Seven days straight, that's how long the famous cop duo have been working and now it was time for a well-deserved four days off. Judy and Nick lazily drug themselves over to the patrol car and stammered inside, "Oh finally I thought the day would never end!" Judy slumped into the passenger seat while Nick was climbing into the driver's seat.

Nick rested his head against the seat, wiping his face down as he sighed, "Tell me about it!" Nick flipped down his sunglasses over his eyes before reaching ahead to reach the ignition. "I can't wait to go home!"

"Wait," Judy sat up excitedly, "I finally have my apartment 'company ready,' did you want to come over?" Nick brought his glasses on to the bridge of his muzzle, raising an eyebrow. He continued to grip the wheel in silence; Judy went on, "You'd be the first visitor and I don't have nosey neighbors anymore! Oh I can make dinner, I think I have some kind of dessert too…"

"Whoa, whoa Carrots, stop digging you already struck oil!" Nick smiled as he placed his shades back to his eyes and began to rev the engine, "I'll have to go home and change first, of course; should I bring anything?"

Judy fiddled with her fingers, staring out the window, "Just your sexy self!" Laughing obviously loud, Judy soon deflated, covering her face with her ears.

Glancing over Nick shook his head and continued to drive, "Whatever you say…"

"How long have I been climbing stairs? Five floors up, and a non-working elevator…" This was Nick's first time going over to Judy's new apartment, since she banned him until she got the place "just right." Granted her old place was closer to the ground, but it also was a rat's nest in comparison, no pun intended. Judy's new apartment had nice, scented floors, not like the one of sewer water or wet wolf. This hallway was brightly lit, it didn't make him feel like he was going to get robbed,'Finally, I made it. I should've weighed myself before I got started...' Judy had a tiny doorbell on the front door's pane, with her last name underneath.

DING DONG

Within seconds, a rushed bunny threw the door open, showing all her teeth as she bounced excitedly at her first guest, "It's about time you got here!"

Standing on her tiptoes to reach, Judy grasped Nick by the neck, nuzzling him with her cheek. He was surprised by the attack as he tried to balance the two items he had in his hands. Judy slowly let go of Nick taking in his appearance, instead of his old Hawaiian shirt and cargo pants; he was wearing a dark blue button-down shirt with black jeans.

In front of Nick was a fairly large living area, against the wall to the left was a 3-seat cushion couch sitting across a 42-inch flat screen, with a *PreyStation 4* in the lower cubby holes on top of a rectangular stand. Towards the back was a large sliding glass door leading out to the balcony, and to his right was the entrance to the kitchen; it had an open window counter space, which had a splendid view of the pantry, stove, and refrigerator that sat in the corner.

"Wow Carrots, pretty sweet digs, oh and look at that, you even managed to get a wittle nightstand in there too!" Nick walked inside to examine the space, "When did you get all this stuff?! Where did you get all this stuff?"

Judy bounced, laughing to herself while she brought her hand to her front, "Let's just say that most of this stuff was generously 'donated' by the precinct because it was going to be auctionedoff and I may have pulled a few strings and boom!"

"Haha sly bunny…" Nick exclaimed, crossing his arm over his chest, honestly impressed. This was way nicer than that flea infested refrigerator box she used to live in.

"It's called a hustle sweetheart…" She hopped into the living room, swishing her tail on the way, then settled in front of Nick, "And what do you have there?" Judy was of course talking about the present and bottle he had in his paws.

Nick slapped himself in the head for forgetting, "Oh sorry Hun bun, they're your housewarming presents!" He then handed Judy over the bottle and the bag.

Squealing at the gesture, Judy took her gifts over to the counter space, "Oh, how nice, a bottle of wine!"

First, she went to the fridge and placed it sideways inside, then went back to look into the gift bag, removing the excess tissue paper. Reaching inside Judy pulled out a stuffed fox plush, dressed in a little security guard uniform.

Glancing over her shoulder at Nick, he stood by the door poking his fingers; he appeared nervous while he switched his tail. "I got it at Build-A-Mammal," He started to approach her, examining the stuffie in her paws, "I thought you could have something to hold at night…"

Judy hugged the toy near her face, taking in its essence, "It smells just like you!" Realizing what she just said, Judy became flushed, covering her face with her hand. She was hoping that he'd drop it as a joke.

