed out leaf head band.

'A missing nin?' thought Naruto as he got disappointed in himself for not realizing there would be a shinobi here.

"Hand over the money and no-one gets hurt," said one of the bandits but before he could make any threatening gestures, Naruto went through hand signs and silently whispered a jutsu.

"Fire style: fire dragon bomb," said Naruto as burned the two bandits next to him, as he realized what he had done, as the rest of Team 10 dealt and killed the rest of the bandits. Naruto then noticed as the missing nin went through hand signs.

"Fire style: dragon flame bomb!" shouted the man as he released massive flames that rushed towards them at incredible speeds. Naruto watched in horror and noticed that it would hit the Team if they did anything, so Naruto of course forced himself to knead chakra by doing a hand sign.

"Water style: water wall!" shouted Naruto with as much ferocity as he could muster, and release water onto the ground which protected them from the flames, both Team 10 and the missing nin watched in shock as the wall of water absorbed the attack, releasing only steam, as Naruto went through another few hand signs.

"Water style: water bomb jutsu," said Naruto as the shinobi watched as a powerful torrent suddenly rushed towards him at fast speeds. He quickly jumped out of the way but didn't notice the Jounin's fist coming towards his face, and went straight through a tree.

"Well down, Naruto!" said Might Guy, as Naruto nodded, before looking despondent about his actions.

"I am going to have to say that was your first kill, wasn't it?" asked Guy, as Naruto nodded, Guy sighed.

-With the Second-

"I believe I am addressing Jiraiya of the Sannin?" asked the Second, as he received a nod from Jiraiya.

"Indeed, man, and I have the perfect choice for you," said Jiraiya as the elders eyes went wide.

"She hasn't been in the village for over 10 years," said Koharu.

"Yeah but she has the brains and the brawns for the job," said Jiraiya.

"She abandoned her duty," said Danzo.

"Yes, but she might be just what we need," said the Third.

"Exactly, who are you talking about?" asked the Second with a raised brow.

"Your great niece, princess Tsunade," said Homura, as the Second raised a brow, in his mind, there was the adorable little girl, who giggled and laughed her way through life.

"Why isn't she here in Konoha?"

"You see, back when the Second great ninja wars was going around, Tsunade become embroiled in it as did her younger brother Nawaki and fiance, Dan Koto, both died, Tsunade was too busy to grieve them as she was the leading medical kunoichi, we had a poison specialist and puppet master known as Granny Chiyo to deal with and one day, she asked to leave, I allowed her but she took with her Dan's niece, Shizune," explained the Third with a sigh.

"Exactly she abandoned her duty, she shouldn't be Hokage, what good medical nin has a fear of blood?" asked Danzo, rhetorically.

"skills," said the Second.

"She is the world's physically strongest kunoichi and the world's greatest medical nin, she can destroy fields with a kick and yet can analyze the most deadly of poisons," said Jiraiya.

"I suggest a simple solution, we try to convince her to become Hokage, if that fails, we try to convince her to return to Konoha, then we force her and if that fails, we place her as a missing nin," said the Second, showing his ruthless side.

"Alright," said everyone else before looking at Sarutobi who let out a sigh.

"fine," said Sarutobi.

"Also let's bring along Naruto, I wanna teach him something," said Jiraiya with a grin.

"We are bringing him along, but you are not teaching him anything unless I deem it appropriate," said the Second.

"Wha-what-what?" shouted Jiraiya.

"You have been extremely useless in his training and his growth, deciding to show up at the last minute and teaching him to use a power he doesn't fully understand and then completely abandoning him, you didn't even try to correct any mistakes and flaws he had and yet you act like we will allow you to teach him?" asked the Second.

"But his father would have wanted-" said Jiraiya.

"His father is dead, he also wanted you to care for my great grandson, how well have you done that?"

"I had a spy network," answered Jiraiya.

"Yet you didn't check up on him at all, not once, it was all up to Sarutobi, who let me remind you had just lost his wife, retake a position after getting retired, his son barely talked to him, all while trying to keep a newborn protected, then had to deal with multiple crisis, so I can ask again why should I let you teach him?" replied the Second.

"I know seals and the rasengan, his dad's jutsu," said Jiraiya.

"I am sure I could teach him that using his father's notes," replied the Second.

"Sensei, just give him a chance, I promise that he will not find a way to disappoint you, just give him a chance," said the Third with pleading eyes.

"Fine, but if you do one thing I don't like then you will never talk to my grandson again," said the Second.
