As Sarah came around she looked up coming out of her hazy sate to see that, Luke Rani and Clyde as she knew them standing over her, only for it to fade as they became them as she knew them currently. Helping her up she stood up and Sky latched to her leg.
"I'm sorry." she said profusely.
"Sky what's the matter?" she asked.
"You where caught in a state of, whimsy by the patches."
"No doubt brought on by the mist." butted in Luke. "Most likely making everyone more settable to take one of the patches."
"We should really get moving." Insisted Rani.
"Yes we should." agreed Sarah Jane.
"K-9." Screeched Sky, as she hugged the dog.
"K-9 you made it." sighed Sarah Jane in relief, I never thought you would have gotten here." she smiled softly."
"I found a route Mistress."
"Come on." said Sky "Were almost at the space station."
So the seven of them set off and left towards the Emerald Space Station.
Leaving the city behind they came towards a large circular lift and they got in and it took them up, soon they where let in to a compression chamber. As they stepped in the they locked in as the lift when down and air become more clear as the red mist was flushed out. Then on the other end of the chamber an Ood dressed in green popped in to view with a green background as the door opened showing another glass door leading in to the space station.
Picking up the ball the Ood spoke "How may I help you."
"We wish to enter the city the see the Doctor of Oz." said Sarah Jane.
"I'm sorry, I am unable to comply with your request." replied the the Ood.
"Why not?" asked Sarah Jane.
"I can not comply with your wishes."
"What if we told you we had good reasons to speak to the Doctor." added Luke.
The Ood was quite "What news do you have?"
"We wish to be rid of what he has given us!" blurted Clyde.
"Please just let them in." begged Rani.
Another Ood approached and spoke to the first, then the first moved back to the others.
"The Doctor Himself wishes to see you." said the Ood.
The door slid open and they where allowed to enter the space station, the wall's where all hexagons bathed in light green hue.
"Please follow me." said the Ood.
The Ood led them down the halls leading them past strange figures and aliens. As they moved though they passed though many strange rooms, some had large panels in the centre, others had a complete shift in architecture and design.
As they moved through the city they where all caught of guard by strange circle language they could not understand. And as they rounded a bend they came to a stop out side another door, the Ood stopped and turned to the others.
"Only one of you can see the Doctor of Oz at a time." said the Ood.
"I shall go first." said Clyde.
"Why should you, I should go first." argued Luke.
"Stop arguing." said Rani "I should go first."
"STOP THIS!" shouted Sarah Jane "Your acting like children, what makes you think the Doctor of Oz will even try to undo what he did. He gave you a gift stop treating it like anything else."
"You." said the Ood, picking out choosing Sarah Jane "No others are allowed to join you."
"I will stay here Mistress." said K-9.
"I'm not leaving you." insisted Sky.
"You aren't allowed in." said Sarah Jane.
The door opened up and Ood took her to one side and they stepped in to a small closed of hall, as the door closed behind them and another in front of them opened up in to a large throne like room.
Glowed in green the room seemed to be made of a great green stone as a large computer sat in the centre. The main shape held a strong resemblance to Mr Smith, and the screen held a similar blur of colours that bounced around on the screen. The Ood left to the corner as the screen changed to hold an image of the 11th doctor on screen.
"Doctor." burst out Sarah Jane.
"Doctor, who?" Asked Oz.
"Sorry, I thought you where someone else."
"So who are you then?"
"Sarah Jane Smith."
"What has brought you here before me?" Oz asked looking down at her.
"My house was torn away by a Time Vortex and I wish to return home, with."
"Does this extend to these two?"
The screen changed to images of Sky and K-9 form security surveillance.
"Why are you watching them!" shouted Sarah Jane "Don't you dare harm them."
"I have no intent of harming them. But I also have no intent of sending you home."
"Why won't you help me."
"Only if you should help me first. I need you help in stopping the Master, far away in the west. Ounce you return having defeated the master I will grant you want you wish."
"What? You can't do this."
The Ood came over and began to try and pull her away, Sarah Jane shouted and cried as she was plucked away form the room and forced though the two doors and out of the room.
"You are to go next." said the Ood taking over Luke.
Sarah Jane was left to talk to the others as Luke was dragged before Oz.
Looking at the large monitor a new doctor had taken the last one's place know being the tenth doctor.
"What is it you want, I have already gifted you an exquisite brain power, far beyond any human."
"And I want you to take it away, and make me a mindless husk ounce more."
"Well, what are you willing to do for no brain."
"I came here isn't that enough."
"No. Come back when you have dealt with the Master."
"He's a time Lord, do you know how hard it is to kill one of them."
"Then I guess you don't want tot be rid of your intelligence."
"Fine."
Luke left batting away the Ood as he departed. Rejoining the other's he was confused and was filled in as Rani was taken away by the Ood in to the room. This time the Doctor's face had ounce again changed, this time it was the fourth Doctor.
"No." said Rani "I can't do what you asked of Sarah Jane."