Nick sneered, "That's the idea, Fluff!" Never to reveal that he secretly spent the better part of the night making sure that scent stuck. He placed his hands on his knees and leaned down towards her ear, "And what do I smell like...Sweetheart?"

Tackled again, around the waist this time, Nick hesitated briefly before he slung his arms to her waist. After taking in the real smell of a fox, Judy continued to wipe her nose against the tuft of fur Nick had left open at the top of his shirt.

Judy pulled back after getting a nose full, then stuffed her toy in the crook of her elbow before taking a hold of Nick's paw, dragging him down the hallway. "Let me give you the tour!"

To the left of the front door was a hallway, on the way, Nick spotted a restroom at the end of the hallway with a closet next to it before he was pushed into another room. Judy's new room was similar to her old room, underneath a square window was a full-size bed in the upper left-hand corner of the room, with a connected drawer underneath for storage. On the right side was a desk in front of the closet off the back wall, it was equipped with a laptop and a small hologlobe, the illumination was displaying stars and galaxies on the ceiling.

"So, what do you think?" Judy gloated as she came around to Nick's side, where he got a better look at his partner. She wore blue jean shorts that detailed her "ass" ets very nicely, along with a light purple ruffled tank while she walked around barefoot.

Nick leaned against her chair under her desk, he watched Judy go to her bed and place her new stuffie next to the pillow closest to where she'll lay her head, "There, perfect place to watch over me while I sleep!"

"I gotta say Fluff, I'm kind of jealous..." Nick scoffed "If you needed a bed buddy so bad, I could've volunteered a long time ago…" He pushed off the chair and strolled over to Judy, slowly kneeling in front of her, and placing his paws on her shoulder and cheek, "You just need to ask…" Nick smiled when he saw Judy leaned into his other palm, rubbing her nose against his pads.

Judy reached up and placed her own paw on his wrist, lovingly squeezing him, "I'll keep that in mind…" She started rubbing as she stared up at Nick's muzzle, his mouth was open, breathing slowly as his eyes darted from her eyes to her mouth. Memorizing green irises drew Judy in, her heart pumped faster as they got closer; she could smell mint on his breath, her nose twitched as she felt the whiskers of his nuzzle.

"Ju-Judy…?"

DING

They halted, Judy had forgotten that she was still in the middle of dinner and the casserole was finally done, "Dinner's ready…" Judy sorrowfully whispered as she backed away from Nick, he then used his own knee to help himself stand.

"Lead the way…" Nick offered a hand as the two of them sauntered back into the living room.

"Ah that was delicious!" Nick cheered as he brought a napkin to his jaws to wipe off any excess food, "I haven't had a home cooked meal in ages!" In the center of the coffee table was a casserole dish with the leftovers of a black bean meatless loaf, using a spatula Judy cut the dinner into squares where Nick had two helpings.

Judy smiled as she collected the plates and silverware, "Well thanks for the compliment, but I'm afraid that this meal wasn't my doing…" After stacking the plates, Judy steadied them until she made it into the kitchen.

Nick grasped his chest and gasped, "Are you telling me that you didn't 'cook' my 'home cooked' meal?"

After dropping off the dishes and turning on the water, she answered, "Well no, I technically did make it at home, but no; I ordered it from that new at-home food service program *Hola Crisp*" Judy finished rising off the dishes and drying her hands, then retrieved two red *Snailo* cups and the bottle of wine Nick brought. "I wanted to try it with you…"

When she rounded the corner, she saw that Nick had gotten comfortable on the couch; his head was laid back, and his arms were stretched out along the back side on the couch; his legs were open wide, probably resting his tummy after such a large meal.

Judy sauntered into the living room and sat down the cups, then using her armpit to pry the bottle open, she managed to twist the cap off, jolting Nick to life.

"Oh boy, breaking out the bubbly already?" He clapped his hands before he bounced on the cushion, using his fists to push forward to sit on the edge. Once the drinks were poured, Nick scooped up his serving and inhaled the scent of the drink, "So, what do we toast to? To your new wide-open space with a bathroom AND a kitchen?"

Judy tapped her raised cup, with Nick's, "To the new experiences!" They clanged their cups, then threw them back within seconds. "Oh wow," Judy coughed, looking at the label, "This is really strong for wine, although I've never heard of *Admiral Doug* before..."

