Chapter 9: The plan, and negotiations

Fast forward to the next day after the double confessions which Naruto accepted, U-Blanc, Neptune, Plutia, U-Noire, Naruto, Peashy and Arfoire were gathering in the former's temporary office.
"Blanc! I have something to tell you!" The different dimension's Planeptune's CPU began.
U-Blanc raised an eyebrow before looking at U-Noire and Naruto who shook their heads.
"Don't look at us, when I asked her, she said she didn't want to repeat it more than once." The blonde shrugged as he patted her daughter.
The CPU hummed before her eyes noticed the dimension travellers and U-Noire were sitting really close.
She shoved the thought in the corner of her mind for now though.
"So? What is it that you want to tell me?" the brunette asked as she closed the book in her hands.
Neptune and Plutia then summarized the talk with Histy from another day.
"...you're saying the time over here moves faster than our dimension?" Naruto voiced out his thoughts in disbelief.
"Yes… Histy herself was surprised to see Neppy looked older when she saw her…"
"Unbelievable…"
"And…you are planning to ask us to share our Share to stabilize this…time dilation?"
Neptune nodded nervously as she looked U-Blanc in the eyes.
"What do we get from this?" the latter asked, surprising the dimension traveller.
"W-Well…since Naru-kun helped you save your nation…shouldn't you–"
"No. Naruto-kun helped me to save my nation, that is true. But this is a whole different matter. I can't just give my share just for that reason."
U-Blanc said before their conversation heated.
While Neptune and U-Blanc were having an argument about the payment they should give them, the gear in Arfoire's mind turned faster before she opened her mouth.
"I have an idea." the witch spoke up, gaining their attention. "If I recall, your dimension is much more advanced than ours, correct?"
Neptune nodded.
Seeing where this was going, Naruto voiced what's in his mind.
"You want us to share our technologies with you, is that it?"
Arfoire nodded.
"Aree~? Neppy~ didn't we talk about this before?"
Neptune facepalmed herself.
"I forgot, nep…"
"Klutzy Neppy~" Plutia singsang with a giggle before turning to Lowee's CPU.
"That's what they're willing to offer, Blanc~"
Putting a hand under her chin, she thought about the trade, Share with technologies which were much more advanced than theirs.
She didn't need to ponder long about it before agreeing with the term.
"Very well, when will you need them?"
"Uh…um… Plutie…do you remember when Histy will make a call again?"
"It's in a week in your dimension's time, Neppy, which means 7 years here."
"7 YEARS?!" Naruto was about to jump to his feet before he remembered Peashy was sleeping on his lap and shut his mouth.
"Well~ Histy said that's the least amount of time she needed to prepare the share." Plutia said as she glanced at the boy before quickly looking away.
"We're gonna be adults by that time…"
Arfoire then chimed in.
"Actually, since you're now a CPU though not with a nation to lead, you will stop growing old when you reach your peak, perhaps in the twenty and still look the same no matter how many years passed after that."
"But what about me!?" Neptune whispered loudly.
"...you're going to get wrinkly." Arfoire finished with a smug look
"Nooooooooooooooooooo!" the CPU from different dimensions made an orz pose on the ground in despair.
"...well, I guess, since we're done with asking Lowee about the matter, should we go to Leanbox now?" U-Noire spoke up, ignoring Neptune.
"You're leaving already?" U-Blanc said, a bit of disappointment laced her voice.
"Since technically Plutia and I are CPUs too, we can't leave our nation unattended for too long… Gosh…the paperwork must be mountains by now…" U-Noire remarked with a horrified look.
"I understand though I hope you'll still visit us from time to time…that includes you, Naruto-kun… do not forget to video call once a day." U-Blanc stated with a glare toward the whiskered blonde who rubbed the back of his head sheepishly.
With that all said, the group left her office before saying goodbye to the people that they know before leaving Lowee.
