Stargate Korr 16
Upon arriving at the SGC, 00 began to transport the wounded soldiers to her bioship to repair their lost limbs. After fifteen minutes, the fifteen affected soldiers were returned to the SGC, and she activated the portal of her ship to go to the planet of the creator.
...
00 arrived behind an armchair. It was a room that had posters hanging from video game characters, and a man sitting in front of a new model of pc, with led lights and bright cables that adorned everything, it looked like the decoration of an electronics store.
The man sitting in the chair, which looked like a racing car seat, was tall, ash-white hair and by what it seemed he had an athletic body and wore sports clothes and shoes, which looked comfortable. He was facing away and his face was not visible, but by his posture, one could tell that he was between twenty and thirty years old, closer to twenty than thirty.
"Creator, the supreme commander of the Asgard fleet, Thor, wants to see you" 00 informed. The man who was playing a video game did not even turn around making a gesture with his hand.
"Hello 00, tell him that I am a very busy person, we will talk later, I will also read the mission report later" said the man without paying attention.
"Creator, he insists" said 00. The man shook his head while continuing to pay all his attention to the game.
"00, Shaiya is already online, and thanks to the speed of my network, I have managed to register first and earn a fixed shot potion for full criticals, a fast potion that increases my movement speed by one, a mastery potion, that increases my attack speed by one level.
"Thanks to this, I just started half an hour ago and I'm already level 5. I still have an hour and a half of potions left, I can't leave the game now, tell Thor that I'm too busy" insisted the man.
"Creator, he was about to insist vehemently" said 00 indifferently.
"Insist vehemently? What does that mean?" asked the man without stopping playing or looking sideways.
"It means that he can get violent if he does not talk to him" explained 00. The man sighed with dismay.
"Did he find out that you are an improved version of the replicators? Isn't that something cowardly? I thought Thor was a tough guy and that wouldn't bother him too much" he said with strangeness-. But if he is upset it is better to talk. When the Asgard threaten with violence it is because they already have their hand on the trigger of the weapon to shoot if the answer is not positive. Okay, tell him we can talk but I'm not going to let the potions go to waste, we'll talk in two hours.
"00, do you think I have to put on my god suit and sit on my throne? If he is so arrogant as to threaten my envoy I suppose I have to be equally arrogant. By the way, just in case activate your shields to the maximum" he advised while continuing playing.
"Do you plan to use anything else to impress him?" asked 00.
"Yes, do you think I should tell the children to step away from the throne? Before I thought it would be cool and intimidating to see my collection of servants and it would make me look arrogant proud and somewhat dangerous but Egeria first accused me of mistreating creatures and then tried to sexually abuse me. If you didn't save me that shameless round ass would have turned me into her lap dog," sighed the creator dejectedly.
"The Creator, at no time did he take his attention away from the game. 00 sighed inwardly. If the asgard had insisted, she would have connected him directly with her creator, and what happened next would be memorable. 00 wondered if her creator would order her to erase everyone's memories, or just send them to the warehouse, to keep their mouths shut.
"Creator, I think it is preferable that you meet with the asgard in your offices on Earth, that will show part of your position in the negotiation" explained 00, advancing and making room to snuggle in his chest. The creator made room for her.
"00, have you made any progress in awakening 01?" asked the Creator. 00 had completely forgotten about 01.
"I think I can safely wake him up in a couple of days" said 00. She had no doubt that 01 had learned his lesson after spending two years sleeping.
…
Korr closed his game with a grimace. The improved Shaiya was a marvel, with millions of players in it. Korr was already a level eight warrior. He had also gotten some junk equipment, and he could do the level 8 quest, for the noble set. In the original game, the noble set was a beginner's trash, and it couldn't be recreated, but now he had modified the missions to get a real set, some jewels to link and linking hammers to improve the chances. The pencils were level four and not worth much, but they would make leveling easier for those who cared to understand the game and how it worked.
Korr sighed, and got up dejectedly. He transported himself to the stargate.