"That's because it's not wine, my dear," Nick chuckled loudly as he grabbed the bottle back from Judy and poured him another cup. "Sorry Fluff, I should've warned you I'm not much of a wine condenser." Nick hopped off the couch and strolled in the kitchen, yanking the freezer open, "Do you have anything we could use for a chaser, after the first one the rest will go down more easily."

Judy took another sip then gagged, "I think I have some *Sprint* or *Dr. Porcupine*..." She sat down while she waited for Nick to return. Appearing from around the corner, Nick held up a bottle of *Camel*; after he poured the contents into Judy's cup then took his place back on the couch.

"Wow thank you, sir," Judy reached over and grabbed the bottle to refill her cup, "Since we don't have to work tomorrow, this should be the best way to 'celebrate'!" Nick hoisted his cup in the air as he slumped back against the couch.

Judy giggled as she slipped back into the kitchen, after opening the refrigerator, she came back with a small platter of muffins. Nick pointed his nose in the air as Judy came back with the treats; once the tray was on the table, he clasped his paws in delight. Judy asked sitting down, "So Mr. Party Planner, are you sure you don't have something else in mind?"

Nick gasped, grabbing his chest, pretending to be offended, "Looks like you got me, Carrots, I was planning on braiding each other's fur and painting each other's nails, but now I want to stay up all night talking about who the hottest *bear band* is."

Judy snickered as she tilted her head, while clasping her hip, "You don't seriously think that's what girls do at slumber parties do you?"

Nick shook his head, stretched out his arm to pluck a cupcake from the platter, "Y'know it's been a while since I've been to one, but I'm pretty sure females still talk about boys, sex and your vaginas…"

"Come on, Nick get real;" Judy took another gulp of her drink, then cleared her throat. "We also talk about our tits."

Judy stared at her guest, it didn't seem that long that they had known each other; memories of the past year and half flashed in her mind. Swindling her as a meter maid, then her swindling him into helping her with the case, starting this crazy journey in the first place.

'Meeting Flash, making good with Mr. Big, that press conference...' Judy sighed, "That time under the bridge..."

Nick had finished off his cup when he stopped to stare at Judy, who had been staring off in space as she went down memory lane, "What did you say, Fluff?"

"Huh? N-nothing!" Judy found herself watching Nick closely as he spoke, paying close attention to that loudmouth of his, Nick really did have a handsome face, y'know for a predator… "Oh hey, speaking of butts, did I tell you about Fangmyer and Wolfbane? They're dating now!"

Fangmyer was a female tiger that worked with them at the station, she was five years in when Judy joined the precinct. She was a no-nonsense type, choosing to work harder than smarter. Wolfbane, on the other hand, was a fairly young grey husky, having just joined the force a year before Nick did, he was energetic and willing to learn but his attention span was much to be desired.

Judy pulled her knees on the sofa along with her cup, staring down at the liquid, "I wouldn't think those two would get together…" Swirling the drink in her cup.

Nick halted from placing a muffin in his mouth leaving it open. He placed it off to the side to speak, "Why do you say that?" He snared, slightly glaring down at her.

She gave him the side eye, realizing what she said, Judy started waving her hands panicky, "Don't get me wrong, it's not because they're two different species! Trust me, I would never think that..." Judy quickly placed her cup on the table, sitting on her knees and turning towards Nick.

"I-It's just that I think Wolfbane is sort of a jerk sometimes, but he does do good work on occasion. I don't know, I just didn't think Fangmyer would be attracted to him." Judy fell over onto Nick, hooking his arm with hers and nuzzling his bicep, "To each its own I guess, he's just not my cup of juice…"

"Oh really," Noticing the closeness, Nick tugged on his collar, the heat was increasing, and it wasn't from the alcohol. He pulled back to release his arm from Judy's grasp and repositioned it behind her back, setting his claws on her hip, and pulling her closer. "And what is your cup of juice, Carrots?"

Surprised at the action, Judy soon relaxed against Nick as his other arm wrapped around her waist,'Damnit, those thoughts are coming back...' If she was going to make a move, tonight would be the right time to do so; she wanted to make her feelings known.