U-Noire wanted to fly with Naruto but since Neptune was reluctant to accept that, Arfoire gave them a solution with U-Noire carrying Neptune, Plutia with Naruto and Peashy with her.
While they were flying toward Leanbox, Iris Heart was eerily quiet and Naruto could feel her hands roaming his body while they were holding him.

"I'm terribly sorry, but Lady Vert had ordered us to not receive any guests for 3 months straight."
"3 months?! What's she doing anyway!?" U-Noire yelled out, clearly upset with the CPU of Leanbox.
Arfoire sighed, knowing this would happen from long before they flew here.
"It seems that the rumor is true." the witch said, gathering the attention of her group and the guard who blushed at the word 'rumor'.
"Vert is well-known as a gaming otaku and will hole up in her room playing games as long as she needs to grind events."
Naruto sweatdropped before turning to Neptune.
"Reminds you of someone, huh?"
"I-I'm not that bad now, aren't I!?"
Peashy then patted the blonde's head, earning his attention.
"Papa, what's an otaku?"
The young man sweatdropped.
How would he explain the meaning of the word without badmouthing Vert?
It was then the ditzy Plutia answered for him.
"Pi-chan, it means Vert-san is a lazy girl and plays game all day abandoning her duty as the one lead the nation~"
"So blunt!?" was the collective thoughts of the group including the guards.
"Ooooh… Vert-san is a bad girl then?"
Plutia nodded at the girl with a smile.
"Mama always said that we have to avoid bad people, Peashy will avoid Vert-san then!"
"E-eh?" the CPU of Planeptune looked at her friends awkwardly.
"Nope, don't look at me." U-Noire looked away.
Neptune whistled innocently, Arfoire fiddled with her scepter and Naruto deadpanned at her.
"Eeeeeeeeh~?"

3 whole years had passed since their first attempt to see U-Vert.
Each year, each month, and each week, the group attempted to see U-Vert to talk about the plan to stabilize the time dilation between two dimensions.
However things didn't go as planned as everytime they wanted to talk to her, she was busy gaming in her room which started to aggravate U-Noire, and Plutia.
Naruto was also especially aggravated. He knew that his aunt back in his dimension would play games all day and night, but this was absolutely ridiculous.
H-Vert was the same at the beginning but when Naruto reached the age of 7, the Leanbox's CPU stopped locking herself up in her room.
Who in their right mind would only play games in 3 years non stop?!
During the 3 years, a lot of things happened and one of them was that Plutia started to get closer to Naruto while still not understanding her own feelings.
Mini Histoire eventually became weary of Plutia's intermittent affection and informed the CPU of her condition.
Plutia then understood that she shared Neptune's issue when the pinkette fell in love for the first time.
She still had not confessed to the blonde since she needed more time, especially her CPU form who was conflicted by what she said to Neptune before.
Naruto had also entered Peashy into a school where the girl befriended little IF and Compa who were Neptune and Naruto's best friends in their dimension.
The blonde also trained to master his HDD form with the help of U-Blanc, while sparring with Arfoire in her True Form.
The training went both ways since Arfoire needed to have complete control of her wild emotions in that form and Naruto needed to extend the duration of his CPU form to no avail.
It was then Naruto remembered that his form was not his own and also came from the Kyubi inside him.
Right now, he was blindly using Kyubi's power without considering the Biju's feeling being used as a tool.
That was when he shared his thoughts to the girls of why he was unable to use HDD form as long as he wanted to, he was being selfish to the Kyubi and was using its power without its consent.
From then on, Naruto decided to focus on training his Shinobi art by asking Mini Histoire whether she could help him with that.
Mini Histoire pointed out that the Guardian wanted to meet him alone saying that it was important.
Naruto obliged and went alone to the Sealed Ruins despite Neptune and U-Noire's protests.
In the Sealed Ruin, the blond was welcomed by a laughing Guardian which then congratulated him in realizing the true reason why he wasn't able to use HDD form the way he wanted.
