After

As Hermione stirred beside him, Harry couldn't help but smile. The events leading up to their wedding had been a whirlwind of excitement and emotions, and now, finally, they had the chance to escape and savor their newlywed bliss.

Hermione stretched beside him, her eyes fluttering open to meet Harry's loving gaze. "Good morning, husband," she whispered with a smile, emphasizing the word 'husband' with a playful tone.

"Good morning, wife," Harry replied, leaning in to place a gentle kiss on her lips. They lingered in that kiss for a while, relishing the feeling of being husband and wife, of the promise they had made to each other.

Hermione looked at Harry, a slight blush as she recalled the evening they had. He instantly knew what she was remembering.

The pair had opted to spend their wedding night in the comfort of their own flat. Greyson had been whisked away by the Weasleys so the 2 were alone for the first time in 6 months.

In the dimly lit bedroom, lit only by the flickering candlelight, Harry Potter and Hermione Potter lay in bed, intertwined in each other's arms. Hermione's body was soft and warm against his, her breasts pressing firmly against his chest as she whispered sweet nothings into his ear. He could feel her desire radiating through her skin, causing his heart to race even faster than it already was.

The intensity of their passionate connection made the air around them almost tangible, as if it were filled with electricity waiting to be released. Her hand caressed his cheek, her thumb tracing circles around his lips, teasing him further. His gaze locked onto hers, reflecting the unspoken desire simmering beneath the surface.

She pulled him closer, grinding herself against him until their desires merged. Each touch, each breath, was an exquisite torment.

The world outside seemed to have disappeared, replaced by the intimate dance of desire. Hermione gasped as Harry's fingers brushed her most sensitive spot, making her whole body tremble with pleasure. With a low groan, she threw her head back, her dark locks cascading over her shoulders, as her body arched upwards, seeking more.

"This, you and I forever." She moaned in his ear.

Harry, overcome with lust, felt his own need growing exponentially. He couldn't help but think how lucky he was to have found someone who could ignite such feelings within him.

They moved together, their bodies intertwining and entwining, creating a symphony of flesh on flesh. Harry's hands explored every curve and valley of Hermione's body, reveling in the softness of her skin. Her own hands followed suit, leaving trails of delightful sensations behind. Every touch brought forth gasps of pleasure, their passion reaching a fever pitch.

Hermione's hands roamed expertly across Harry's chest, feeling the play of muscles beneath his shirt.

His scent filled her nostrils, a mixture of masculinity and power that intoxicated her. The room grew hotter, sweat beading on their brows as they continued their tantalizing dance.

"Harry," she whispered breathlessly, "I want you." Her voice was a husky murmur, sending waves of arousal coursing through him.

He growled, "Anything you desire, my lady," as he grasped her hips and positioned himself at her entrance…

After a leisurely breakfast of fresh pastries and hot tea, they decided to return to the burrow to get their son. Hermione had spent most of breakfast panicking over his well being.

Harry wrapped his arm around her, pulling her close. "Molly's fantastic with him, Hermione. She raised 7 kids, remember? Greyson will be in good hands."

Hermione nodded, still concerned. "I know, but I can't help but worry. He's so young."

Harry planted a reassuring kiss on her forehead. "He's our son, Hermione. And we'll always put his well-being first. Molly loves him just as much as we do. I promise he is content"

Hermione smiled, finding comfort in Harry's words and hand and hand the pair apparate to the Burrow.

As usual The burrow is busting with commotion. Everyone seems to be there.

George couldn't resist a playful jab as he greeted Harry and Hermione the morning after their wedding. "Back so soon, lovebirds? Didn't even give the honeymoon a proper go?"

Harry laughed, shaking his head. "Well, you know, we couldn't stay away from our little troublemaker for too long."

"Really? I figured by the time you were back Hermione would be giant with baby number two." George laughed earning a glare from Hermione.

As if on cue Molly entered the living room holding a happy little Greyson.

"Oh my sweet Grey!.' Hermione chirped, taking her baby into her arms.

"Was he any trouble for you?" Harry asked as he ruffled his sins hair.

"Oh he was a cherub, that little boy. Only woke up one time in the night." Molly said happily.

"If only he did that for us…" Harry groaned under his breath.

"So where will you two love birds be off to for your honeymoon?" Molly asked while fonding over the baby in Hermione's arms.

"You know," Hermione said with a dreamy look in her eyes, "I've always wanted to go skiing in the French Alps with Harry. It's something I've loved since I was a child."

Harry smiled, captivated by her enthusiasm. "That sounds amazing, Hermione. I'd love to make that dream come true for you."

Hermione's excitement dimmed slightly as she added, "But what about Greyson? We can't just leave him behind for that long. One night was long enough."

