Chapter 6

There he was, I was stunned. His ice blue eyes were calm, his silver white hair blew in the breeze. The power he held radiating around us, not only his magic but his large muscular stature. All at once, the questions hit me. "Wait...what? How are you here? Why are you here? Where's Lucy?" I looked around, panic rising within me. "I have your key how did you get summoned? LUCY?!"

"Dragon girl... look, Lucy is fine... I think..." Bixslow pointed towards the other side of the clearing. Lucy stood staring at Draco. I ran over and touched her arm.

"Lucy? Are you..."

"Is that Draco? He's amazing..." Lucy was in awe. She shook her head and smiled at me. "Reyna I did it!"

"I always believed you could. I'm so proud of you." I pulled her into a bone crushing hug and she hugged back. I pulled away turning towards my dad not realizing he was directly behind me.

"Reyna. My amazing daughter. Look how much you've grown, the woman you have become." He held my arms looking down at me with love and pride as his eyes filled with tears. "I've missed you Stardust." A tear fell down my cheek as I smiled.

"Um...sorry to interrupt but how did you get summoned?" Lucy softly questioned.

Draco smiled. "Well Miss. Lucy, remember when you first held my key and in glowed?" Lucy nodded and then the light bulb went off in her head.

"Your key forms bonds through touch."

"Correct. I was waiting until you had the magic to be able to summon me. Miss. Lucy you have grown so much and the love you have for your spirits in unmatched. I am honored to be your first dragon key." Draco bowed. "I am available whenever you need me, but I will warn you. It takes a tremendous amount of power to keep my gate open. You'll need to work to open your third magic container and Reyna will teach you how to utilize a form of requip on your keys."

"Wait... there are other dragon keys?!" Luxus stood staring at the scene before him.

"Yes. There are 6 more, I am the leader. Like Loke is the zodiac leader." Draco studied Laxus, looking him up and down. I lightly placed my hand on my father's arm and smiled.

"Dad... this is Laxus. The lighting dragon slayer and... he is also my mate." As the words left my mouth I saw Lucy sway. Bix walked over and placed his hand on her back to steady her.

"I have been out too long. You need rest Miss. Lucy. You... slayer... we will have a talk later." Draco eyed Laxus, all I could do was sigh. "Goodnight Stardust. I'm so proud of you." He disappeared in a shower of gold dust. Bix caught Lucy before she fell and held her bridal style.

"I'll take her back to the house to rest. She is going to be out for a while." Bix looked down at her, and a small smile was on his lips. I walked over to them, took Draco's key from around my neck, and placed it on hers. Finally, I have fulfilled my promise.

"Thank Bix, watch over her."

"Always." Bix smiled and started walking back.

"Well... that was...um... something." Laxus finally snapped out of his trance.

"Yea..." I looked down at the grass. "It was so amazing just to see him again." Luxus wiped the tear from my cheek. He tilted my chin up and kissed me. I felt his love, his passion, everything in that toe curling kiss.

"I love you, Reyna. I'll wait as long as you need, but I'm not leaving your side." I laughed. I found him, my one.

"I love you too, Laxus. And don't worry, you won't have to wait too long."