The Guardian then informed him that if he kept using the Kyubi's power like this, the CPU Memory would kill him slowly.
That sent shudders to the blonde's spine.
The Creator of Gamindustri then gave him a push to connect with the Kyubi, it told Naruto that he should know that the Biju was not the mindless beast by this time since his father had told him the truth behind his birth.
Additionally, it made clear that he had to gain the Kyubi's trust; he couldn't simply demand the Biju did so.
In addition to that, the Guardian also gave the blonde a CPU Memory for his girlfriend to congratulate his first test.
The Uzumaki nodded in gratitude for the advice and before he left, the Guardian provided him with the training regiment that this dimension's Naruto did, meditation.
He facefaulted and was about to retort but seeing the Guardian was not laughing, the blonde stopped himself before nodding and left the ruins.
It was from then that Naruto started to learn how to meditate, Mini Histoire just gave him two tips one of them was that U-Naruto was so still that birds and animals would gather around him from the archive she found, not knowing that it was due to the Natural Chakra U-Naruto gathered and he must not move a muscle, not even one.
Another thing that happened in the span of 3 years, it was discovered by U-Blanc that the entire Lowee thought that their CPU gave Naruto a kiss on the lips.
The result?
Let's just say that U-Blanc was so embarrassed that she didn't leave her room for a full month, much to U-Badd's own amusement.
Neptune also grew up much older as her breasts were bigger than before (and her appearance is identical to Older Neptune) that a lot of cleavage was showing under her parka.
In the 3rd and final year, the group went to a hot spring, and during that time, Naruto almost died from massive nosebleed much to the girls' amusement, due to the fact that the Uzumaki and half naked girls were in the same hot spring since it was reserved and turned to a mixed one.
Peashy, who became much more energetic, wasn't allowed to come, therefore, Arfoire proposed to them that she'd take care of Peashy in the meantime.
It did take a whole day until Naruto regained consciousness.
Then, in their last attempt to see U-Vert, U-Noire, and Plutia finally snapped.
"That's it! I've had enough, we'll see Vert whether she likes it or not!" U-Noire snapped as she, along with Plutia transformed, and they kicked Leanbox's Basilicom door open as everyone went in while the guard couldn't stop them even if he wanted to.
They scoured the Basilicom, scaring the employees until they arrived at U-Vert's room, and Iris Heart kicked the door open.
But what they found in U-Vert's room was surprising to the core, and that was an understatement.
The girls dropped their jaws in disbelief while Naruto shuddered seeing what's in front of their eyes.
A room full of his pictures taken secretly.
U-Vert turned toward the girl with her usual smile and greeted them.
"Oh my~ I didn't expect to have visitors today. Mind to explain why you broke into the Basilicom despite my orders not to be disturbed?" U-Vert asked.
The girls snapped out from their thoughts
"D-d-don't casually say that will you!? Especially when you have these pictures in your room, y-y-you stalker!" U-Noire almost yelled as she was the first one to react when she saw the picture of a naked Naruto in the hot spring where parts of the picture where the girls cuddling him were cut off, or completely photoshopped to give the impression that Naruto was naked alone.
That alone triggered the red flag with U-Noire, Plutia, and Neptune.
"So." U-Vert ignored her tone for now. "What was so important to meet me like this?" U-Vert asked curiously.
The group then proceeded to tell her the same thing they told U-Blanc. However unlike U-Blanc, U-Vert frowned and did not really like the idea.
"I must say, your proposal to share your technology itself is tempting. However, I still cannot accept that proposal in exchange for my Share."
U-Vert told them.
"Nep?! And why not? I mean what do you want to have in exchange?" Neptune asked, not expecting that U-Vert wouldn't agree so easily. But it also reminded the purplette that in her and Naruto's dimension, H-Vert was also the same until Minato came into H-Vert's life.
U-Vert then smiled mischievously.
"Oh what I want is very simple~" U-Vert said before turning toward Naruto. "Uzumaki Naruto. You have to become my little brother and stay with me in Leanbox~" U-Vert dropped the bomb as her breasts bounced.