Jet, his First Prime, arrived in a flash of light, accompanied by ten other jaffas, with their armor and helmets closed. They carried nothing in their hands, all their weapons were in their storage bracelets.
"Will my god leave the planet?" asked Jet.
"Yes, I'm heading to Earth for a meeting with the asgard" said Korr taking a step and changing his god suit for an executive suit of suit and tie.
Jet touched a device on his hand and his armor was replaced by a formal suit and his prime mark disappeared. By his height, musculature and menacing face, Jet was the perfect example of a bodyguard. The jaffas behind him imitated him, changing their appearance.
Korr continued advancing and activated the portal with a gesture of his hand to cross it and reach 00's bioship. When the jaffas crossed, Korr deactivated the portal and transported them all to his offices on Earth.
His offices were located in the headquarters of his video game company, which occupied three floors of a building in New York.
One floor was for the servers, where there was a biosphere with almost unlimited capabilities and that would never require maintenance, because an automatic program took care of the administration and security risks. It also ensured that there were no thefts in the game or that players did not cheat by eliminating the human factor from the equation.
The second floor was for the developers, writers and other employees in charge of the story, scenario development and evolution of the game. They made everything look better and took care of having thousands of models of objects that players could use and exchange.
The third floor was for the executive offices and where his office of fifteen by ten meters was located.
His office had a simple design, with a desk, a large black armchair without chairs for guests because it was a throne room and no petitioners were allowed to sit down, a small bar, dwarf palms in the corners, an aquarium and walls adorned with realistic 3d prints of characters from his game Shaiya. There were no computers because Korr did not need them.
Korr sat down in his armchair and the jaffas took positions.
Just a few seconds after sending the coordinates, a scanner passed over the building and Thor appeared in front of him, sitting on an asgard throne. He did not seem willing to stand up.
The jaffas tensed up when they saw the asgard. Korr made his eyes glow to indicate that he was a symbiote, although the asgard had already scanned the place, and must have all the biological data of him and his jaffas who were not using any shield to cover themselves, only the biospheres that protected him were hidden.
"Goa'uld, I am Thor, supreme commander of the asgard fleet. What do you intend by providing help to Earth?" asked Thor with a solemn tone.
"Commander Thor, you can call me Emperor Korr" said Korr leaning back from the backrest of his armchair to get comfortable, after reactivating all his shields. "As for the humans of Earth, I think my intentions are evident, since I am giving them technology. So my intentions for this planet are very different from the rest of the system lords" explained Korr.
"That's not what you said in our last encounter" accused Thor.
"In our last encounter, I did not want you to meddle in my affairs, and compromise my plans for this planet" said Korr.
"Now I can reveal your identity to the SGC, so I don't see that anything has changed" threatened Thor. Korr smiled.
"Go ahead, humans have always known how to value opportunities and their allies" said Korr without any concern. The only reason he did not present himself at the SGC was simply that he was the emperor. He did not present himself, the petitioners came to him.
"Thor reflected for a few seconds and seemed to reach the same conclusion. If he bet his alliance with the humans against his own, it would be the asgard who would run away. Korr had given them ships, a lot of technology and constant support to Earth. The asgard only included them in their peace treaty, which was a bluff and offered nothing else.
"Emperor? Didn't you introduce yourself as a god last time?" asked Thor after reflecting.
"As I said before, I wanted to keep you away. Now it is no longer necessary and we can talk" offered Korr.
"About the replicators?" asked Thor and it was evident that he was not referring to the human replicators. "Now I understand how you built your shipyard" said Thor. "The replicators endanger this entire galaxy, they are an unstable and impossible to control technology" warned Thor.
"These are not the same replicators that infect your galaxy. These were created by me and, although they have a similar programming, the order to replicate is not present and their central order is also different" explained Korr.
"They are similar enough to pose the same level of threat" replied Thor. Korr did not deny it. Thor reflected for another few seconds.
"Does your empire have plans for the other goa'uld?" he asked changing the subject.
