Chapter 9 – The student council
"Hmm! Hmmm! Hmmm!" a girl was humming to herself as she was walking through the school halls
This girl was Shinobu Kocho. She was one of the most known students at the academy, and also part of the student council. Today, she was on her way to yet another meeting with the other council members.
As she reached the door, she checked her papers again and made sure she hasn't forgotten anything.
"Alright, looks good to me! Time for another productive day!" she said with a smile and was about to open the door

"YOU BASTAAAAAAAAAAARD! DIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"
"AAAAAAAAAAAAARGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
"…" Shinobu didn't say anything as she heard screams coming from the room
"…or not." she added and opened the door
Right after opening the door, Shinobu immediately saw who caused this scene.
"YOU'RE DEAD!"
"STOP! ARGH! STOP! IT WAS A JOKE! A JOKE! ARGHH!"
A boy was screaming as he was covering his head with his hands, while a girl beat him with a book. The two were Zenitsu Agatsuma and Aoi Kanzaki, both members of the student council.
Seeing the fight, Shinobu spoke up.
"Hello! Looks like you two are having fun! But could you please explain to me how this happened? I am really curious!" Shinobu said with a smile
"DIIIIIIIIEEEE!" Aoi screamed louder and hit him harder with her book
"ARRRGRGHHHH!" Zenitsu screamed even more
Not getting a response from neither of the two, Shinobu faced the other remaining member, who was currently sitting at a table reading a book, ignoring the two.
"Kanao! My cute friend! What happened here?" Shinobu asked
Kanao looked at Shinobu and replied in a plain tone.
"That guy said something stupid and Aoi got mad." Kanao explained and looked back at her book
"Ahhhh…" Shinobu replied and looked at the two
Aoi was hitting Zenitsu as hard as she could, without any hints of stopping. If he were to die here, then it would be bad, because then they would need to take care of the body somehow, Shinobu thought.
"Aoi! Please stop! Let's talk this out! You know how hard it is to take care of bodies during the day, right?" Shinobu said with a smile
Hearing her, Aoi finally stopped and faced Shinobu, with anger in her eyes.
"YOU KNOW WHAT THIS BASTARD SAID?!" she yelled and pointed at him
"IT WAS A JOKE! CALM DOWN!" Zenitsu replied as he slowly got up
Hearing the two, Shinobu faced Zenitsu.
"What did you say?" she asked
"SAY IT. I DARE YOU…" said Aoi as she was standing behind Shinobu
"Well, I said… w-well… hehehe…" Zenitsu laughed awkwardly and looked away
"Say it! I want to laugh too!" Shinobu replied
"W-Well… I was talking with Aoi and I made a joke… hehehe… and it was something like this… Hey Aoi, why are guys looking deep into your eyes? Because your chest is flat, where else would they look? Hehe…" Zenitsu explained

"…" Shinobu didn't say anything and just tried to process his words
"THAT BASTARD MADE FUN OUT OF MY CHEST. HE NEEDS TO DIE." Aoi said with a murderous expression
"ARGH!" Zenitsu panicked again as he saw her expression
"Wait!" Shinobu said and stopped Aoi
"What are you doing?! He needs to die!" Aoi protested
"My friend! Listen to me!" Shinobu replied as she put her hands on Aoi's shoulders
"I am completely on your side…" said Shinobu
"ARGH!" Zenitsu screamed again as he heard that
"BUT! Listen here…" Shinobu added
"Making fun out of the chest size of a girl is a grave sin that deserves the worst possible punishment there is… but... there is something else that is also important…" Shinobu explained
"S-Senpai…?" Aoi murmured as she was looking Shinobu in the eyes
"You also need to forgive… Forgiveness is an important part of being a member of the student council… you know?" Shinobu continued
"…" Aoi didn't say anything
"So please, forgive him and let's continue with our work!" Shinobu said with a smile

"A-Alright… I will do that… because I am a member of the student council… and we need to forgive others…" Aoi replied
"Yay! And please, don't take any of the flat chest jokes seriously! You're beautiful the way you are, and I am sure that one day, you will have a beautiful big chest, just like me!" Shinobu added, to which Aoi smiled

"WHAT." Shinobu's head turned around as she heard a giggle coming from behind her
"N-Nothing…" Zenitsu replied
"No, what is it? Why did you giggle?" Shinobu asked
"N-Nothing! I just thought that it was funny." Zenitsu replied again
"What was funny?" Shinobu asked again
"Well… a big beautiful chest like you? Well, you're a bit bigger, that's true. But when you have your PE clothes on, we can see that your chest is just slightly bigger than hers."
"BLINK* BLINK*" Shinobu blinked
"And even with that, I would also categorize you as a flat chest, so I find it funny coming from you." Zenitsu explained

"I changed my mind. People like him doesn't deserve to live." Shinobu said with a smile as she faced Aoi again
"No mercy." Aoi replied
"ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Zenitsu screamed again as his fate was sealed