"Not even for the loss of your heart? That's why you're here, no."
"It didn't start that way but yes, would you."
"Yes, but you already know what I'd ask for it in exchange."
"Then this conversation is over."
Leaving Rani was joined by the Ood as they came out, and Clyde was more then egger to enter the other room, that he left the Ood behind as he stepped in the door closed behind him. Stepping in he was welcomed by the face of the Third Doctor.
"I welcome your challenge to fight a time Lord, it will a great fight in combat. And you will be rid of me this fake courage."
"I will honour all deal made here today, I can promise you that."
"Sontar-ha." chanted Clyde as he left.
Ounce they had re grouped they where left to find their way back to the city to discuss what their next move should be.
"I can't condom, killing anyone." said Rani.
"The Master, is not someone I would want to let live, not after trying to steel Sky." said Sarah Jane.
"Tacking a Time Lord in combat, will be a sure way to secure victory."
"And it's the only way any us will be getting what we want." added Luke.
"Then it seems like we will have to find a way to stop the master."
"But they're not the master nay more." said Sky "They regenerated in to a women."
"A more feeble form." said Clyde "This will make for an easy victory."
And so they came back to the glass door, which had the metal one both where closed, opening them up, they stepped in side, being shut in as the door to the lift opened and more red mist wafted in. Taking the lift down they entered the city and where hard pressed to avoid the patches before finding the door and leaving.
Stepping out in to fresh air they where stumped as what way they should head.
"The Doctor said we can find the master east." said Sarah Jane.
"West is this way." said Rani, leading them away form the city following what was left of the river.
As they ventured west the, land around them soon turned sour, as it became more rocky. The very plant seemed dead, trees rotted and rocks where cracked, the land was suffering, and it was a great and stark difference to the more vibrant parts of the planet. There was a single cut path though the land that they followed, leading ever onwards in to the west lands.
And far away in the west Missy sat looking out form her chard brick castle she looked over her spy drone's feed as a set of bronze Dalek's sat around her accompanied by a white Dalek and Blue one as well, which sported a claw and no weapon.
"It seems my little pepper pots that we have some unwanted quests." said Missy watching the view feed. "What do you think we should do Salt?" she looked over at the White Dalek.
"I am the Supreme DALEK!" it screamed. "I do not take orders."
Missy stood up and zapped it with the laser screwdriver, letting it wale in pain.
"I have all your biological d.n.a on this screwdriver. Know I have three free uses of you before it runs out, so don't test me."
Coming back around the Supreme Dalek turned to the blue Dalek.
"Strategist, what is the best formation of attack to exterminate the intruders."
"The eternal is not yet active, and threat is minimal. No drones required send out the Toclafane." the Strategist Dalek explained.
Missy laughed as she became excited and looked out the window as the Toclafane flew out of the castle and out upon the dying lands.
As the party was making their journey they where passing though a dead forest.
"Why can't you see that these gifts the Doctor has given you, made you who you are." insisted Sarah Jane.
"Why can't you see it makes us outcasts." said Luke.
"My people will shun me, for my false hoods." chimed in Clyde.
"And force upon me more suffering." finished Rani.
"Don't worry, they see it in them selves." smiled Sky.
They all carried along the way K-9 falling behind as he had his slow trail along the path, when a set of red beams came crashing down on them. Some hit the ground and some hit Sarah Jane but the device kicked in and kept her safe.
"In coming." called K-9 brining up the rear.
Rani began to open fire as she shot in to the sky, Clyde seemed almost excited as he let his blaster let loss in to the sky. Luke used his stun rod to shock the ones that came close and shut down their systems using one arm and shot with the other.
"What are those?" Fared Sky.
"Toclafane." Remembered Sarah Jane.
The remainders that where her memoires of the invasion, as they came down and attacked and killed so many, including Clyde's mum and Maria's dad. Having to live in fear and care for so many…before it was all gone.
Sky clung to Sarah Jane and she gripped her tight as the Toclafane flew over head, the attacks came in and others formed a circle around them. Red bolts seemed ill effective as the attacks where being met with an equal force, so the Toclafane came sweeping in with their blades making them even more of an equal targets. Soon enough the last of the Toclafane fell leading to the balls laying on the floor surrounding them at their feet.
Missy seeing it unfold pouted and slapped the side of the chair she set in pouting before leaning over to the Supreme Dalek.
"Salt do something, or I will." insisted Missy giving a brief buzz with the laser. "Strategist, report."
"Error in the expectation of the intruders capabilities." replied the Strategist.
Brining up visual screen, a Orange Dalek, who also has a claw instead of a gun attachment.
"Scientist report." demanded the Supreme Dalek.
"Eternal is nearing completion, drones are ready for departure."
The screen closed and the Supreme turned to the Strategist.
"Order to all Dalek's." said the Strategist as they activated the comms "EXTERMINATE the intruders."
The word soon echoed all around and the bronze Dalek's began to leave the castle as they took to the sky.