"I plan to bring all the goa'uld to my territory and found a goa'uld empire, without human slaves. I can create hosts which means that we no longer need them. On the other hand, a goa'uld queen can produce hundreds of larvae at a time so we will not need population either. As for the goa'uld madness I have already fixed that and those of my species who do not accept it will have to sleep for a long time until things stabilize" explained Korr.
"If that's what you plan I don't think you'll lack resources to achieve it" said Thor.
"My plans have a price, and it is that as soon as the goa'uld disappear, the galaxy will be in chaos, and will form anarchic organizations and all kinds of criminal alliances, which would not be better than its current state.
"That's why I need someone to take care of the humans, and put some order. That someone is the humans of Earth, that's why I've been making improvements, and helping them keep everything in order, while they promote themselves through the galaxy, so that in the end, everyone knows that thanks to them they are free" explained Korr.
"How do you plan to make your species cooperate with you? The goa'uld are a violent species, that is hostile to other intelligent species and sees them as inferior species" replied Thor.
"That's false. The current goa'ulds are the result of the indoctrination and brainwashing that the queens do to them, combined with a corrupt genetic memory, and the madness caused by the sarcophagi. Proof of this is the Tok'ra. The host also influences them, so I intend to give them blank bodies, like the one I use" explained Korr. Thor reflected for a few seconds.
"Emperor Korr, your argument is reasonable, for the asgard know the Tok'ra. We have also seen the potential in the inhabitants of Earth, unfortunately, we cannot guide them properly, due to the war we are waging" said Thor changing his attitude completely, and showing a glimpse of dejection.
"You can call me Korr. And maybe I can help you with that, the minor replicators are the most dangerous, but also the easiest to defeat, because they have no intelligence, only an adaptive program" explained Korr. "But I think your biggest problem is not the war" he added looking at the small asgard with a skeletal body and huge head.
"You can call me Thor. Samantha Carter has informed me that part of the technology you use has an organic base. Can I know where you got it?" asked Thor.
"An encounter outside this galaxy, with a species whose development took another course" said Korr.
"You have traveled many places" said Thor.
"I like to explore, but above all, I like my days of peace" said Korr. Thor looked at him and nodded.
"The genetic technology present in your body and in those of the jaffa warriors who serve you is promising. I will present your proposal to the great asgard council" said Thor. "However, my position on the replicators is shared by my own, they will not agree that this technology is free to use, as humans say, it is an explosive device without any temporal control" added Thor. Korr laughed.
"It's a ticking bomb"" corrected Korr. "And I'm afraid we don't agree on that, because from my point of view I'm not in any danger" said Korr.
Thor did not seem satisfied. Korr supposed that the asgard could still plot against him, but by this time Korr already had a good relationship with Earth and if they attacked they would become an external enemy of the whole galaxy of the Milky Way. The asgard also had all the odds against them due to their scarcity of ships and resources for their war with the replicators. Thor seemed to reach the same conclusion because he nodded.
"I will raise this before the council, Goa'uld named Korr we will meet again" said Thor.
"Asgard Thor" said Korr as a greeting and Thor returned to his ship. The sensors of the Amaterasu sent the report of his departure from Earth's orbit.
Korr had already done everything he could to get along with them, offering them the anti-replicator weapon and a cure for their genetic disease, but Thor did not do his part, and Korr would not beg for an alliance, nor give anything for free. The asgard would be a great support to his plans, but if they got stubborn, he would simply let them go extinct and problem solved.
Korr shrugged and transported himself along with his jaffas to return to the Amaterasu and his own planet.
…
Two weeks after Thor's departure, Daniel was in the middle of a strategic meeting with the president of the United States, who wanted to hear from his flagship team what they thought of the situation with the goa'uld, motivated by the fact that they already had resources and defense instruments to face an invasion.
Because of this, his government was already considering revealing the stargate project and asking for help from other countries against the threat.
