Gohan sighed in happiness as the school day finally ended. He also turned in his paperwork to the school for his absence. Said paperwork would let him not attend school for a while due to the 25th Tenkaichi Budōkai (25th Tenkaichi Division Meeting) Tournament. Though, he would be more grateful if a certain short, black haired girl by the name of Videl would stop following him around. He trains with her one time, and she stalks him at school. Right now, Gohan could feel Videl around the corner as he placed important books into his backpack from his locker. He was about to place one more book in his bag before a familiar ringing tone came from the side of his backpack. Smiling happily, Gohan took out his cell phone and answered. "Hey, Usa-koi," said Gohan.

"Kon'nichiwa, Go-koi," said a female voice, "Just wondering if you are still meeting me at Crown today. Motoki- said that he has a new menu for us to try out!"

"I was just getting my last workbook when you called me," said Gohan.

"So, when can I expect you," questioned the female voice.

"Soon, Usa-koi," said Gohan.

"Okay," said the female voice, "I'll let Motoki- know that you'll be arriving soon. Aishiteru, Go-koi!"

"Aishiteru, Usa-koi," said Gohan before hanging up.

"Who was that," questioned Videl as she appeared behind Gohan.

Gohan mentally flinched at the abrupt appearance of Videl. Sure, he was on the phone, but Videl listening in on said phone call made Gohan a bit nervous, yet angry. It was a phone call that had nothing to do with Videl anyways. So, without turning around, Gohan took the last of his books out of his locker before slamming said locker with a bit of force into it. He was sick of Videl following him around and blackmailing him to be exposed as The Great Saiyaman, one of the heroes around Satan City. Glaring slightly at Videl, Gohan ignored Videl as he walked out of the school, Videl following. "Gohan," said Videl, "Who was that?"

"That person is none of your business, Videl," said Gohan.

"Does your mom even know that person you call koi," questioned Videl with some disgust.

"I said, none of your business," said Gohan.

"You should bring her to the tournament," said Videl smirked, "I'm sure your mom would want to know about her."

Gohan sighed as he just flew away from Videl at the speed of light. Videl already knew about Gohan's ability to fly, so flying away from Videl wasn't much of a secret. Gohan was just glad that he could finally go to Jūban and hang out with his much secret girlfriend… Usagi.

- Nighttime –

"Gohan," said a female with her black hair in a tight bun.

"Konbanwa (Good evening), kāsan," said Gohan.

When his date with Usagi was done, Gohan finally felt his tension from everything Videl did to him wash away. Usagi could always make him smile and leave all his troubles behind. It was also a good date because Motoki, the owner of Crown Arcade, Café, and Karaoke, gave Usagi and him his new menu dessert: Sakura mochi (cherry blossom rice cakes). From there, Usagi and Gohan went on a relaxing walk around Jūban Park and talked about what was going on with their lives. Gohan was a bit apprehensive when Usagi told him about a new enemy of hers appearing in a form of mirror monsters, especially when those monsters took on the forms of her former enemies. Usagi, however, reassured him that she would call him before heading out to fight, just so he can swoop down and save her if she or the other Senshi couldn't handle one of them. Now, Gohan was home with his mother, Chichi, and his little brother, Goten, dinner since passed. "Had a good afternoon, Gohan," questioned Chichi.

"Hai," said Gohan with a questioning tone.

"I'm glad you did," said Chichi, "However, I have just gotten off the phone with Videl and she told me a funny thing. She said that you were dating someone that the family has NOT met yet."

'Videl,' growled Gohan inwardly.

"I'm sure she was wrong," said Chichi, "However, you also missed dinner, so that had me thinking that Videl was right that you were out on a date."

"Hai," sighed out Gohan, "Gomen for not telling you, demo you don't have to worry, kāsan. I know she'll be the one for me."

"Hm," hummed Chichi, "You really like this girl?"

"Hai," said Gohan with a soft smile on his face.

"Alright," said Chichi, "I'll allow you to date IF…"

"If," questioned Gohan.

"IF," said Chichi, "You bring her to the tournament to meet your family properly."

"Demo," started Gohan.

"No buts," said Chichi, "Either that or you do not date her anymore until you graduate! You know how I want you to focus on your schoolwork!"