Judy felt her fur crawling nervously, before she stretched over and began to walk her fingers up Nick's shirt, "Oh I don't know, a nice, clever, super handsome mammal; maybe a tall predator with sharp fangs, a long flowing tail…" Reaching the top button, Judy used his shirt to pull herself up and closer, bringing her lips near his ear and whispered, "Red fur…"

Nick felt his fur shiver, the strong scent of rum went to his brain, but the stronger scent of pheromones instantly went straight to his loins. Taking a deep breath, Nick let go of Judy's hips; reaching over and placing a paw around her thigh, pulling her into his lap and allowing him to fall back against the arm rest. Laying down, they said nothing while Nick rubbed Judy's back while she rode his breathing chest.

She continued to play with his shirt until she found his tie more appealing, Judy used one finger to pick it off his chest while her other began to squeeze a finger in between the knot. With his eyes narrowed, Nick focused on the bunny on his torso, the way she was staring at him with adoration made his heart speed up.

The pure continent on her face was adorable, how was he able to do this to her?

"Carr-Judy, I can't keep pretending that there's nothing between us, anymore…" Nick pressed his left paw against Judy's back to keep her balance on his waist while he propped himself on his right elbow, "It started from the moment we met and went on from there."

Judy focused on Nick's deepened voice as he spoke, tuning in to his every word; she especially liked watching his jaw line. Nick's sharp teeth were enough to tear her apart in a second, but Judy thought he had the sexiest smile in all of Zootopia.

A chill went up her spine that made her fur stand on end then suddenly went to her breasts, "You were always two steps ahead of me, and you kept me around until you got what you wanted; handled me like a kit on a leash…"

That was it, those gorgeous emerald eyes, that alpha scent, that low tone in his voice; she lost it.

Grasping his collar, Judy attacked Nick; she wasn't too sure if this was proper protocol for entertaining a guest, but did anyone really care at this point? Normally, Judy was able to keep her composure around Nick with no problem whatsoever, but tonight, something was different; she couldn't keep it under control.

After lowering himself back down on the armrest, Nick brought up his paws to cup Judy's cheeks. With both of her hands on the sides of his face, tongues danced in each other's mouths, the feel of his fangs was exciting. She had never done anything like this before, making out with a predator, 'What would my parents say!?'

Claws were rubbing every part of Judy's body, pulling back, she was blushing intrusively; her face was redder than when they first got started. What was wrong with her tonight? Judy clasped Nick's paw in hers, nuzzling her nose against his paw pads, "I didn't know a prey could tame a predat-"

? "We are fa-mil-ly, I got all my sistas with me!" ?

Judy rotated her ear towards the TV stand where her phone was currently ringing, she pulled back away from Nick slowly. "That's my parents…" She stated talking against his lips. Indeed, losing herself in the fantasy that was Nick, caused Judy to also use track of time; her folks made it a point to regularly call her before bed to make sure she was still safe, and alive.

Nick sighed exasperatedly, "Y-Yeah…" He dropped his limbs off the side of the couch while he rubbed his face down. Their heavy breathing settled as their minds cleared and hormones went back to their dormant level.

? "We are fa-mil-ly, I got all my sistas with me!" ?

"Sorry..." Judy slowly removed herself from Nick's torso, but a clawed hand on her thigh stopped her from continuing.

"For what?" He asked. Judy saw Nick's full torso for the first time, he really "filled out" since becoming an officer; with his slim waist and broad larger arm muscles. After recovering, Judy used his stomach to push herself off the couch, then headed for her phone.

? "We are fa-mil-ly, I got all my sistas with me!" ?

After retrieving it, she turned back to Nick and raised her finger to her lips, signaling him to be quiet, "Hi Mommy, hi Daddy!"

"Oh, Thank Goat, she answered! Hey, Jude the dude! How ya doing, we see you're still alive!"

"See Stu, I told you she's fine!"

Judy rose her hands up to her head to lay down her messy fur, it was ruffled from their amorous activities, "How are you guys doing?" She smiled nervously into the phone.

"Oh, we're fine, just making our nightly checkup phone call!" Answered Bonnie. "How was your day, hunny bunny? How do you like your new place?"

"It was…good," She began to stroll around the living room, making sure to keep Nick out of view so her parents didn't see that she had "company". Judy glanced past her parents to the sexy fox sprawled out on her couch, "Really good, I-I have the weekend off, so-"

"Oh, that reminds me, Jude; you're still coming down for your cousin Todd's birthday, right? Everyone is excited to see you!"

