There, they meet a despondent Alexander Darcy, who in true Darcy fashion, has made a mess of his relationship with the woman he loves. History must repeat itself, the newlyweds must aid Alex to win back the love of his life.

Before death, Lady Anne wrote a series of letters to her children. She gave them to her sister, but as their contents were counter to Lady Catherine's purposes, she never gave the letters over to the Darcy children. 16 years later, Anne de Bourgh finds the letters and gives them to Darcy. Their contents alter Darcy's perspective on life, love, and his family's legacy.

Having observed her parents' frequently-unhappy marriage, Elizabeth worries that her new husband will grow tired of her, but Darcy is quick to reassure her that his love and respect will long continue.

A Pride and Prejudice story. Starting in Hunsford, Elizabeth is not allowed to stay home from tea and so Darcy's ill-fated proposal is prevented however Elizabeth is too angry to remain silent. This is a slow and sweet story that does get more mature towards the end.

As we know, all great books begin with a wealthy man in need of a wife. In this sequel to Mutual Pride, based on the characters from Pride and Prejudice, we find a new gentlemen with that pressing need.

What if the people in Hertfordshire were not as they seemed – and Charles Bingley was the only member of the Netherfield partly that noticed?

A succession of rain extends Jane and Lizzy’s stay at Netherfield. Bingley is delighted, Caro is not. Lizzy is frustrated. And Darcy? He likes to think he is indifferent.
