The time between Nine's defeat and All Might finding Midoriya at the battleground is an unknown variable. Furthermore, the reason behind Midoriya retaining One for All and Bakugou not inheriting it is left open-ended. This is my take on what I believe happened.

Natsuo had never actually noticed what a hot body his old man has. At least, not until one of his college roommates decides to point it out. Now he can't stop thinking about it. So he can't be blamed when he lets go of all of that pent-up rage and aggression he feels towards Endeavor through smooch smooch.

Endeavor was out buying a birthday present for, Natsuo. He ends up bumping into his loyal fan. That "Look at him!" kid and ends up spending a few hours with him. Hiroshi reveals that he's actually got a quirk that's rather… lustful. Endeavor's curiosity gets the better of him when the boy shows him his quirk's weaponry. He grabs an Eros's arrow and accidentally ends up...

Inasa was having a sleepover with Shōto. But, when he bumps into a barely dressed Endeavor… the sleepover is quickly forgotten. Because, he's got a bit of a problem. Like trying to make his "little problem" go away. Which is why he decided to lock himself in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the No. 1 Hero walks in on him.

After enjoying each other's company during Ennichi in their first year, Todoroki and Yaoyorozu also attend it together in their second and third years.

By the time All for One rescued his little brother from a government laboratory, Yoichi was already broken.