Judy dropped her ears, remembering that she neglected to inform her partner that she was going to be gone all next weekend at the end of the month. He appeared no more amused by this news when she glanced over her phone to see him, Nick's muzzle was facing down as he glared at Judy from across the room. She quickly turned tail and began to back away, reversing into her room, leaving Nick alone in the darkness.

After retreating to her dorm, Judy became winded again; inadvertently slammed the door when she entered, displaying a panicked look on her face.

"Judy, you okay?" Her mother asked, before her father shoved her face into the screen, "You look like you've seen a fox! Is that fox there with you? Has he tried to eat you?!"

Judy smacked her palm against her forehead, "No dad, he has not tried to eat me!" Pushing herself off the door Judy paced her floor.

Her father withdrew from the screen, taking a sigh of relief with him. Her mother took over the call, "Now we know that he's your partnerand, all but that doesn't stop us from worrying about you."

"Yes momma, I understand, but you have nothing to worry about. Nick's not like that, he's kind and sweet and gentle…" Making it to her bed, Judy spotted her stuffed present from earlier.

Picking it up, and staring at it fondly, Judy placed her fox plushie back down, "I trust him with my life…" Getting enraged at her family's old-school prodigiousness, she turned back to her folks. "In fact, I trust him so much that I invited him to come with me to Todd's birthday party!"

For a brief moment, her parents were silent, taking in what their daughter just stated indifferently, "Well of course you trust him, you're pretty much invincible with that fox taser we gave you!"

She gave up, Judy rolled her eyes before flopping backwards on her bed, "Right…" Judy held her phone above her body as they continued the conversation.

Stu held his dad bod as he chuckled loudly, "Anyway Jude, we were just checking up on ya, like we do every night! Because we're in constant fear of everything that happens to you. So, we need to make sure you didn't get ran over-"

"Or trampled…"

"Oh Heavens! That'd be even worse!" Judy sighed, flopping her arms to the side in defeat. "Anyway Jude, we'll let you go to bed now! Have a good night, love you!" In a flash, the screen went dark.

"Love you too…"

Bringing her hands up to rub her eyes aggressively, Judy growled before she rolled over to her side. After finding her "Nick" doll, which is what it's going to be called from now on, Judy held it close and huffed.

'What's wrong with me? Prey and predators aren't meant to be together… But I can't help it, I love him… Nick is the best thing that's happened to me, since the moment we met, I felt a connection.' Curling herself in a ball Judy placed her nose between the ear of her pet and inhaled, 'Thanks to my prejudice, my recorder, the pen, and the panther, I realized that we were both in the same boat. Two unique mammals trying to live above their species' stereotype, me trying to be more than a skittish bunny and him attempting to be more than a sly fox.'

Judy became enraged again, slamming her fox on her mattress, 'I why shouldn't I love him, because he's a predator?'

Thanks to his extensive knowledge of Zootopia, and his friend at the DMV, Nick helped the investigation move forward a lot faster. If it weren't for Nick, Judy would've lost her job before it got started, and as much as her parents would appreciate that; she would've been devastated! After yelling at Bogo and carrying her through the museum; they tricked Bellwether and brought the case to the proper authorities.

'No, that fox in the other room has done nothing but prove himself since the start!'

Then it hit her, Nick exuded all great qualities throughout their adventure, "Helpful, brave, loyal, and trustworthy? He was born to be a cop, and meant to be with me, as my partner and as my fox!"

"Holy cheese and crackers!"

"Oh, that reminds me, Jude; you're still coming down for your cousin Todd's birthday, right? Everyone is excited to see you!"

Judy dropped her ears, remembering that she neglected to inform her partner that she was going to be gone all next weekend at the end of the month. He appeared no more amused by this news when she glanced over her phone to see him, Nick's muzzle was facing down as he glared at Judy from across the room. She quickly turned tail and began to back away, reversing into her room, leaving Nick alone in the darkness.

"What was I thinking, I knew it was a long shot…" Nick sighed, shaking off the riled-up sensation, and shoving his hands in his face, "Based on Judy's reaction, her parents were probably in there convincing her to come back home and or to stay away from me and all other predators for the rest of her life."

