On Chapter 4: Following Carla alongside Turk chews JD and Dr. Cox out for their actions of JD only unlike the show no writer's protection exits for Carla. Rather JD unleashes a lashing to Carla "Mary Sue" Espinosa.

JD has the feeling that he should hug Dr. Cox even when he doesn't want it but needs it. Even when Dr. Cox doesn't like getting hugged by a certain young doctor.