Jack was explaining to him why the goa'uld were treacherous snakes and why they should not trust the Tok'ra, who were of the same species and looked down on them, when the stargate was activated with an unscheduled call and the meeting was canceled.
…
"Close the iris and activate the shields" ordered General Hammond as soon as he entered the command room, but the electricity failed and everything went dark.
"The systems are not working" said the person in charge.
The portal was activated without an iris and without shields to protect the command room. A few seconds later, Thor came out of the portal.
"It's Thor" said Jack and ran to the portal room. Daniel hurried behind him.
If the asgard came through the portal, it was that something serious was happening, because their ships crossed the galaxy in minutes and they had never used the stargate.
80. …
A few minutes later, Thor had explained the situation to them. The war against the replicators was not going well and Thor came to ask for strategic support.
His group looked at each other, undecided about who should ask the obvious question, but in the end it was decided when General Hammond looked at him, because he was the diplomat of the group.
"Commander Thor, have you spoken to our allies? They have already suggested that they could help you with this problem" probed Daniel. Thor looked at him for a few seconds and Daniel got a little nervous.
"We have had a meeting, but the asgard council has decided not to deal with your allies, because they consider that they endanger this galaxy, because we have indications that they use replicator technology" said Thor.
Daniel made a face, but that was very possible, because of the origin of 00 and 03. It was evident that they did not see problems in using the technology of the replicators and as the asgard were at war with them this would create a conflict of interests.
"It's an incredible technology…" Daniel cleared his throat before Sam made the asgard put them on their blacklist too.
Daniel sometimes worried about his team's lack of diplomatic understanding.
"Commander Thor, we understand the asgard point of view on this technology, our allies have told us about it, and how the replicators have decimated entire civilizations in different galaxies" said Daniel, to make clear that they were aware of the danger. Thor looked at him and nodded, to indicate that he could continue in his explanation.
"Well, knowing this, do you think they would use this technology without taking measures? Have the asgard investigated the matter, or have they refused to provide you with information on it?" asked Daniel.
"No, but we know this technology in depth, and we are sure that it cannot be controlled, so explanations are unnecessary" explained Thor calmly.
Daniel was stunned for a whole second, realizing that his team was not the only one who had problems with diplomacy.
"Thor…" Daniel cleared his throat again before Jack messed up and made his job harder.
"Commander Thor, don't you think it is possible that our allies have a knowledge that may be a little above yours? As you said, they have indeed controlled, or so it seems, a technology that you have not been able to master.
"Of course, maybe I'm wrong, but if you don't talk about it, it's hard to reach an understanding. Maybe if you talked about it, the asgard could also tell them directly where their calculations are failing and why you think they are acting wrong" proposed Daniel.
Thor took about ten seconds to reflect.
"It is possible" he said in the end. "We will send a diplomatic delegation later. This matter of now is priority" he added. Jack rolled his eyes.
"Thor, your whole species is in danger, just go and ask to talk again" said Jack. Thor looked at him and Daniel sighed.
"I think his advice is appropriate" said Thor reluctantly and the device he carried in his hand glowed, then disappeared, and the stargate closed.
"It's always good to make our allies reconsider their positions and not kill each other because of some techno-bugs from outer space" said Jack. Daniel sighed again.
…
Thor had sent a message with a request for an audience with the goa'uld named Korr. The answer was a transport in front of a portal that started to activate in front of him.
This meant that the goa'uld had a base or a ship near Earth, which was invisible to his sensors.
Thor made a face, but as the humans said, the fate of the asgard should not be taken lightly. He was the supreme commander of the asgard fleet and had a responsibility to his own, even if he had to deal with that arrogant goa'uld, so he crossed the portal.
Thor did not see where he was taken, because as soon as he came out he was transported again and now he was on the bridge of a ship. His locator beacon told him he was on the other side of the galaxy, in the territory of the goa'uld named Korr.
Thor looked around. He had already seen this bridge. It was an asgard design, although the decoration was goa'uld. He was on the ship he faced a little over a year ago and the goa'uld named Korr was also sitting on the same throne although he was alone.
