Hello, everyone! This is SquareSBdisney100! This is my first story! I am a great person, and I have a big surprise for you all to celebrate my debut! Lately, I've been hearing the new concept in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU): the multiverse. Well, I thought to myself, I like watching SpongeBob and Disney Channel shows. What if there was a way to combine both worlds with that concept? And I found it! You'll learn as the story progresses! Anyway, enjoy it! And if you like it, leave a comment! Chapter One: Prologue
[Across somewhere in time, above the oceanic world, in a futuristic New York City, a sponge and a sea star, named SpongeBob and Patrick, respectively, wearing tarred and ripped black suits with weaponized goggles, are fighting each other on a hoverboard-like glider as it flies through the city. The glider crashes through some buildings as it begins to fly out of control. The former friends are fighting with laser swords as drones are chasing after them.]
SpongeBob: Just give up now, and I'll let you live!
Patrick: Never! I'd rather pick a bone with you.
SpongeBob: That can be arranged.
[As the friends continue fighting, an octopus and a crab, named Squidward and Mr. Krabs, respectively, wearing apocalyptic gear, notice the flying glider and the racing drones.]
Squidward: Looks like a convoy is racing across the city, and such idiotic manners are caused by that.
Mr. Krabs: There's no time for idiotic jokes, Mr. Squidward. We need to stop that glider! (via walkie-talkie) All units, we have our agent battling our enemy across Times Square! All back-up in the area needed immediately! I repeat: all back-up in the area immediately!
[Nearby men, wearing high-tech army suits, run to the area; some drive jeeps and trucks as they follow the glider. The glider crash through more buildings, but a beep is heard, indicating it has run out of fuel. The glider spins out of control as it lands on an abandoned football field. SpongeBob and Patrick fall on opposite sides of the area. They look at each other, menacingly, and pick up their laser swords. They begin circling each other, ready to fight.]
SpongeBob: My master will be really happy to see that the likes of people like you will be gone when I take care of you.
Patrick: It doesn't have to end like this, you know. You can give up now. It's taking control of you.
SpongeBob: (eyes turn dark white as he speaks in a deeper voice) Why would I? You always were nothing but a nuisance to me. You always cause so much trouble not just for me, but for everyone else involved. You were always a disappointment in my eyes.
Patrick: I'm not a disappointment. You were corrupted. Please! You have to stop!
SpongeBob: Never! (briefly becomes back to normal) Run, Patrick, run! (laughs evilly)
[The enemies pick up their swords and start fighting. Patrick gains the upper hand, but the corrupted SpongeBob starts to pick himself up and take down Patrick. Patrick is threatened by SpongeBob's sword.]
SpongeBob: I'll only say this once. Do you yield?
Patrick: No... I do not! (attacks SpongeBob with his sword)
[Suddenly, a yellow-green portal appears. Another SpongeBob and Patrick, alongside a squirrel in an astronaut costume, named Sandy, and some kids (with brown/red/yellow hair), come out.]
SpongeBob: Who are you?
SpongeBob #2: (coughing) I'm... your past self. Me... and Patrick... and these kids... we came to stop what can tear us apart in the future. We came... (is struck by yellow lightning and is promptly knocked out)
Patrick #2: SpongeBob!
[The man is revealed to be another version of SpongeBob, except more darker in skin color. He is wearing an armored suit in purple and black. His hand is smoking from the lighting blast. A squirrel, also in a purple-black spacesuit appears.]
Sandy #2: He had this coming. He was willing to destroy everything we built.
Sandy: Who... is... that?
SpongeBob #3: (speaking in dark voice) You can call me... Anti-SB. The anti-SpongeBob.
[Everyone gasps in horror as drones surround them all.]
Anti-SB: (holding a laser pistol) Everyone, hands in the air! Now!
[Everyone does so, as the unconscious SpongeBob's hands suddenly twitch. Then the screen freezes.]
Present SpongeBob: (voiceover) I know what you're thinking. Who am I, what's happening, who are these kids, and why are there two evil versions of me? Also, why are we in a broken-down city? Well, to be honest, everything's going so fast right now. It's so crazy here. You want to know how this happened? I'll show you, but before we go to the beginning, let me show you something bigger than what is happening here.
[Across another time period, in the future, in Portland, Oregon, a giant, floating ship with airplane wings, arrives near a building. The building is worn down, right near the water. The ship resembles a volcanic island, with lava spewing all over it. After it settles down, numerous drones and soldiers run out of the ship, then settle into position. Future Sandy comes out, flying on high-tech boots.]
Sandy #2: And now, presenting your leader and master, Anti-SB!