"SAY WHAT/NEP?!" The girls and Naruto all yelled in surprise.
"Of course, I'll take really good care of him and introduce him the joy of being a gamer like me~"
"A-Absolutely not!" U-Noire immediately refused. No way in hell she would let her boyfriend turn into an otaku like U-Vert. As long as she lives she won't have any of this.
"Are you trying to create a Console War.. or a Harem War in that case Nep?!" Neptune yelled as she also refused that idea.
"My my. You have some nerves to ask my Naruto-kun to surrender himself to you. I cannot let that slide, can I?." Iris Heart smiled sadistically before frowned. "You need to be punished~"
"Then I have no choice. But to challenge you in battle. We'll do it outside though. Let's start the bet: If you win, then I'll agree with your proposal. But if you lose, Naruto will be mine~ I can't wait to have Naruto for myself and actually have babies with him~" U-Vert dreamily said as her nose started to bleed in excitement.
"You'll regret betting when it comes with Naruto." U-Noire muttered.

In Leanbox's forest…
Both U-Black Heart and Iris Heart sprawled on the ground, none of them stood a chance against U-Green Heart since she had been one of the two longest CPUs that had accessed their Goddess form, thus allowing her to control her power easily.
"So weak~ two against one and you couldn't even make me sweat~"
"D-dammit! How the hell did she avoid us right before our attacks connect!?"
"...I'll make sure she's well chained up if I get my hands on her…"
"As they said, all bark and no bite~" U-Green Heart teased before glancing at Neptune and Naruto.
"So? Are you two coming at me now?"
"Awawawa! What can we do if two CPUs can't handle her!?" Neptune flailed her arms in panic.
"Well… I can try evening the odds?" Naruto suggested before pulling out a CPU memory out of his pocket.
Neptune and the girls' eyes widened seeing the purple diamond-shaped crystal with a power button embedded in it.
"Is that!?"
The blonde grinned before throwing the memory to Neptune who almost didn't manage to catch it.
She then accidentally pressed the power button, causing the memory to make a voice similar to that one Rider series they watched back in their dimension.
"Purple!"
"Nep!?/The heck!?"
Neptune then pressed it one more time.
"Purple!"
"Ooohhhh!"
She pressed it several more times.
"Purple-pu-pu-pu-pu-Purple!"
The purplette turned to the blonde with excitement in her eyes.
"This looks like that Ga*a Memory from Kamen Rider *!"
"You're gonna get copyrighted, Nep-chan! Even the author had to censor it!
The CPUs deadpanned at the two, not understanding what they were talking about.
"Hmhmhm! Watch me, Naru-kun! It's showtime, Nep!"
Neptune stood forward with one finger pointing at U-Green Heart.
"Now, count up your sins!"
Naruto facepalmed.
She raised the hand holding the Ga*a– I mean, CPU memory and pressed the button once more.
"Purple!"
"Henshin!"
Neptune pushed the Memory into the middle of her chests, absorbing it.
"Goddess Form, Purple Heart!"
Neptune retained her same height at 5'4,5" though her attire changed to those of Purple Heart.
"Hm, it has been a really long time since I accessed this form."
Purple Heart then turned to Naruto who was staring at her.
She noticed his eyes were locked onto her thighs and couldn't help but smile at it.
She purposefully stretched in front of him, emphasizing her hips more when she leaned forward.
The blonde swallowed the lump in his throat seeing her stretched like that before a voice interrupted the two.
"Oi! Stop flirting already! And Neptune! Naruto-kun also ogled my thighs! Not only yours!" U-Black Heart remarked with a reddened face.
"I agree with Black Heart here." U-Green Heart said with a voice devoid of emotion, a bit irked by the way the CPU in front of her flirted with the blonde. "Come, I'll show you who's the superior one."
"Hmph!" An Odachi materialized in Purple Heart's hands as she entered her stance and purple energy wings appeared behind her.
