Reg and Rup get to the tree house and Kreacher keys them half way. Reg keeps his disguise. "Are you going to be able to be Sterlinge the whole year?"
"I will, I have enough polyjuice potion. As much as our supply of shrinking solution. If it doesn't work, kreacher can help me with a glamor charm."
"I can help you too," Rup says.
"You can do glamor charms?" Reg asked.
"Yeah," Rup replied. "I can pull a mean glamor charm. Genies are experts at this, I'm apert genie."
"Really?" Reg's eyes lit up. Rup told him about genie glamors. She also told him the truth about her birth. She had the Maledictus curse right when she was an embryo in the early stage. Since she was a maledictus as an embryo, the curse as complete before she was born. The Maledictus curse turned her into a 3/8 genie, 4/8 leprechaun, and 1/8 fairy. It canceled the Wealey curse becsuse she wasn't a witch or had enough Weasely genes for the Weasley curse, so she was a female.
Her mother Lucinda Weasley nee Brown, was told Ruperti was an orphan. The genie simply did a dark ritual so that Lucinda's next child would be a Maledictus in the womb for Leprechaun, genie, and fairy. And the blood curse would completely turn the fetus into leprechaun, genie, and fairy in the womb. This fact was hidden Lucinda so dhe wouldnt be upset. When Ruperti was born Lucinda and Billius also blood adopted her to make her a little more Weasley, unknown to them she became a Weasely again.
Rup realized the terrorizer even had Rup help her with her unborn child becuase she wanted her unborn child to be overly kind/ play the same framed games as the rest of her muggle family, after James got barky.
Rup realized the terrorizer wanted to also rob the blasted off Blacks of money because those Blacks hm helped James for Dorea. Rup realized her initial suspicion was right, the terrorizer was capable of anything especially since she was so manipulative and sneaky.
Rup told Reglaus everything. Before dinner the, Knuts of Black were bugging the muggle house of Petunia and her mum. Petunia's mum was staying with her to help her raise her child.
Rup and Reg knew it wasn't legal to record in private property by muggle law, which somehow still stood during Voldemort's return, becuse he didn't wipe out muggles. It wasn't legal to bug by wizard methods by wizarding laws either, be but the wizard laws were hard to uphold after a fallen ministry. But it was legal to bug by both laws, if the recording or memory or whatever was relevant evidence in court. The recording they got would reveal that Petunia was posjg as Lily and Vernon's squib cousin as James. Vernon's squib cousin was distantly related to the Potters, and could get a stake of the Black fortune if cards were played right.
Which is what do Rup intended to get, relevant evidence from the Petunia and her mum about the clear crimes they were planning. The wizards laws didn't have much in the way of law enforcement during Voldemort's reign, besides knights of Wizarding Houses.
So Rup easily got a shrunken house elf to record Petunia's ten hour gossip ritual with her mumamd catch her sinister plans. Past actions indicated that those two had murderous intentions to Lucinda for the Black fortune. Rup would send any admission of murderous intentions or nefarioua intentions from either muggle during their conversation to the Knights of Black as well as the muggle police.
By dinner time Rup and Sterlinge were at the Great Hall, when an owl landed in a tiny reindeer/gnome. The owl and the tiny reindeer gnome wrestled as the owl dropped a daily prophet on the table. Other owls dropped the Prophet and Quibblers on the table too and got in the way of reindeer gnomes.
This particular owl picked up the gnome and made them a real flying reindeer. Reg threw a stuffed olive at the gnome, who caught it. Rup picked up the Prophet with the title: Dolores Kimberly UmbridgeII: The Wizarding World's Best Kept Secret Scandal!
The article went on to mention Umbridge's screaming fights with an unknown person, Gellert, and a portrait of Helga Hufflepuff's grand neice in Hogsmeade for the first two and the muggle London side of Leaky Cauldron for the latter. The whole time neither Umbridge nor her 'enemies' could be seen. Death Eaters Rowle and Freneir are quoted as saying they find three presences in the alley next to Three Broomsticks, through the Homo Revealous spell cast by Rowle, but they didn't find anyone. They followed the direction of the vocie to there. Fenrir also reports smelling one wizard, and two creatures but again they didn't find anyone. And Frenrir heard a small firecracker go off. The yelling stopped before that. No one found the source of the voice in Muggle London either.
The article speculated whether Umbrdige had a secret child or found Helga Hufflepuff's grand neice's portrait. Or whether Gellert, who wss more heavily guarded by Dumbeldore to protect him against Umbridgr, escaped for awhile. The death eaters sought out a confused Umbridge for answers but she couldn't be found ever since the yelling.
Reg and Rup exchanged smirks ad the whole Great Hall erupted in chatter. They were careful to hide the smirks incase Dumbledore was watching them.
Rup took an issue of the Prophet just to keep an eye on the death eater happenings. They also saw an article in the Quibbler which had everything but the death eaters' quotes. The quibbles just speculated on whether Umbridge the 2nd was a secret weapon for the light side, becauee Umbridge admitted to liking muggle food. The quibbles speculate dif Umbridge's revelation of liking muggle food meant she secretly switched sides.
