Kanan knew he shouldn't have bin using his light sabor when he was so so angry, angry at himself. He could have hurt himself, but worst of all, he knew he shouldn't have bin practicing with Ezra.

All Kanan wanted to do was to go to bed, not realizing that someone had gotten into his room and stolen his datacron, and lightsaber.

Ezra lost his parents, and then he lost the person that saved him. For years he would visit the grave and talk, just to feel close to that person again. This didn't change even after he joined up with the Ghost crew. Every time they stopped back on Lothal he'd make an excuse and go visit the grave. It was only a matter of time before the crew got curious.

Starting after Gathering Forces: After the events at Fort Anaxes, Kanan decides it would be best to teach Ezra how to control his emotions. What he is unaware of however is that a plan to exploit Ezra's emotions is being constructed by the Inquisitor. Will he remember Kanan's teachings, or will Ezra succumb to the emotions he is learning to control?

"Kid, I-I'm so sorry! Stay awake okay?" Kanan called, holding down on the wound that was gushing freely with fresh blood. His apprentice- his Padawan was dying- bleeding out by his own hand. The Inquisitor forces Kanan to make a grave mistake and Ezra pays the price for it.

[Post season finale.] Everyone should have been ready to unwind after Kanan was rescued, especially Kanan himself. But that didn't stop him from worrying even a little bit about Ezra. [Friendship/family fluff for obvious reasons.]
