Chapter 4

Meanwhile…

Kiyoshi shied away.

It's been a while since he's seen Grandpa, but his mother insisted that he go and at least say hi. After all, she has to show off his new little sister.

Yet, as they walked through the office building, he couldn't help but notice the people stopping, whispering about him as they got on to the elevator. Sad thing was, he could hear all of it without trying.

The moment the door closed, he sighed aloud. "I should have just stayed home…" he said aloud.

His mother smiled. "Papa wanted to see you. I told him everything that has happened. Besides, we haven't been keeping a good front up now have we? I am grateful Gege has been holding everything down and keeping me updated in the mean time, but we have to try and look like a regular family."

"Mom… that isn't going to be happening anymore. You had a son that looked like a five year old, and somehow aged to that of a twelve year old, then teenager only to be stuck on an age that I am not suppose to be yet!"

"You sound your age at least, even more mature than that…"

"What's mature?" asked Ai.

Her mother giggled. "It's when you grow up and you start thinking beyond yourself. Sometimes people don't act how they are suppose to." She explained.

"Like uncle Gojo" chimed Kiyoshi.

"OH! It's when an adult acts like a kid!" said Wasuke.

"How can you know that? You're suppose to be what? 5 now?" Kiyoshi demanded.

"Hush, we're here…" the elevator dinged.

The door opened as Kiyoshi walked out with his mother and siblings. She walked right into a meeting and apologized for her lack of absence.

"This is inexcusable!" one man shouted.

Kiyoshi was going to leave with his siblings until he heard the outburst. He dared to peer over to see one of the boards of directors trying to berate his mother.

"It's one thing to have a family, Miss Ozawa. BUT it's another to be running a multi billion dollar company AND have a family. One should focus on either or no one can do both!"

His mother, remained calm. "Have our profits dropped?" she asked.

"Well, no,"

"Have I neglected my duties as the owner of the companies? Have I let anything fall, fail or get overlooked in my absence?" she asked once more.

"No, but the fact is…"

"Then shut up," she said firmly.

Kiyoshi smiled as his mother stood her ground; in fact she has been a little more forceful ever since she had Ena. Perhaps that's uncle Suiryu's influence on her? Either way, Kiyoshi took his younger siblings to a play area that grandpa made them. Ena stayed with mom since she is just a baby.

It was made just for them.

Kiyoshi sighed at the sight of the playroom. He had a lot of good memories here and yet, he knows now he is too big to be playing on any of it. "Kiyoshi! Come play!" called his sister.

"I'm too big, I'll get stuck," he laughed. "You guys go ahead, I'll watch."

He did for a little bit until it became boring.

Kiyoshi has been slowly figuring out his ability. Before when he contained Raynn, he couldn't make his own water and had to have a source of it. But now, he can make it if he puts his mind to it. All he does is envision a ball of water gathering in his hands, and then, moisture is pulled from the atmosphere and collected into his palm. That's how he can call upon water. Since it's always around him in such a state.

"Whoa… cool!"

Splash!

He lost focus and dropped the water orb. His brother, Wasuke jumped. "Sorry!" he said meekly.

He smiled it off of course. "No harm little brother, I'm still trying to figure this out myself. It's not easy."

"Can we help?" asked Ai.

"You want to try, sure." It was cute of his siblings that they wanted to help him, but, this was beyond their understanding of things.

"What I am doing is making water, now for the most part, I had to get water from a source… from something that already has water in it." He explained. "So, I realized there is a little bit in the air that I can take and use for myself. That's how I summon water to my hands, but, if I need a lot at once, can I just make it or do I have to take it from somewhere… that I am trying to figure out now."

Peering at his siblings, he saw their eyes sparkle.

"You are so cool, big brother…" whispered Ai. "We also saw you play in the snow with Sukuna… you two were having fun!"

He paused, that was last year when he was training with Sukuna. Before he never would have given him the time of day, not after trying to make him his vessel. But, now… it feels different.

Sukuna did help him a lot with his ability, teaching him to think and consider his opponent and never assume he has the advantage. There were harsh lessons, but in the end, it helped him.

"Yeah, I got to see if perhaps we can do that again, that was fun" Kiyoshi said with a smile.

"Are you going to make more water?" asked Wasuke. "That looks hard,"

"It is, watch" Kiyoshi began to focus again, he was able to gather water a little more easier this time around but it was only enough to fit in the palm of his hand.

His siblings however were impressed. "Wow…" they whispered. "You can do that with ease!"

"I remember uncle Toshi saying something about putting energy into it. He does that with his ability and it tends to make more… let's see… carefully, put energy into this…" he whispered the last part to himself as he made the ball rather large… in fact, the ball of water became the size of a beach ball!

"Uh oh…" Kiyoshi realized he has made a large amount of water… problem is, he has yet to learn how to call it back or at least store it until needed!

"Sibs… do we have a sink somewhere?" he asked.

There was a hand washing sink near by, grandpa insisted if anyone was coming in they had to wash their hands before playing with any of his grandchildren. So, Kiyoshi rushed over to the sink and tried to drain the water out of the orb

"It… won't stop making water…"

"Should we get mom?" asked Ai.

"Maybe… wait… TENKO!" he called out.

"Tenko?" the twins asked.

"That would be me,"

They jumped and were quick to hide behind Kiyoshi. He laughed of course since he knew Tenko, but it appears the twins are not too familiar with him. "Tenko, sorry! But, I need some help, please"

He approached and saw what was happening. "Ah, I see, you have been testing your powers again?"

"Yes, but I can't get this orb of water to stop making water!"

He snickered at the situation. "Very well, please release it to me,"

Kiyoshi nodded as he was able to pass the water orb off to Tenko, in his hands, it merely vanished without a trace! "Whoa, where…"

"To where it is needed. I assure you, that water is a great gift."

Kiyoshi sighed with relief, it was finally done away with, however, he saw a look of concern on Tenko's face. "Young master, although your family is permitted to see me and no one else, I do believe we have accidentally caused a scene."

Kiyoshi was confused until he turned to the office windows.

He forgot people wonder by in the halls to get from one place to another. There was a small crowd gathering outside right now. Their eyes widened and many armed with phones… recording Kiyoshi making water out of nothing.

"I think I am about to be grounded…"
