Ochako Uraraka never made it to UA. She attempted the Entrance Exams for the Hero Course but failed. She resided to living life like any other citizen. Then she met him. (Or rather, Izuku Midoriya encounters Ochako Uraraka trying to commit suicide, and she was saved.)

When Izuku is lost and almost kidnapped he is saved. Not by a hero, or even a vigilante... No he is saved by the Gentle Criminal! See how this change affects all of history as Izuku, formerly known as "Deku", joins Gentle in his schemes and misadventures in order to make a name for themselves and point out the flaws in hero society!