Gohan just nodded, shoulders slumped. Of course, his mother was more focused on his school work. However, he was always focused on his work, him tutoring said girlfriend with HER homework so that the two had more time together. Usagi sometimes complained about it, but once she got a score that was higher than what she would usually get, Usagi would hug Gohan in thanks and ask him to help her even more. He sometimes also suspected Usagi had some sort of deficiency, but because her parents never tested her for it, Gohan would get more creative in helping his girlfriend. Walking away from his mom, Gohan went into his bedroom and closed the door before pulling out his phone to make a call. "Moshi moshi," said a female voice.

"Usagi-koi," said Gohan.

"Gohan-koi," said Usagi with happiness, "I'm surprised that you are calling me. Didn't we already finish a date moments ago?"

"Hai," said Gohan, "Demo, you remember the girl who's blackmailing me into training her? Videl?"

"Hai," said Usagi who puffed her cheeks out, "What about it?"

"She told kāsan about me dating you," confessed Gohan, "And, kāsan said that if I want to continue dating you, I have to bring you to the tournament I'll be entering in and meet my family, extended family included."

"That," growled Usagi who didn't like to curse, "I'm also surprised that your kāsan said that to you. Doesn't she want you to be happy?"

"I think she's more focused on me getting a better job than what tōsan does," said Gohan with a sweatdrop, "Yet, I want to still date you. Aishiteru, Usa-koi."

"Aishiteru, Go-koi," said Usagi, "And don't worry. I'll go to meet your family. Besides, dating you for months without your family knowing is a bit cruel, don't you think?"

"You don't know kāsan like I do," said Gohan, "Demo, I'm sure you are right. After all, our parents are equally overprotective of us, your tōsan and my kāsan much more so."

"I'll see you at the tournament, koi," said Usagi, "After all, I can't be your distraction when you are training."

"See you at the tournament," said Gohan, "Want me to pick you up?"

"Hai," said Usagi in happiness, "I love it when you take me flying!"

"Then, see you," said Gohan with a smile, "Aishiteru."

"Aishiteru," said Usagi before both hung up.

- A Month Later –

It had been another month of training for Gohan. He was anxiously excited for the tournament because today would be the day his tōsan, Son Goku, would come back for said tournament. Another reason was because today would be the day everyone would get to meet Gohan's girlfriend, Usagi. Though, he did thought about how his parents would react to Usagi before dismissing said thought. Gohan, Goten, their grandfather, the Ox King, and Chichi arrived at the tournament's entrance where Goten ran towards his best friend, Trunks, and started to play fight with him. Gohan then flew away when his mother was talking to Trunks' mother, Bulma, his grandfather and Bulma's husband, Vegeta, watching him fly away. Arriving in front of Usagi's house, Gohan knocked on the door, only for Usagi's mother, Ikuko, to answer the door. "Gohan," exclaimed a happy Ikuko.

"Kon'nichiwa," said Gohan politely, "I'm here to take Usagi out."

"Usagi explained it to me that you'll finally be telling your parents about her," said Ikuko with a raised eyebrow, "It's about time."

"Gomen," said Gohan sheepishly, "Demo, you know how kāsan is."

"Don't I know it," said Ikuko with a laugh, "Why don't you come in while I get Usagi."

"Arigatō," said Gohan.

Gohan came into the house, but just stood at the doorway. He was anxious about getting back because he knew that his mom would yell at him for flying off. His mind, however, went blank when he saw Usagi wearing a silver gi top and fitted black pants similar to his own. Her hair was not in her usual odango style, as they would call it. Instead, Usagi's hair was in a high ponytail that was braided all the way down. She was also wearing the necklace he bought for her with his saved up allowance. "How do I look," said Usagi who twirled a bit.

"You look." started Gohan, "Wow!"

"You like," questioned Usagi with a blush.

"Mhm," hummed Gohan, "Demo, why the gi?"

"I want to try for the tournament as well," said Usagi, "I want to see how far I have came with your training and Senshi fighting."

"You don't have to do that, Usa-koi," said Gohan worriedly.

"I want to," said Usagi, "You have more power than I have, demo I want to know that I have grown in strength to stand beside you like you do with me."

Gohan nodded his head before giving a small chaste kiss to her lips. He knew that some of this was coming from Usagi's insecurities after her Senshi sometimes nitpicking her behavior. He was glad that he reconnected with Usagi during his high school year and started to date her. Usagi had a really beautiful and pure soul that Gohan couldn't help but be drawn to. Giving Ikuko farewell with a promise to protect Usagi, Gohan lifted Usagi bridal style before taking off to the sky.

- Back At The Tournament –

"Gohan gets this from you, Goku," yelled out Chichi.