In an instant, Purple Heart disappeared and was high in the air with her sword trying to cleave Leanbox's CPU in two.
'I won't be able to dodge!'
U-Green Heart raised her spear trying to block the incoming overhead slash.
To her surprise, it wasn't heavy, which then disrupted her balance.
Purple Heart exaggerated her overhead swing before she pulled back, giving her enemy another slash but this time coming from below.
The greenette managed to block the incoming attack with her spear, however this time it was heavier and she lost her grip as she was being launched into the air.
Purple Heart entered the Iai stance before she flew toward the greenette and delivered a large diagonal slash using the back of her sword.
"Argh!"
U-Green Heart cried in pain as she fell to the ground even though it was the back of the Odachi that got her.
"How was my Critical Edge!? Hurt, doesn't it!?" Neptune yelled out with her sword on her shoulder.
U-Green Heart shot a glare at her.
"U-uh-oh…"
Several green portals formed behind the CPU.
"A-an EXE drive with no hesitation!?"
Wind spears formed in countless numbers in front of the portals, waiting for their command.
"Fire!" U-Green Heart shouted.
Soon, it was raining wind spears toward Purple Heart.
The purplette tried her best to block, parry and deflect the incoming attacks, but it was too much and soon she was overwhelmed by it.
"An EXE Drive at the bat is cheating!" Purple Heart groaned from the ground. While her wounds weren't bad, she'd definitely needed some time to heal.
"Hmph! I'll do anything to win and since you're out of fighters, I wi–"
"Not so fast!"
Naruto interrupted as he made several clones.
"Oh? And what can one person– oh…wow… there are a lot of Naruto…"
All the clones charged at U-Green Heart with their weapons drawn but it was futile since the CPU was faster and stronger than him.
It didn't help when his clones disappeared with one hit.
Being distracted with the clones, U-Green Heart didn't notice someone lurking from behind with a giant sphere of energy in his palm.
It didn't reach the CPU though since it was dispelled with one hit.
Naruto groaned as the last of his clones was destroyed.
Making another group of clones, this time they were in pairs before each one of the clones held a massive Rasengan in their hand.
The clones who were free then began to carry the clones with Rasengan before throwing each one of them with full strength, rocketing toward U-Green Heart.
The CPU smirked.
With a swing of her spear, a torrent of gust blew away all the clones approaching her.
"Oi! Aren't you a bit too OP!?" Purple Heart claimed as she was now on her feet though still wobbling.
"Blame the author!" U-Green Heart retorted before she noticed the original Naruto and his remaining clones were running to her with a weird hand sign.
"Oh? You're approaching me?"
"I can't beat you up if I don't, right!?" Naruto remarked before they jumped.
U-Green Heart prepared herself for what's coming before the clones poofed in smoke.
Purple Heart, U-Black Heart and Iris Heart watched in anticipation before geysers of blood exploded from their nose.

U-Green Heart took it the hardest since she was the target of… a group of naked Naruto rubbing their bodies on the CPU.
"Hey there beautiful."
"Do you wanna play?"
"You're hot."
"I've been ogling your chests and ass. I've got to say, they're perfect."
"Want to get to know me better? I can lend you an hour or two."
U-Green Heart smiled pervertedly with blood dripping from her nose as she dropped her spear and her hands began to touch the group of Naruto.
"Oh my~ yes please! Take me here, I want to get to know you! Touch these tits and ass–"
A fist hit her head hard.
U-Green Heart reverted to her normal form, twitching on the ground with a perverted smile.
The clones then turned to the other CPUs and winked at them.
They too passed out with a satisfied smile, reverting to their normal form.
Naruto then dispelled his clones, deadpanning at the girls.
"...I can't believe that worked… too well even…"

Naruto had to carry the CPUs including U-Vert to Leanbox's Basilicom using his clones after it.
U-Vert was the first one who recovered, and when she learned she lost a battle, she pouted like a child, and wanted a rematch.