Thor took a deep breath, he never thought the day would come when he would have to reconsider a position with respect to a goa'uld.
Emperor Korr, it is possible that our previous conversation ended somewhat hastily" said Thor. He was not going to apologize to a goa'uld, even if this goa'uld was more similar to the so-called tok'ra.
It is possible that we both rushed things" said the goa'uld, surprising him by accepting part of the blame. "I have received a communication from my envoys on Earth, I understand that your situation is urgent, if you give me the coordinates, I will help you solve it, and then we can continue this conversation" proposed Korr. Thor hurried to nod, because indeed the situation was urgent.
Thor sent the coordinates and the ship entered hyperspace, deploying an intergalactic map, so that Thor could see the direction and speed of displacement of the ship. Thor kept a serene face, but the speed of this ship far exceeded his fastest models, even the O'Neill, currently under construction, would be easily surpassed.
"Our hyperdrives are the same, but this ship uses a power source similar to an Ancient Potentian" explained Korr. That explained its speed. Thor transmitted new coordinates.
"With this power source, we will not need reinforcements, we can go straight to battle" explained Thor, who no longer saw it necessary to look for his own ship. Korr nodded and the course of the ship was changed.
…
The goa'uld ship arrived at its destination and its sensors picked up the data from the surroundings. A few hundred kilometers away from them there was a battle between eight asgard ships, three of them infected by replicators.
"You have control of the communications" said Korr and Thor recognized the asgard design interface and also the communication technology, which was his own.
This confirmed what 00 said, they indeed had all their technology. Thor hurried to open a channel with his own fleet, because it was evident that despite outnumbering the replicator-infected ships, they were losing the battle and their ships already had serious damage.
The replicator ships detected the signal and classified them as a greater threat than their fleet, so the three ships left their targets, ignoring them completely and concentrated fire on Korr's ship, which was identified on the interface as the Leviathan.
"Alteran shields, if anything has to be recognized it was that they were specialists in this area" said Korr. "Besides, if it's not a particle beam, you can forget about doing anything" he added and the communication system reported the deployment of a powerful weapon.
"Wait…
"Don't worry, it won't affect your ships, it's an anti-replicator weapon. The Leviathan's shields will withstand the damage without any problem, but I don't want these brainless bugs to get any data about the Leviathan and then chase it to see if they can bite it" explained Korr as his ship fired a wave weapon that covered hundreds of kilometers.
The asgard ships sent alarm messages but the wave reached them and nothing happened. However the ships infected by the replicators lost their shields and parts of their hulls that had been replaced by replicator blocks had now disappeared.
In the communications Thor received the data of the weapon used and it was easy for him to recognize its bases, because they had already tried to use a similar weapon, but in the end it was a failed project.
Thor replied to the ships of the asgard fleet, to indicate that the replicators were destroyed and ask if they captured any message sent before their destruction. He was also concerned that the replicators would find out about this ship, because if they obtained the technology to create power sources like the one this ship had, the asgard would be doomed. His fleet replied that they had not picked up any signal, the replicators barely seemed to prepare to obtain data.
"That's good, I haven't tracked anything either" said Korr who was also looking at the communications.
"I suppose we can now negotiate" said Thor, feeling that his people had a little room to breathe.
"Where do we start" asked Korr raising an eyebrow.
The communication interface indicated that the asgard ships had sent a message.
"I have requested that my flagship be brought to this place, to negotiate properly" said Thor.
The asgard council would not accept negotiations made while their fleet commander was on a goa'uld ship. Korr nodded.
"Interesting, you have managed to sneak an encrypted communication through my communication network" praised Korr.
"I have learned it from the replicators, they have specialized in infiltrating our communication systems" admitted Thor. "However, the rate at which they adapt to our technology is much higher than we adapt to theirs" he added with regret.
"Yes, it is a technology that adapts to achieve maximum efficiency in each branch, although this is also its weak point and what makes it easy to overcome" said Korr.