When Gohan left to pick up Usagi, the rest of Gohan's extended family arrived: the green skinned Namekian Piccolo, the old bald martial arts' master Master Roshi, the fully grown back black haired Krillin, Krillin's wife Jūhachi-Gō, Krillin's little daughter Marron, the blue flying cat Puar, a spikier hairstyled black haired Yamcha, and the pig Oolong. Gohan also missed the arrival of his father, Goku, as Goku appeared behind everyone with an old woman sitting on a crystal ball, Fortuneteller Baba. However, when Goku asked where Gohan was, Chichi went off on Goku. "What do you mean, Chichi," questioned Goku.

"He just took off after dropping us off with Trunks and his family," said Goten.

"Was it an attack," questioned Goku.

"I think," said the Ox King, "That he promised to bring his girlfriend to the tournament."

"Girlfriend," exclaimed everyone, besides Piccolo and Vegeta.

"Well," said the Ox King, "Chichi didn't want Gohan to date, demo Gohan found a girl for himself. Chichi said that if he was true about his feelings, she and the family will get to meet her today."

"Chichi," sighed Goku with a look.

"A mother should know who her little boy is dating," sniffed Chichi, "What if this girl was just for him for his looks and not his personality?"

Everyone sighed as Chichi started to rant about how this girl wasn't good enough for her Gohan. Goku blinked as he felt Gohan's ki and another's coming towards them. He looked up to see Gohan with an arm full of a golden-blonde haired girl wearing a gi as well. Once Gohan landed, Goku couldn't help but feel as though he has already met his son's girlfriend. The others also felt Gohan land before turning around to see Gohan gently placing his girl on the ground. They could tell that this girl was very beautiful as Gohan kissed his girl's forehead before turning her around, letting Goku gasp inwardly in surprise. He recognized those crystal blue eyes anywhere. "Usagi-chan," exclaimed Goku with a huge smile on his face.

"Eh," questioned the others.

"Goku," growled Chichi, "You KNOW Gohan's girlfriend already?!"

"Well, hai," said Goku, "I'm surprised that you don't recognize her either."

"Huh," questioned Chichi in confusion.

"Remember that little girl we used to watch over," said Goku with gentle hints.

"Of course," said Chichi, "Though, I don't know why you would bring it up at a time like this!"

"Remember her name," questioned Goku while the Ox King gaped in recognition.

"Hai," said Chichi confused, "Her name was Usa…"

It was then that Chichi froze on the little girl's name as she studied the young teenage girl with her Gohan's arms wrapped around the girl's waist lovingly. Chichi studied the girl as she imagined the little girl she used to watch. Both had the same lovely golden-blonde hair, yet the little girl's was up in a unique hairstyle while the teen's was in a very long braid. It wasn't long that Chichi looked into crystal blue eyes that everything clicked into place. The imagined little girl went away as those same crystal blue eyes stared nervously at Chichi. Chichi could also see Gohan squeezing the girl slightly in comfort, his black eyes never leaving his mother's. "Gohan," said Chichi slowly, "Is this who I think it is?"

"Hai," said Gohan with a soft smile, "Kāsan, meet my girlfriend, Tsukino Usagi."

"It's nice to see you again, Chichi-san," said Usagi who bowed slightly.

"Oh, Usagi," cried out Chichi who pushed Gohan away by force before engulfing the girl in her arms, "Look how much you have grown! So beautiful and PERFECT for my little Gohan!"

"That's not what she said before you arrived," whispered Krillin with Yamcha nodding in agreement.

"Shut it, you," growled Chichi with a deadly glare to the two.

"Gomen," said the two who were cowed by Chichi.

"Anyways," said Chichi who turned her glare to Gohan, "Why didn't you just say you were dating Usagi?!"

"Uh," said Gohan, "I wasn't ready for you to know."

"Why wouldn't you," questioned Chichi.

"Think, Chichi," said Goku who made Chichi let go of Usagi, "You are always off on Gohan's studying. I know that you want what's best for Gohan, demo Gohan also needs to be independent as well. He knows what he's doing, especially if he's now dating Usagi-chan."

"I guess," said Chichi, "Though, please explain to me why Usagi-chan is dressed up in a gi."

"I am entering the tournament," said Usagi with a bright smile on her face.

"NANI," exclaimed everyone besides Gohan.

'So much for this meeting,' thought Gohan who was hugging Usagi from behind once more, 'We didn't even get to introduce the others!'
