that is the better training then mastering the change in chakra, rather trying to hurry to master the flaming fist technique i should increase my speed to rock lee when he took of the weights against gara, if i train my body for two months to increase my speed to level of rock lee and combine it with my chakra enhanced speed and body flicker, i would be much faster and the increase in strength would really help.
