Sonic woke up as the sun rises over the horizon of the beach. He groaned as he opened his eyes. His body was feeling sore. He sat up and felt his back.

"Ugh. Geez, What happened last night?" Sonic asked as he placed a hand on his forehead. He then remembered yesterday evening about having a party though Knuckles was the only one who stayed. But after a few beers it all became a blur.

Sonic remembered feeling pain and pleasure mixed in like brownie mix and cake mix put in the same cake pot. But in a different kind of way. He also feels a large mass thrusting him as he moaned in pleasure. It was sweaty, hot, and strangely pleasing. He also remembered feeling his wrists being pinned while his legs were spread.

That's when it hit Sonic like a lightning striking him. "Oh Good Grace! I had sex with Knuckles?!" Sonic said in shock. He felt his heart pound as much as his head has been. He got up slowly and realized something. He didn't have his scarf, shoes, and gloves on. His socks were still on. He was undoubtedly almost naked. He also saw some white sticky substance on his inner thighs.

Sonic didn't need to be a nerd to know what it is. "Oh man, my Dad is going to freak out if he finds out about this." Sonic said in a panic. That's when he heard someone vomiting. Sonic looks at the window and sees Knuckles vomiting outside. No doubt he was feeling a little nauseous after what happened last night.

He went outside vomiting up a storm. Sonic went over to him a little wobbly and limp-like as well. He kneeled down and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Easy there big guy." Sonic said calmly.

"Ugh. Sonic, I am never drinking that much beer again." Knuckles said just before vomiting again.

Sonic let out a stiff chuckle as he pats his back. "Knux, you didn't have that much to begin with. Besides I had the same amount as you. A few beers. I dunno how Manic holds it off. To be honest, your pretty light weight when it comes to beer Knux." Sonic said 'trying to lighten the mood.'

"Ugh. My stomach feels like a rotten piece of fruit." Knuckles said just after vomiting. "Look, don't tell the girls about this okay? I don't want them to think I'm uncool." Knuckles said to Sonic as he let out a deep breath.

"Uhh, okay. Do you also want me not to tell them that we had sex too?" Sonic asked with a pouty face and a frown. "What are you talk...?" Knuckles asked before he trailed off and started to throw up again.

It took a full whole minute until Knuckles was finally done. That's when the realization strike him. "Oh My, ugh! Yuck! Did we actually bump uglies last night?" Knuckles asked in shock feeling super freaked out.

"In a word, yes we did." Sonic answered with his hands crossed.

Knuckles didn't think much of it though his heart pounded as if someone was hitting it.

"Oh man. That was... Oh Gosh. I wondered why I smelled begonias last night." Knuckles said with embarrassment.

"Actually it's the new strawberry/peach soaps my sister gave me for Christmas last year." Sonic said with a dull tone.

"Oh yuck. I mean I don't have a problem with that, but I'm not into this kind of thing. Let alone with boys. At least it was a little better than those dragon fruits I have been having last month." Knuckles said as he had his finger tips touching each other.

"Knux, that dragon fruit you ate was servilely rotten, Charlie sold it to you when he tried to get rid of you. He knew that fruit was rotten. I had to press charges on him for attempted murder." Sonic said with a stern tone.

"Well that explains why it tasted like dirt and worms." Knuckles said flatly. "Your saying I taste like dirt and worms?" Sonic asked.

"Oh no. I mean you tasted like ice cream." Knuckles said as he smacks his lips together. Sonic was a little flattered at that compliment.

"Literally, are you wearing lip gloss? My lips feel silky." Knuckles asked with curiosity.

"Ugh, it's the ice cream smelling lip balm pack my sister also gave me for Christmas." Sonic then said as he showed one of his ice cream smelling lip balms.

"Wait, I tasted like ice cream?" Sonic asked back on the subject.

"Of course. It's surprisingly sweet. Though you smelled like a bucket of roses here." Knuckles answered as he sniffed Sonics rose cologne.

It was actually a nice compliment coming from Knuckles. Even though it was something only a child can say. He didn't mind it. He felt strangely attractive to the red echidna. Now that Sonic remembers most of it, Knuckles is a surprisingly generous lover. He thought about making it a regular thing. Sonic wasn't seeing anyone anyway. So he shrugged and decided to do this.

"Well Uhh... If you actually like it that much, we can hook up." Sonic suggested as he blushed. "Hook up? Hook up what exactly?" Knuckles asked in confusion.

"You know, be an item." Sonic replied. "An Item of what? Clothing, a shopping item or.." Knuckles said with confusion before Sonic cut him off gently with his silky lotion encrusted finger.

"Knux, I'm asking if you like to go out with me. You know, like dating. As in, two adults (or teens), go on dates, eat, and hang out. Sometimes do naughty stuff. Possibly kissing and hugging. Not to mention holding hands." Sonic explained.

Hopefully it was enough for Knuckles to understand. Sure enough it was. "Uhh~furr...bu fha..abou~ fee ofhers. (Sure but what about the others?)" Knuckles asked muffling under the finger.

Sonic removed it just after he asked. "It will get weird between all of us but hey, we'll cross that burning bridge when we come to it. What they think won't hurt anyone. Don't you think?" Sonic said then asked as he winked.

"I won't mind it, but isn't it a little forbidden that a secret prince will be dating an echidna from Angel Island?" Knuckles asked feeling uneasy.

"A little but no guards are here to stop us." Sonic answered with a shrug and a smirk.

"Wouldn't your Mom be a little shocked about this?" Knuckles asked again. "Oh don't get me started, whenever Moms around, she's just treating me like a little boy, knowing full well I'm 18." Sonic answered in an upset tone.

Sonic then calms down as he sighed. "So what do you say Knux, you mind dating a boy in secret?" Sonic asked.

Though Knuckles didn't get a chance to ask, Sonic kissed him on the lips without warning. It wasn't long until Knuckles melted into the kiss.

Once Sonic broke the kiss he blushed. "Well, I don't mind." Knuckles answered. It was an awkward morning for the two of them but that was the beginning of their relationship.

"Oh and Sonic? You may wanna get dressed and we may need to take a bath." Knuckles suggested.

Sonic forgotten to get his shoes and gloves back on. He blushed in embarrassment while seeing the sticky substance is still on his inner thighs. "Yeah. I better head to the bathhouse. If anyone asked I'll deny everything." Sonic said with a blush before grabbing what he needs for bathing and speeds to the bathhouse.

Once Sonic was out of sight. "I guess it wouldn't hurt. I haft to admit Sonic is kinda cute. Even when he smells like strawberry scented flowers." Knuckles said before standing up. "Maybe I should head to the bathhouse too. I kinda need to be clean from last night." Knuckles said before walking away.
