Fenrir stood stunned, the throw was faster than he could react, suddenly a chain shot out of Beowulf's arm and flew past Fenrir's head attaching itself to the kunai, Beowulf pulled the kunai back catching it "huh, that's cool". Fenrir gritted his teeth so hard the visible part of his jaw showed cracks in it "how...how did you get this strong?!" Beowulf swung the kunai on the chain "well, unlike you, I took a bath" Fenrir screamed and launched himself at Beowulf who tossed his kunai, Fenrir blocked it but was then hit by a right hook from Beowulf that sent him up into the air, Beowulf tossed both of his kunai, the chains wrapped around Fenrir and tightened, Beowulf yanked down and slammed Fenrir straight into the dirt, Beowulf then pulled the chains plucking Fenrir out of the ground and toward him, Beowulf then jumped up and put his two boots into Fenrir's chest launching him a good hundred meters back. Chrona was witness to this and became agitated "this was not part of the plan" Chrona dashed toward the fight but was stopped by a thrown staff, she looked in the direction to see Panther "nah, that fight is between them two, and besides, I have a score to settle with you, you whipped my ass in New York, now I'm gonna get payback" Panther rushed at Chrona, he threw a punch but Chrona blocked it, she then bent his fist back and he made a pained groan, he then leg sweeped her but she jumped over it and hit him with a roundhouse kick to the head, Panther rolled back while firing a small black orb, Chrona barely had time to react as the small orb expanded to laeger than her, Chrona jumped over it "nice try" Panther smirked under his mask "wasn't trying to hit you" Chrona was confused by this, that was until she was impaled by Tarantula's Spear, Tarantula then launched a thread that wrapped around the spear and she yanked it to the ground along with Chrona.
Beowulf watched this "heh, good to know they're still fighting the good fight" Beowulf turned his attention to Fenrir who was recovering "okay Doppelganger, time to finish this and put you down" Beowulf disappeared in a flash and Fenrir kept his wits about him hearing for movement and watching for anything, all he could do was hear Beowulf's footsteps. Fenrir swiped in a direction but he nothing, suddenly he was hit by a devastating punch to the gut again, Fenrir backed away holding his stomach with Beowulf standing over him "man, your organs must be soup right about now with how many times I hit you in the gut" Beowulf then squatted down "you wanna talk about this?" Fenrir swiped at Beowulf but he jumped back "guess not" Fenrir's arm morphed into a sword and slashed at Beowulf who dodged and blocked the strikes, Beowulf then trapped the armblade with his kunai but Fenrir made countless bladed erupt from his arm making Beowulf jump back. Fenrir's arm slowly became like liquid and he sent it into the ground, Beowulf was confused by this move until the ground began to shake and multiple clawed hands erupted out of the ground, Beowulf dodged and slashed them, he found himself surrounded by them, the claws combined into a giant head of a wolf and clamped its jaws around Beowulf. Fenrir chuckled as the air grew still amd Beowulf was nowhere to be seen, Fenrir forced more power into the wolf head and spikes erupted from the top and bottom jaw piercing the top and bottom respectively, the spikes retracted and Fenrir relaxed "he couldn't have survived that" a voice from the wolf called out "don't count on that!" Beowulf then bursted out of the wolf's mouth landing infront of Fenrir who was too stunned to do anything "like I said, complete Miraculous makes me much stronger and more durable than that" Beowulf then reeled his fist back and punched Fenrir square in the cheek shattering the exposed teeth, Fenrir was launched straight into a large rock, both of Beowulf's kunai then pierced the rock missing Fenrir "you missed!" Fenrir said with Beowulf giving him a smug look "c'mon, you're me, you know that wasn't the plan" Beowulf then tugged the rock pulling both it and Fenrir toward him, Beowulf reeled back again and punched Fenrir in the midsection shattering the rock, Beowulf could hear Fenrir's sternum break with the impact.
