Doctor Clark Savage Jr known to many as Doc Savage the Man of Bronze was sitting in his office on the 86th floor of the tallest building in New York. A young blonde woman gets off the elevator. Doc immediately recognizes her as he gets up to greet her

"Pat, what are you doing here? I wasn't expecting you home for another week." Said Doc

Patricia Savage also known as Pat. Pat is Doc's younger cousin, they both have blonde hair which runs in their family genes. Doc is very overprotective of her especially when she's always tagging on his adventures with his buddies the fabulous five.

"So where is the rest of team?" said Pat referring to Fabulous 5

"They're off on a mission of their own." Doc responded

"You let them go without you the Almighty Doc savage?" Said Pat being sarcastic

"They're more than capable handling themselves without me." Said Doc reassuring her

"Well this visit is going to be short because I too am going off on a trip." Said Pat

"Where are you going?" Doc asked

"I've been invited to go on exhibition with my professor Dr. Henry Walton Jones Jr. You remember I told you about him

"Oh yes Indiana Jones." Said Doc

"I was invited because I'm his best student." Said Pat

"I don't know about this Pat, from what I heard about this Indiana Jones that he has a knack for danger." Said Doc

"Like someone else I know." Said Pat referring to Doc

"I won't be there to protect you." Said Doc

"I can take care of myself. Indiana Jones is one best archaeologist in the world I will be fine and if you need reassurance, I'm having lunch with him in an hour why don't you join us?" said Pat with the invitation

"Fine I will." Said Doc accepting the invitation

An hour later Doc meets Pat at the restaurant, they both sat down at the table and wait until suddenly Doctor Walton Jones Jr also known as Indiana Jones walks in. he was dressed in a suit wearing glasses, he sees Pat and goes over to greet her

"Hello Patricia." He said

"I like you to meet my cousin Doctor Clark Savage Jr." said Pat making the introduction

"Oh yes Doc Savage I must say I am very glad to finally meet the Man of Bronze." Said Indy shaking his hand

"It's a pleasure to meet you Doctor Jones." Said Doc

"Doctor Jones is my father's name call me Indy." He suggested

"In that case you can me Doc." He said agreeing with his suggestion

"I'm going to go freshen up." Said Pat excusing herself leaving them alone

"You know Doc, from what I heard about you I'm surprised they haven't made Sunday morning comic strip after you." Said Indy

"Don't be modest Indy, I read about your adventure in finding the lost Ark of Covenant which a lot of people thought was mythical including me". Said Doc

"Patricia tells me that you're concerned about our trip and I can assure you that Patricia will be safe." Said Indy

"Well to be honest that's only one concern I have, you see before I came here, I spoke with a friend of mine you may know him William Harper LittleJohn." Said Doc

"Oh yes how's old Johnny?" Indy asked

"He's told me a lot of things about you. That you're a brilliant archaeologist and a womanizer and that you like them preferably young." Said Indy

"Oh, I see look you got nothing to worry about my relationship with Patricia is strictly Teacher/student. I'll tell you what why don't you come along? it will put your mind at ease." Indy suggested

"Thank you Indy I accept and we can take my plane." Said Doc

Pat comes back and joins the two scientists

"So, is everything okay?" Pat asked

"Yes Patricia, in fact I invited your cousin to join us." Said Indy

"I knew you would do this I don't need a babysitter!" she yelled at Doc

"Calm down Patricia it was my Idea. The more the merrier. I will see you both tomorrow." Said Indy as he leaves the restaurant.
