Deputy U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens has more things he needs to discuss with defense attorney Carolyn Wilder. Yes, I know the new series Justified: City Primeval doesn't even air until July 18th, 2023, but just based on the trailer I am already shipping these two and I have christened them 'Rayolyn'.

When Ava decided enough was enough and tried to leave her husband she didn't think things would go like they did. Now she just has to do her best to get through to the other side by swearing to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help her God.

Growing up in Harlan County gave her a shared history with Deputy U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens. A history, that made the two Kentucky natives cynical to the outside world. However, after meeting former Army Ranger, Tim Gutterson, Jolene 'Jo' Taylor's perpetual pessimism will be put to the test. Will she finally learn that we are more than the sins of our fathers?

It was supposed to be the happiest day of her life. The day she had spent months preparing for, right down to the finest detail. There was supposed to be a smile on her face and laughter in her eyes. So why did she feel like crying instead?

Loretta and Raylan haven't heard from each other in the three years since he's left Harlan. Because Raylan has the most impeccable timing, the reunion occurs when Loretta is pulling her hair out.

A local returns as a US Marshal and tries to build a new life for herself. Brandi Calhoun moves back in to her childhood home and works hard to do well at her job, fixing up her home and her life. However, the past doesn't like to stay buried and puts her plans of rebuilding at risk.

Tim manages to get the witness to safety but Raylan served as a distraction, Tim goes back for him finding him in the hands of the gunmen who are now desperate to avoid the law on their way out.
