Kely is a kelbie and Raja's pet. He has green and white fur and green eyes.
While in the Monster Hunter universe, the team comes across a fighting arena created by hunters. They infiltrate the arena by putting their own rescued beasts into the fights. They all only pretend to fight each other to give the others time to rescue the trapped beasts. Raja rescues Kely and he's grateful.
Kely has been described as a happy-go-lucky and enthusiastic kelbie. He is the most genial monster in the group and is very kind, friendly, encouraging, and outgoing. He has surprisingly soft demeanor despite his species and is happy to be part of the Allstar Rangers. When trouble is afoot, he shows tremendous strength and courage and does not hesitate to charge enemies.
He can charge enemies with his antlers.

In a flashback, Kely is reveled to have had a sister who was killed by hunters for food.