"Do you mean the human weapons?" asked Thor and Korr nodded.
"If you don't give them anything to adapt to, then their advantage disappears, because they are not intelligent" said Korr.
Thor had to admit that until the humans entered his ship and swept the replicators from it, using projectile weapons, the asgard did not understand that this was a weak point of the replicators.
"It's too late to use that method, the replicators already have all our technology" said Thor with regret, watching how his ships scanned the ships that had been infected and confirmed the destruction of the replicators.
…
A few minutes later Thor's ship arrived and he transported himself to it, occupying his own asgard throne. The asgard of the other ships, already started the recovery work of the three ships that were now free of the replicators.
Korr was satisfied with the current situation. The last time, his arrogance got the better of him and he threw aside his plans when the gray dwarf got arrogant in front of him, so he didn't bother to explain anything further. Then he realized that without the asgard present he would always have to watch over Earth and act as a guardian.
That meant he had screwed up big time, but he was not willing to call the asgard and give explanations, much less apologize when the gray dwarf was the first to act arrogantly. He might go to war over it and the asgard would go extinct, but that would be the asgard's fault not his.
Fortunately for Korr, exterminating the asgard was not necessary, because Thor came and the SGC convinced him to talk again, so Korr didn't have to do anything. Earth's trust in him helped with the negotiations.
"Emperor Korr, the asgard council appreciates your help, but the use of the replicators is something that concerns all asgard alike, because we understand how dangerous this technology is" explained Thor. Korr smiled and sent his own research and programming of the replicators under his command.
"I know this technology and its risks, so I have thought of every eventuality for its programming" said Korr with a smile. He was quite confident in his work and knew that Thor was about to eat his own arrogance.
Thor examined the data for a few seconds and then looked at him without wanting to speak.
"These are not the replicators we know" said Thor reluctantly.
"As I said before, in my travels, I have found another base of knowledge about the replicators, which allowed me to create my own programming. Of course, I didn't change much of the base program, because In this case, the replicators would be easy to hack" explained Korr. "With this, do you think that these replicators will get out of my control?" he added.
Thor made an almost imperceptible grimace. The programming of the replicators they knew was made by an android with a childlike mind. The one of his own was corrected by himself, who already knew how the replicator program would act.
"It is unlikely" admitted Thor. As swallowing his words must have cost him a lot, Korr did not insist and just nodded.
"It is possible that the situation in which you lose control of the replicators you have created does not come, but can you assure that those who serve you can assure the same?" asked Thor.
It was evident that he was not referring to 00 and the others, but to the goa'uld who served him. Korr clenched his teeth, because he could not deny that possibility.
"If the goa'uld who follow you try to program this technology, could they do it safely?" asked Thor. Korr looked at him with hostility. This gray troll was too vengeful and wanted him to eat his words too.
"It is possible" snapped Korr and Thor nodded.
Korr had to admit that any of his lesser lords could cause a disaster if they tried to create a replicator and one of them had already tried to steal it. The goa'uld were not an example of loyalty.
"I am willing to destroy the replicators after the situation in the galaxy is stable" said Korr, because the replicators were his backup plan if something went wrong.
Korr was not going to get rid of his backup plan for fear of a possible disaster. However, after they were no longer needed, it would be an unnecessary risk.
"I'm glad you're reasonable on this point" said Thor.
"I'm also glad that the asgard are reasonable" replied Korr.
"What would you ask for the anti-replicator weapon technology?" asked Thor.
"Korr had already obtained all the technology of the asgard and supposed that they were already doing their part not to hold him accountable for what he did not force the situation.
"Time. I don't want to force things on Earth and I want them to go at their own pace and overcome their own problems. With the anti-replicator weapon, you will be free of them and you will be able to intervene in the Milky Way, protecting Earth.
"If this happens, it is possible that they will decide to abandon the fight and accept your protection, leaving the rest of the galaxy in chaos. I don't want Earth to end up like an asgard zoo" said Korr sincerely.