The CPUs regained consciousness as well as Plutia started to giggle like a pervert since she didn't forget what Naruto just did when he fought U-Green Heart.

It took awhile, but eventually, Naruto managed to convince U-Vert to come along with the plan they talked about earlier.
It wasn't an easy task though, but since Naruto technically won the bet, that did help him a little bit.
When he offered her the latest consoles, and games, and Naruto would visit her sometimes, she quickly accepted the deal.
Eventually, the CPUs left Leanbox, to go back to Planeptune to tell the good news to Mini Histoire.
However, U-Noire, and Neptune couldn't erase that memory of naked Narutos in their mind, and unknown to each other, the both of them started to plan something with Naruto when they returned to the Basilicom.

Vert was seen in her room doing a photoshop on Naruto's picture by removing the girls in the frame.
"Oh~ goody~ Naru-chan is growing up really well~" But then a frown marred her face.
The blonde missed three years of the Uzumaki's life in just three days, moreover… her eyes darted to the other Noire, Neptune, Arfoire and this girl with a doll in her hands. "Some unknown hussies are going after my Naru-chan~ I can't let that happen, can I~?"
She continued to photoshop the picture and felt excited in doing so.
Having a great idea, she took Minato's old photo with her and replaced him with Naruto.
"This is so sinful~ but no one knows about it~"
Another urge hit her before her photoshop went to an extreme level that she removed Naruto's clothing in the picture.
With ragged breath, she clicked the command prompt to execute it, it was then the door to her room was kicked open.
"There you…are…" Blanc froze in her spot seeing the nude picture of her brother. "W-W-What in the world are you doing to my brother's picture, you damned pervert!" Blanc shouted as she covered her eyes though there were small gaps between her fingers.
"I'm gonna print them, what else?" Vert answered nonchalantly.
"P-p-print them out!?"
"Yup." She drew the 'p' at the end of it. "Do you want one, Blanc? It'll be our little secret~"
"I-I…"
The CPU swallowed the lump in her throat.
"I…want one…"
Vert beamed a smile before she teased her.
"You perv~ looking at your brother with that kind of interest~"
"I-I-I'm not! This is for research! Yes, research!" Blanc retorted a bit too heatedly.
"Yes, yes, I believe you~" Vert gave her the picture. "Here you go~ keep it safe~"
Blanc took it in her hand quickly before hiding it inside her coat.
She began to turn around to leave before stopping and glaring at Vert.
"No one must know about this."
Vert nodded with a smile.
Though after she left, Vert picked up the hidden camera recording the whole conversation.
"Blackmail material, get~" Her eyes moved to the screen with Naruto's photoshopped pic again. "Fufufu~ I can't wait to see you in person, Naru-chan~ Auntie can't wait~"
Vert licked her lips sensually.

With the sister in her own room.
Asuna couldn't help but stare at the pictures in her hands.
One with Naruto and Neptune in another dimension, the other with Naruto being topless which was a candid photo and the last one was when Naruto took a picture with only the two of them.
Her eyes gazed at the second picture before switching to the first one.
She knew she had feelings for Naruto even though she was just 12 years old.
Asuna thought that it was just a simple crush but when she lost him that day and she cried all night, she knew that it wasn't just a fleeting feeling.
Being taught how the world works, Asuna had more mature thinking than girls her age, possibly even more so than Neptune herself.
She put aside the first and the second photos and kept the third one in her hands as she looked at it.
Pulling it closer, she placed a kiss on Naruto's picture in the frame.
With a soft smile, her eyes slowly closed.
Unknown to the sister, Vert was observing her all the time from the hidden camera in her room.

With a certain black-haired girl.
The moment she got the picture from Histy, she hurriedly ran back home and went inside her room.
She had been waiting for this kind of miracle to happen.
When Naruto started growing up nicely, she had paid more attention to his body and couldn't help but want to take a picture of it for a personal purpose.