Molly let out an impatient scoff, ""You know, dears, I'd be more than happy to look after Grey for the week while you're away. I've raised seven children of my own, after all."

Hermione looked torn, her maternal instincts kicking in. "I know, Molly, and I trust you completely, but he's so young. What if something happens?"

Harry gently took her hand, reassuring her. "Hermione, we can't let our worries hold us back from enjoying our honeymoon. Greyson will be in the best possible hands with Molly. And besides, it'll be good for us to have some time alone together."

Hermione hesitated for a moment, then nodded slowly. "You're right, Harry. It's just hard to leave him for so long."

Molly smiled warmly. "Don't you worry, dear. I'll take good care of him, and you two can have the honeymoon you've always dreamed of."

With Molly's support and Harry's convincing words, Hermione began to feel more at ease with the idea of leaving Greyson for a short while.

The morning sun streamed through the windows of the Burrow as Harry and Hermione gathered their bags, preparing for their long-awaited honeymoon in the French Alps. Greyson, cooed happily in Molly's arms, seemingly oblivious to the excitement and nervousness that filled the room.

Hermione couldn't help but feel a pang of anxiety as she looked at her baby. "Are you sure you'll be okay with Molly, Grey?" she cooed, pressing a gentle kiss to his forehead.

Molly assured Hermione, "We'll be just fine, dear. You two go and enjoy yourselves."

Harry wrapped an arm around Hermione, offering his support. "Molly's got this, Hermione. Greyson will be in the best hands."

With a deep breath and a final, lingering look at their baby, Hermione reluctantly left Greyson in Molly's capable care. She couldn't help but feel anxious about leaving him, even for a week.

Their journey to the French Alps was filled with excitement and anticipation. The snowy landscapes and charming villages they passed only fueled their enthusiasm. Upon arriving at their picturesque resort, Hermione felt her worries start to melt away. The breathtaking views and the serenity of the mountains had a calming effect on her.

Harry held her hand and smiled. "See, love? Everything's going to be perfect."

Hermione nodded, her anxiety gradually fading as they settled into their cozy chalet. But old habits died hard, and Hermione found herself using Floo to check on Greyson multiple times a day, despite Harry's gentle protests.

One afternoon, as they stood on the balcony of their chalet, Hermione pointed to the snow-covered slopes below. "Harry, skiing is incredible. You'll love it."

Harry, who had never skied before, looked somewhat apprehensive. "I'm not so sure about this, Hermione."

She gave him an encouraging smile. "Come on, it'll be an adventure. I'll teach you."

Hermione patiently taught Harry how to ski, and he was a surprisingly quick learner. They ventured onto the slopes together, hand in hand, and shared moments of laughter as they tumbled in the snow.

The French Alps greeted Harry and Hermione with crisp, mountain air. As they settled into their cozy chalet, Hermione couldn't help but feel a mixture of excitement and nostalgia. After spending many hours in bed, as many newlyweds do, the couple decided to face the day.

"Harry, it's just like the stories of Beauxbatons and Durmstrang," she exclaimed, gazing out at the snow-covered landscape.

Harry chuckled, wrapping his arms around her from behind. "Well, I hope this trip is much less eventful than the Triwizard Tournament.

Hermione leaned into his embrace, taking in the breathtaking view. "Me too."

Over the next few days, they explored the charming villages nestled among the mountains, savoring hearty French cuisine and warm mulled wine. Hermione's eyes sparkled with joy as they strolled through markets filled with local crafts and enjoyed the hospitality of the friendly villagers. Harry felt as though he was falling in love with her all over again. This was a new and more peaceful side of her.

In the evenings, they returned to their chalet, curling up by the fire with glasses of wine. They exchanged stories and dreams, basking in the warmth of their love. And as the nights turned chilly, they held each other close, knowing that the love they shared was the greatest treasure of all.

Hermione gazed into the dancing flames, her fingers tracing patterns on Harry's hand. "You know, Harry, I can't help but think about our future."

Harry turned to her, his green eyes reflecting the flickering firelight. "What's on your mind, love?"

She smiled, her voice filled with warmth. "I love Greyson so much, and I can't wait to see him grow and become his own person. But I've always imagined having a big family."

Harry nodded, a thoughtful expression on his face. "I feel the same way, Hermione. I've always wanted a family of my own, too."

Hermione's fingers brushed against her stomach, and her eyes sparkled with a hint of excitement. "Do you think we'll have more children, Harry?"

Harry's hand found hers, their fingers entwining. "I hope so, Hermione. I'd love to give Greyson siblings to grow up with, just like the Weasleys did."

Hermione leaned in, placing a soft kiss on his lips. "Me too. But when do you think would be the right time?"