[Anti-SB comes out, wearing high-tech goggles, locates the material, on the top of the building. He enters inside, with some soldiers and drones following inside. The inside is broken and damaged, and no one is inside.]
Anti-SB: Keep your guard up. Someone may be inside. The object we are looking for is inside this building.
Soldier #1: (cocks laser pistol) Gotcha, master.
Soldier #2: Spread out.
[As the soldiers and drones surveillance the building, they noticed cocked ruins. The desks are smashed, walls with cracks and chipped paint, rats and ants everywhere. Meanwhile, Anti-SB notices a giant titanium steel door; he easily splits it in half with a platinum blade-like Krabby Patty. He enters the area, completely trashed. The lighting is damaged, and there are two surgical beds on the floor. A yellow light is flashing in the floor in the center of the room. Anti-SB presses it, which open a secret room inside.
Anti-SB: (via radio) We have located the main area. The source of ultimate power is almost in our grasp. Head to the east side of the building; second floor, room 2-8. Our former master will be happy to see us.
[Sandy #2 and many soldiers and drones follow him, and the compartment reveals an elevator-like entrance. They go in, and it goes directly into the nearby ocean, where it approaches a city-like building. They head towards the main center.]
Anti-SB: Ah, my old boss. How does it feel knowing that the world doesn't always revolve the one thing you love most: money?
[The guy is revealed to be Mr. Krabs, except older, with a hood and a slightly shaved white beard. He speaks in a wizard-like voice.]
Wizard Krabs: My time grows thin. Money was an illusion that has broken me. It feels like the sand of a broken beach with glass. (picks up staff) Why have you come here?
Anti-SB: We have come for the pursuit of history's greatest object. (shows a hologram projection of it) This is what we have come here for.
[The object is shown to be a swirling ring-like device in a box, with colors circling over the rings.]
Wizard Krabs: (shocked) Holy shrimp. You don't mean...
Anti-SB: Oh, I mean. The Portal Box. A special relic that can allow the user to open portals across space-time, not just in this universe, but in every universe. This box has the power to allow the user to jump to any dimension they desire. With this power, we can use it to rule this... weak multiverse with an iron fist!
Wizard Krabs: I saw you as crazy, but never like this! You're not fit to wield this power! (fires lightning bolt from his stuff, But Anti-SB easily catches it with his hand; the lightning manifests into a ball) Huh? What the barnacle?
Anti-SB: You were right on one thing: I "was" crazy, but now, I see myself as a god! (throws the lightning ball towards Wizard Krabs)
Wizard Krabs: (shocked) Oh, boy. (gets hit by the lightning ball and is blown across the room; he hits a shelf and falls face-down onto the floor. He groans in pain as he picks himself up along with his slightly-damaged staff) You may be all powerful, but I see both a weakness and a prophecy. (lights his staff and raises it into the air as the lights flicker and an illustration of the events are shown) A special someone, with a big hearted mind, and kind personality, will stop you and your army, and with the aid of helpful friends, he will prove himself to be a special person, who not only sees potential in himself, but in everyone who's willing to do the right thing.
Anti-SB: Wow, that was... a bunch of made-up baloney! No one can stop a god! (shoots Wizard Krabs with lighting again) Now, where is the Box?
Wizard Krabs: I'd rather die than let you have the power to control everything.
Anti-SB: I won't need your look of pettiness to locate the Box, and you won't die immediately; I will instead send you to the Empty Dimension, where no one escapes, and no one will know you even existed. Anti-Sandy, activate the weapon!
[Anti-Sandy activates a portal gun that opens a black-and-white portal]
Wizard Krabs: Okay, I can give you the box! Just don't send me in there!
Anti-SB: Do it. Now.
[Wizard Krabs takes them to his headquarters, where he shows them the Portal Box. But before he can give it to Anti-SB, he suddenly shoots the box with his lightning staff, causing it to open a swirling color-like space-time portal and the box to fly through, with the portal closing immediately afterwards.]
Wizard Krabs: If you think I'd give you the power to rule everything, then you're dumber than a box of rice!
Anti-SB: You're gonna pay for that! Enjoy all the nothing in the Empty Dimension! (throws Wizard Krabs in the portal, who screams in terror as he is being sucked in)
Soldier #1: Sir, we located the coordinates on where the box went. (shows a tracking graph) The box had landed somewhere in... Bikini Bottom... in the past.
Anti-SB: My old home. It'll be such a sight to see it again. Activate some time crystals and set coordinates. We have a box to catch.
[Everyone heads back to the ship. Blue time crystals are activated via a machine and it opens a purple and green rift through which the ship goes in.]
SpongeBob: (voiceover) And that's how all this happened. Now, the question is, how did we get there in that crazy future? Let's start at the beginning.