The worlds protected by the asgard were mere display fish tanks, if they did the same on Earth, this would be a tragedy for him.
"The asgard also think that Earth could become a peace force for their galaxy, so we agree to "not interfere" in their development" said Thor emphasizing his words.
Korr looked at him seriously, apparently his intervention did not please them either, but those words reminded him of things he preferred not to remember.
"I'm not trying to create a party or political current, I'm just making sure they keep their heads while they advance, because they also have the potential to become a great "disaster"" replied Korr with a calm tone.
"That would be their decision…
"Their decision?" asked Korr angrily and his eyes glowed, but he hurried to control himself.
Korr took a deep breath, he really hated that word. He had heard it many times in his past life. He had doubted whether to erase it from his memory, despite not being an implanted memory, they were things that made him lose his temper and it was evident that he could never get them out of his head. Now he also realized why he did not erase that part of his memory, it was that he could not let go of his hatred.
Korr looked at Thor, who looked at him with what he supposed was an expression of surprise on his face.
"On Earth there are billions of people and their governments do not represent even five percent of them" explained Korr briefly.
"I understand" said Thor. "We will evaluate more closely the situation on Earth" he added and Korr nodded. He passed him the information about the anti-replicator weapon.
"Can you do anything to help with our genetic research?" asked Thor, moving on to the topic of their genetic disease.
"If it's about a new body capable of containing all your knowledge and memories without diminishing your intelligence and even improving your brain abilities, there's no problem, because it's something I can already do" said Korr pointing to himself. "But I think that's not what the asgard want.
»If any body were acceptable to you, you could well pass your consciousness to a symbiote or even to a ship or android body" Thor nodded to confirm his words. The asgard wanted to remain asgard and would not accept anything else. "Your genetic material has degenerated for thousands of years, reversing engineering it while making improvements to adapt your new abilities is possible using the biotechnology knowledge I have, which are far superior to yours, but such research will take at least three years since we can only test different combinations in your evolutionary path until we achieve repairing the damage.
»This time is not exact, but the time that the bioship will take to execute all the possible simulations on your genetic material and obtain a stable sample. The experiment could be completed in the first simulation or in the last, it all depends on luck" explained Korr. Thor seemed surprised.
"The asgard had not thought of that approach, we do not have the technology to calculate and simulate the advance of a species or its future evolutionary improvements" explained.
"This is one that I have developed by combining information from various technological bases and I know a species whose origin was a genetic experiment and all their genetic material is a complete map for genetic engineering" explained Korr.
Korr already had a viable body for the asgard, thanks to the Wraith and his simulation experiments with the asgard genetic material, but it was a body that did not evolve or adapt, no more than a droid. Korr did not consider it a success and he would not present an incomplete experiment as his work, that was far below him and more when he could achieve perfection.
"As soon as it is ready I will contact you, you can apply these few advances for now" said Korr transmitting information to stabilize the genetic degeneration of the asgard clones by means of a Wraith cell treatment.
The Wraith cells were the origin of the bionanites and the asgard could also turn them into a biological weapon, but they did not have the knowledge of the Wraith in genetics, so it would take them a lifetime to modify something.
Thor checked the information and looked surprised again.
"Part of this genetic information corresponds to the ancients" said Thor.
"This was one of their many attempts to modify their own genetics and extend their lives. From my point of view, it is a resounding success, but for the ancients it was another failure. On the other hand, these cells are extremely aggressive and so far I have not found anything capable of resisting them, not even a goa'uld symbiote, so they are ideal as a bioengineering tool" explained Korr.
"That certainly is an alternative use" said Thor.
"Well, I think that's all, I have important matters to attend to" said Korr and Thor nodded.
The asgard ships infected by the replicators were starting to move again. Korr did not suggest any war strategy either, because the asgard already knew the replicators and knew that if they started using the new weapon indiscriminately, sooner or later the replicators would adapt to it and they would have problems again.
