Biography:

Eras ago, even before Gilgamesh roamed the Earth with his heroic deeds, the Kingdom of the Moon and the Kingdom of Earth were at peace with each other. The Prince of Earth, Endymion, fell in love with the lovable Princess of the Moon, Serenity. Yet, Beryl, an Earth inhabitant infatuated with Endymion, led the people of Earth into a war against the Moon, through deception and misdirection. Endymion was killed by her, and in anguish, Serenity took her own life.

Thousands of years later, Endymion was reborn as a young man in Tokyo, Japan. Looking for something he could not quite explain after losing most of his memory in a car crash that took the lives of his parents, he became a dashing gentleman thief, the masked Tuxedo Kamen, and learned of a mystical object called a Silver Imperium Crystal that caught his attention. He met the newbie superheroine Sailor Moon and fell in love with her. After being caught by the reborn Beryl, he learned Sailor Moon was Tsukino Usagi, the reincarnation of Princess Serenity.

After defeating Beryl, Tuxedo Kamen helped the Sailor Senshi against alien Fiore, the Wise Man, the Death Busters, Princess Kaguya, the Dead Moon Circus and Sailor Galaxia. He eventually married Usagi, and they would be reborn again in a distant future to create Crystal Tokyo, but it was destroyed by the incineration of human history.

Class Skills:

Magic Resistance: B

Archer is remarkably apt against spellcraft from the Age of Gods, as his original life took place before most modern gods were created. However, he lacks fortitude against mental control magic, and he was a frequent victim of it.

Independent Action: B

The ability to act independently for a period even if magical energy supply from the Master is severed. At B rank, even if she loses his Master he is able to stay materialized for a period of two and a half to three days, aided by his connection to Earth itself.

Personal Skills:

Swordmanship: A

Archer's cane can deploy a sharp blade from it, and he can use it as a sword. He has studied fencing abroad and has residual knowledge of his training as a royal swordsman in his life as Endymion. While he lacks the physical power to match and doesn't qualify as a Saber Heroic Spirit, he is very skilled.

If disarmed, he can resort to a quick fleeted self developed style of jabbing and boxing. He is practically useless at attacking with kicks, unlike most of the Sailor Senshi.

Knight Guardian: B

Archer's performance improves greatly when he is aiding or protecting young ladies. The more of them there are to protect, the more effective he becomes.

He excels at protecting others from the shadows, and once he is seen he loses effectiveness in face to face conflagrations.

His favorite attack involves throwing special roses at the enemy. While harmless looking, the roses can shatter stone and pierce through metal, and as throwing weapons, they qualify him as an Archer Servant. Truly, the Archer class is made of Archers.

Psychometry: C

The power to receive visions upon physical contact, sometimes involuntarily. By touching a person or an object, Archer might occasionally receive information about them, or about items or individuals they have been associated with, or its origins. It can work more easily with objects, but when it works on a living being, it grants Archer bits of visions or knowledge of their history or memories.

Noble Phantasm:

Tuxedo La Smoking Bomber: C

Anti-Unit.

Archer starts this attack by imbuing his cane with glowing white energy and then throwing it at his foe. If it hits, Archer will then summon a circle of red roses and flung it at his target with a wave of his hand. It will break apart and bind Archer's target in place, in a way reminiscent of Gilgamesh's Enkidu, but rather weaker. Both might be related in some fashion.

Archer then brings his hands together and sends a blast of energy, fired from his palms. It was most often a deadly attack, reserved for youma and other demons. As a Servant Archer has no issues using it on other Servants and monsters. It cannot be called a chi attack, it hails from a different kind of energy within Archer.

He first used it as a voice inside him instructed him to do it. This voice may have been King Endymion, Archer's future self in Crystal Tokyo, instructing him to make his future possible and save his wife and daughter.

Summon: "Look! Up here! Are you my Master? Fear not, stand strong! I have arrived to lend you my strength! Tuxedo Kamen, Protector of Love! Ah, nuts. It's Servant Archer now. I guess I am rusty. I hadn't done this in a while."