Nick pushed himself off the cushion, once up he began to fix his tie and angrily stuffing a muffin in his gullet then he went for his discard drink, which to his disgust, was lukewarm now. After reluctantly swallowing, Nick grasped his phone, turned on the flashlight and searched for the remote.

'How did I think I could win a girl like Judy; I mean I don't want to "win" her, but I'm sure she's got better suitors. First bunny cop, solver of the biggest case in Zootopia and public prey activist? Oh yeah, I'm sure there's bucks kicking down her door on a regular basis…'

When the remote was found on the tv stand, the button was pressed, and the entire living room was now illuminated by the screen. 'Not only is she out of my league, but she's also out of my species, and how would that look? Ex-criminal anda predator? Yeah, not good.'

Backing up away from the TV Nick felt behind him until he felt the couch, he lifted his hind legs and plopped back in his spot, 'Despite all that, I need to tell her how I feel about her before I let her go. She deserves to know that she's more than just my "cute" partner, that I think she's the most amazing mammal I've ever met. Worst case scenario? She'll say no…'

Nick continued to flip through the channels of Judy's *DeericTV* satellite*, after flashing by several commercials, game shows and sitcoms; he happened to stop on what looked like a nature show; the opening was a horizontal pan shot of a forest.

"As the timid rabbit partakes in a blade of grass, she is innocently unaware of the looming threat upon her as a masculine fox stalks his next victim."

"Wow, I haven't seen one of these in a while…" Nick absentmindedly sat the remote down, becoming completely enthralled in this documentary.

"With his sharp canines, the vicious fox is ready to pounce, lowering himself into the grass, he lunges forward capturing the rabbit under his heavy paws. Her face displayed pure fear as all color left out of her cheeks, her chest rising and falling rapidly while she laid there helplessly."

Watching this old TV show was intriguing to Nick, reminding him of what animals were like decades ago, seeing a fellow predator following his natural instinct. Nick hopped off the couch and headed for the kitchen, opening the freezer, and collecting some ice.

"Bearing his fangs, the fox lowers his muzzle to sniff his upcoming dinner. As the fox examines his meal, he notices a particular smell wafting from the rabbit; a sort of pheromone she released at the first sign of danger."

"Er?" Nick's ear twisted towards the living room after hearing the gesture, he tilted his head out the entrance after dropping three cubes in his cup.

"Intrigued by the scent, the fox continues to investigate, sniffing different areas of the rabbit, and taking in her scent. The fox nipped at her neck, before he traveled down under her arms, past her chest, over her breasts and finally down her belly before landing near her core…"

"Core?" Nick made it back into the living room, slowly sitting back on the couch again, he raised his eyebrow as he placed the drink down and focused on the screen.

"Pinned and vulnerable, the bunny accepts her fate and surrenders to the fox, allowing him to lick his muzzle before he partakes in the rabbit's dripping center. Tasting her sweet nectar causes the fox to become entranced, lapping up every drop of juice her bunny crevasse had to offer…"

The alcohol that Nick had in his mouth was instantly expunged in an astonished spit-take.

"Holy cheese and crackers!"

BAM

Within an instant, Judy tucked and rolled herself into the living room, posing with her tranquilizer gun at the ready. Judy's head zigzagged scanning the area for trouble, "What's wrong?! What happened?! What-"

"Aaah!"

Judy's wide eyes landed on the sight of a rather busty rabbit getting licked on by a brown fox, and by the looks of it, he was enjoying himself as well.

"The helpless bunny completely submits herself to the dangerous fox, stretching out her limbs to further expose her sex as she awaits to be devoured. However, the feral predator seems to have other things on his mind as he begins to extend his tongue inside the frightened prey."

"Nicholas Piberius Wilde! What the lima bean soup do you have on my television?!" Judy sprung off her knee, discarded her tranquilizer and scrambled over her coffee table to reach the perv-ator, "Gimme that remote, you pervert!"

He leapt backwards just out of the way, "Whoa! I didn't do anything!" Dodging out of the constant swiping of Judy's tiny nails, Nick hopped on the couch, "I found it by accident! Junior Scout's honor!" Holding up his swearing salute.

Judy halted for a second, "Oh yeah right! How much did this cost me to put this smut on?!" Using the table Judy leapt over it and got a hold of Nick's shirt.