Korr activated the hyperdrive and returned to his own empire. Shaiya was starting and he had to take advantage of all the initial advantages, he could not leave his game for minor matters with the asgard.

The Unknown.
The Unknown walked towards the bridge of command of a ha'tak. As he did so he observed the jaffas who were on their way and who stopped bowing their heads to greet him. Some passed by considering that their guard duties were more important than the presence of a god before them.
The Unknown had also observed other goa'uld on this ha'tak who took this behavior as normal despite being a clear sign of their own decay.
The Unknown did not bother to correct it, he just noted in his mind each of the goa'uld present. He would later give an example with them.
…
Upon arriving at the bridge, the Unknown saw Apophis sitting on his throne, escorted by four jaffas and self-indulging with two human women who caressed his face. "Pathetic parasite," thought the Unknown. It would always be a shame for him that this low creature forced him to retreat once.
The Unknown looked at Apophis with contempt, standing firm. His current appearance was his body, surrounded by a shield of psychic power that allowed him to interact with this plane of existence, but what Apophis saw was a human host, of light skin, 1.68 m, half bald and somewhat chubby, who bowed to him.
"Nut, your god congratulates you on your success" praised Apophis. "Do you want any reward for your achievements?" he asked.
"Serving my god is my highest reward" said the Unknown, or that's what Apophis thought he heard, because he was actually just looking at him with contempt and everything Apophis saw and heard was an illusion.
The Unknown could control this shameful parasite with ease, but he did not want a position among the system lords. For now he had to remain hidden, because there was not enough chaos and if he revealed himself, taking Apophis' place, the system lords and Korr would fall on him.
The Unknown did not fear the system lords, but Korr was different, he could not face him having flies buzzing in his ears. The system lords had to be in chaos so that Korr could not use them against him.
To complete this plan, the Unknown had infiltrated Apophis' ranks and now earned his trust to pit him against Korr, which would not be difficult for him, because he had kidnapped his queen and taken the body that Apophis planned to use to change hosts. He did not attack because he knew that Korr had a superior fleet and had achieved greater control over naquadriah and that made him back off. The Unknown had taken care of removing that fear by increasing the efficiency of the naquadriah power source by thirty percent.
"Nut, you have done a great job, your god is pleased. If you achieve what you have promised, I will name you commander of ten of my ha'tak" offered Apophis. "For now I will put one of my ha'tak at your disposal" he added Apophis and the illusion bowed.
"My god, I also have another project that will be worthy of your glory and with the new power source I think it is possible" proposed the illusion with some emotion and raised his hand to display a hologram of a Ha'tak ship five times larger than the current ones, with more cannons and more firepower.
Apophis's eyes shone. The Unknown knew that he was working on his own flagship, so the Unknown offered him this one that was a more advanced model. He didn't want Apophis to hesitate to attack Korr and Korr's flagship was a big deterrent for the system lords.
Apophis did not hesitate and sent one of his servants to take the plans of the ship.
"You will surely be rewarded for this" said Apophis with a smile that promised future revenges.
The Unknown also smiled with satisfaction. Making this shameful parasite commit suicide caused him some amusement.
NA 1: Korr and the Asgard take their first steps to reach an agreement. The Unknown continues to plan his rise to power, without Korr being able to detect him. Heru-ur and Apophis are in his sights.
NA 2: Korr has not asked for anything in return for the anti-replicator weapon, because he has already kept all the Asgard technology and they were not happy with that, although as it was a leak caused by the replicators, they can also not claim legally. Korr also needs them to stay alive, because if the Asgard are not there, he will have to be the one who takes their place to take care of Earth.
Response to comments:
Manalarkinson: I have planned to include Destiny in the fic, but not yet. This part of the fic will be only about the Goa'uld and then the Ori will follow. I have already written the end of this stage with the Goa'uld to make sure that things do not get out of control along the way and now I am filling in the gaps to get there. The MC could reach Destiny without problems, but he does not know its location or the location of its coordinates.
Meren77, demon87: I'm glad you like the fic.
