Description: Heir to the Stein's Family, an offshoot branch of the famous magus family known as the Berthomeloi. The Steins are the only branch family of the Berthomeloi and the conservative family obsessed with 'Perfection' treats them similarly to how they treat something that does not fit their worldview (Zeltrech being a Vamp)- they ignore it.

The Steins are also the only other holders of the Blue Blood. The only reason that other magi do not hound them for their bloodline is because their existence is mostly unknown thanks to the original ancestor that started the family being a friend of the church who took care of any interest that others might have initially had. After generations of the separation from the mystic, they have slipped into obscurity to most of the magi community.

Alexander Stein is a good man who believes in the idea of living by doing things he feels are 'right'. He does not have a code that he will not break, but he does have a firm moral compass. It is also his belief that his nature is influenced slightly by his Origin but the duality of his origin mostly allows him to avoid most of its negative impacts.

If Emiya Shirou is a third grade magus then Alexander Stein is a second grade magus. He is not powerful enough to compete with the likes of Lorelei Berthomeloi, but he can pull his own weight against an opponent like her through the use of Stein's World, Technology, Alchemy and Runic Magecraft.

Weapons like Guns, Jets and Artillery are quite easy to materialise using digistruct.

Questions regarding my boy Alexander's abilities:

Ques. Tracing is unique to Emiya, isn't it? How can Alexander use it?

Ans. Alexander has two methods of replicating Tracing-

First- Using Read/Write to gain all kinds of information(History,Concepts, Knowledge and other things) on an object stored in Stein's World which he can then use projection on.

Second- Using Digistruct to materialise an object from Stein World's Storage Drives directly.

The first method while cheaper in prana cost is always recognised by the world as being a phantasm(Due to its fake nature) and is thus eroded by Gaia.(This is the method that is viable for things that can be created and used quickly like bullets, missiles and runes.)

The seconds method that costs more prana but makes things that are effected less by the world until and unless it is mystic in nature which accelerates the eroison.(This method is more viable for projecting Phantasms AND more important things like armour and machinery that might see long term use.) Alexander can even make an object more realistic by faking a history of creation for a non-phantasmal item that trick the world into believing it is a genuine article.