Harry leaned back against the cushions, contemplating their future together. "Well, we're still young, and we have so much ahead of us. I think it would be nice to enjoy some time as just the two of us first, you know? Travel, have adventures, and build our life together."

Hermione nodded in agreement. "I agree, Harry. We have plenty of time for more children.

Hermione turned to Harry, her expression thoughtful. "You know, Harry, I think it might be a good idea for me to focus on building my career before we have another baby."

Harry looked at her with a gentle smile. "That makes sense, Hermione. I support whatever you want to do."

She nodded, her determination shining in her eyes. "I've always been passionate about becoming a healer, and I want to make a difference at St. Mungo's. Plus, with you almost done with your Auror training, I think it's a good time for me to pursue my career goals."

Harry reached for her hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze. "I'm proud of you, Hermione. You'll make an amazing healer."

Hermione leaned in and kissed him softly. "Thank you, Harry. And don't worry, I still want to have more children eventually. I just want to make sure I'm on the right path for my career first."

Harry smiled, his love for her shining in his eyes. "I know you'll achieve everything you set your mind to, Hermione. And when the time is right, we'll have more children and continue building our family together." Without hesitation Harry grabbed Hermione's hips pulling her onto his lap.

"You know…" He said in between kissing up her neck, which Hermione was quickly melting into. "Hmmm" She let out.

"We are going to have to be a lot more careful when we're doing this.." Harry whispered lustfully.

"Don't worry Har…" She was quickly becoming breathless, "I use a spell for that…"

Of course she does, Harry thought before taking her into his arms and leading her to the bed.

Before fully falling into lust with her husband Hermione made a mental note to contact Healer Smith in regards to her training when she returned home in the next few days.

After a week of skiing, adventure, and romantic moments in the French Alps, Harry and Hermione returned to the Burrow. Their honeymoon had been an unforgettable experience, but as they stepped through the Floo Network into the living room, their hearts swelled with anticipation to see their beloved Greyson again.

Hermione couldn't contain her excitement, and she practically ran toward Molly, who was holding Greyson.

Molly smiled warmly, handing over Greyson to his parents. "Greyson was an absolute joy, but I'm sure he's thrilled to have his parents back."

Harry and Hermione took their son into their arms, and the joy they felt was overwhelming. Greyson seemed so much bigger, his bright green eyes filled with curiosity and a hint of recognition.

Hermione cradled him close, her heart filled with love. "Oh, Grey, did you miss Mummy and Dada?"

Greyson responded with a gurgling coo, and Hermione couldn't help but laugh with delight. It was as if he understood their words.

Harry kissed the top of Greyson's head, his voice filled with affection. "We missed you more than words can say, little guy."

As they settled back into their home, Hermione couldn't help but think that Greyson had grown so much in just a week. She held him close, savoring the warmth of his presence and the happiness that radiated from their little family.

She knew how much Greyson preferred breastfeeding to formula and was relieved when he was able to latch without an issue, she had worried that the time apart would make this difficult. The spells she had been using to reduce her milk supply hand only helped with the pain a little so it was a relief for her to be able to feed her baby again.

Harry entered the nursery watching Hermione and his son in awe.

"Don't worry Grey, I like those too." Harry whispered to his son, earning a push from Hermione.

"Harry, don't be ridiculous." She warned. Harry sent her a sheepish grin.

Hermione is easily able to put Grey down for his nap. Harry gives her a chaste kiss goodbye before going off to the shop for groceries and nappies.

Excitement bubbled within Hermione as she carefully penned a letter to Healer Smith, the head of St. Mungo's Hospital. She had been offered a position as a trainee healer during their previous correspondence, and now that her honeymoon was over, it was time to embark on this new chapter in her life.

With the ink still drying on her letter, Hermione sent it off with a trusty owl called Echo. She could hardly wait to hear back about the specifics of her training.

The response from Healer Smith came more quickly than she had anticipated. When Hermione read his words, her heart soared with joy. Healer Smith not only accepted her into the program but also asked if she could start her training the following Monday.

She couldn't help but share the news with Harry as he returned home from his shopping, her face lighting up as she read the letter aloud to him. "Harry, it's happening! I'm going to start my training as a healer next week!"

Harry's eyes sparkled with pride and happiness as he pulled her into a tight embrace. "That's incredible, Hermione! I knew you'd make it. You're going to be an amazing healer."

With her dreams within reach and her husband's unwavering support, Hermione eagerly looked forward to the beginning of her training, knowing that her journey toward becoming a healer was about to take flight. She knew the balance of a career and motherhood would be challenging but she couldn't be happier than to face this all with Harry by her side.