Fenrir slid a far distance before stopping right where Chrona was, she looked at his broken body, then at Blanc "this is not going as planned" Chrona reversed time on Fenrir healing his damages, Fenrir got up feeling his chest "thank you..." he said with Chrona snapping at him "you have one more chance to get this right, I'll focus on getting the Tome, they must have it hidden somewhere, you focus on killing Beowulf, I don't care how you do it but if you don't you better hope he kills you because I will subject you to a timeline of your worst nightmares" Fenrir nodded "fine...I have an idea, if I succeed but die, will you honor your promis?" Chrona thought for a second "very well then, once I get the Tome" Fenrir turned to Beowulf who was approaching him while twirling his kunai "that last fight was a fluke, you won't catch me offguard like that again" Beowulf then responded "I'm pretty sure I wasn't catching you offguard, I was washing you, thoroughly" Fenrir got into a ready stance as did Beowulf, they were about 100 yards away from one another. Beowulf tossed one of his kuna which Fenrir moved his head to dodge, Beowulf then tugged the chain which caused Fenrir to duck under the returning blade, Beowulf then tossed the other one forcing Fenrir to jumped out of the way, Fenrir's arm then split into many tentacles and he thrusted them at Beowulf, Beowulf twirled his kunai and blocked the hits, Fenrir retracted his tentacles and they folded back into an arm, he then stretched his arm grabbing the ground and pulling himself toward Beowulf, Fenrir stuck his leg out and kicked Beowulf but it was blocked, not without making Beowulf slide back, Beowulf tossed a roundhouse kick but Fenrir jumped back avoiding it. Beowulf dusted his forearms "looks like a calm mind can do wonders huh?" Beowulf said with Fenrir chuckling at the statement "yeah...you could say that, looks like I never got past my anger issues" Beowulf nodded "they're still a problem for me" Beowulf then rushed at Fenrir throwing a right straight that was blocked, Fenrir then made spikes emerge from his right a arm and swung at Beowulf, Beowulf ducked and hit Fenrir with and uppercut to the jaw, Fenrir backed up with Beowulf hot on him, Fenrir tossed a left but Beowulf slipped it hitting Fenrir with a right that sent him sliding back. Fenrir then extended his arm grabbing Beowulf by his chest and pulling him in, Beowulf thought quick and severed the arm with his kunai, the two stood at odds again with Beowulf speaking up "why are you really doing this? All of it?" Fenrir looked down "she died...and it was all my fault, I let her die. Trying to fix it only made things worse and now my world is burning all because of my carelessness, now I have a chance to make it right" Beowulf then questioned further "and to do that you team up with an evil Time Witch that killed our Master and one of his friends?" Fenrir thought about it "well, when you put it like that...it's the only choice I have to return Sophia back to me" Beowulf shook head "do you really think it's that simple? Chrona won't honor your deal, she'll stab you in the back just because you're you, and she hates us" Fenrir looked into Beowulf's eyes "that's a risk I'm willing to take to see her again".
Sonar and Panther stood on either side of Blanc "looks like I'm a cornered cat" Blanc quipped with Panther groaning "oh no, now that I know you're a pun guy, I'm not going to regret beating you senseless" Panther pointed his left index finger at Blanc and a bolt of energy shot out of it, Blanc deflected the attack with his staff, Sonar took advantage if the chaos and attacked Blanc, Blanc blocked Sonar's slashes and then locked weapons "you're not strong enough to beat me" Sonar smirked through his mask "I'm not trying to beat you, that's not my job" Blanc was then cracked in the side of the head by Panther's staff sending him skipping across the ground, Sonar and Panther were in hot pursuit, Blanc was hit by all sides by the two as he couldn't keep up, Blanc's ragr began to boil over, Sonar pierced Blanc's costume with a slash and that was the final straw, Blanc screamed causing a shockwave that stopped Sonar and Panther in their tracks, Blanc put up his hand and a white orb appeared above it, the orb suddenly grew exponentially in size, the orb kept getting bigger and bigger "that's it! This entire Universe is going down, how about that?!" Chrona confronted Blanc "Cat Blanc stop this now! You'll destroy the Tome and then...you'll never get your happy ending".
